90 Minutes In Heaven

I just overdosed on bad news (not hard to do these days), and decided its about time to tell some good news.

The Gospel is called the Good News. Jesus said, “All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.” (John 6:37)
If you sense Jesus calling you today, stop, turn your heart toward Him, and receive eternal life. He gave His life to save us from our sins, and seeks to save those who are lost.

  1. Reblogged this on Dead Citizen's Rights Society.

I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. .
EXPLAIN HOW THIS HAPPENS .. YES I BELIEVE IN MIRACLES BUT THIS MIRACLE MOCKS CHRIST GOING TO HEAVEN AND RESURRECTING DOES IT NOT? Only Jesus did that miracle and we base out belief on that very power of resurrection and only HE can put on immortality or we are lost. Please understand WHAT I am trying to tell you .

There’s only one Man that has died, gone to Heaven, and come back; and Don Piper isn’t Him…All of these “time spent in Heaven, then returned” are not only heretical, but blasphemous.

John Piper is not claiming “resurrection,” he’s claiming resuscitation, like Lazarus, who Jesus brought back from the dead. We use the Bible to help us properly interpret the Bible.
Beverly and Elihu E. Wygant, are you calling St. Paul and St. John liars?

“I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know–God knows.” ~ 2 Corinthians 12:2

“When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” ~ John 11:43

  5. Believers are but sojourners here (Heb. 11:13); Heaven is our home.

  6. Well Jesus was DOING the calling in Lazarus’s case and that makes a HUGE difference!! Lazarus Did NOT go to heaven and return.. bodily!
Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.HE WILL CALL US TOO. REV 11: 12
Also after this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said,”Come up here .”..Rev 4: 1 I am waiting for HIS CALL.
Corinthians 12:2 does not SAY at all it was in the body NADA

Beverly, how did you miss the fact that this guy’s body was dead on the earth while he claims to have seen heaven?!!! He never said or even implied that his body went to heaven, just his soul. Are you interested in the truth, or just arguing your point?!

  7. I’ve always considered “near death Experiences” to be one of those mysteries that will not truly be understood until we are reunited with the Father. It doesn’t matter if it involves heaven or hell. Many things that happen in the supernatural need interpretation from the heavenly realm. Not saying this is the case here. but satan is very good at playing on our emotions even if for all practical purposes it appears to be a positive experience. I would consider these experiences to be “signs and wonders”. This is something that we need to be mindful of. Looking forward to getting the real answer to this one……

  8. o.k. TRAILDUST you correct me, as obviously I am not up to par. and I need correction. . I believe in visions of course. I do need to understand. I am not being facious . I am willing to receive correction but I need to know the truth according to the Word , right. Jesus honors HIS Word more than HIS Name . the bible says.
So tell me does our soul go to heaven at death and also does our Spirit?. Or does it travel back and forth. We are tri -part correct and do they both separate from the body at death ? Do they separate from each other? Do our souls see walk and talk and hear? I really want to know ,and does a soul re-enter a body? Maybe our spirit does ? are they one and the same ? Jesus went to heaven and sent HIS Spirit.but of course we do not “see” it .Blessed are they that do not see but Believe is in the Word..OK I have a wedding this week and am very preoccupied so be patient if I do not respond quickly.

Beverly, I’m not trying to be mean. It’s just that this guy’s testimony is an encouragement to believers like you and me. I can’t tell you how the divide between the spirit, soul and body, but I can say that this man makes no claim of going bodily to heaven, but said his body lay dead inside his smashed car. Lazarus was raised from the dead, but like all of us, his body eventually died. Jesus rose from the dead, incorruptible, in his resurrected body, a whole other condition than those who were resuscitated medically or miraculously.
Now this author’s personal credibility is another issue. Is he telling the truth? Are others with similar experiences telling the truth? I’m inclined to believe some, but not all, of them.
On the other hand, we have some mysterious incidents in the Bible, in which individuals seemingly crossed over the life-death line. Enoch walked with God, and was taken away without seeing death. The same seems to be the case with Elijah. The prophet Samuel, after he had died, was sent by God to King Saul to express God’s displeasure with Saul’s choices. On the mount of transfiguration, Jesus spoke face to face with Moses and Elijah, discussing “his departure which He was about to accomplish at Jerusalem.” (Luke 9:32)
I came to the defense of this man’s testimony because we all need to be encouraged about eternal life.
