From Fox News: An illegal immigrant alien who was previously deported was arrested in Oregon on Saturday after he went on a rampage and almost killed his co-worker with a nail gun, officials said.

Jesus Ascencio-Molina, 24, a native of Mexico, was arrested on Saturday, April 14, after he assaulted Andres C. Marcelo, 24, of Wood Village, Ore., a fellow construction worker, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies were called to the scene of a home in Happy Valley after responding to reports of an assault.

Marcelo was injured after Ascencio-Molina allegedly shot at him with a nail gun. Ascencio-Molina fled on foot and was arrested the next day. Marcelo was injured but listed in stable condition, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.

Carissa Cutrell, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman, told the Daily Caller the sheriff’s office would most likely not notify ICE if and when Ascencio-Molina is released from jail.

“Even though we lodged a detainer, due to Clackamas County’s policy of non-cooperation, it is unlikely that ICE will be notified in the event Ascencio-Molina is released from custody before his criminal case is resolved,” Cuttrell said.

Ascencio-Molina was deported in 2012 after he was charged in Multnomah County, Ore., the Daily Caller reported.

“Ascencio-Molina was previously detained by ICE on immigration violations in 2012 after ICE officer encountered him at the Multnomah County Detention Center after his arrest on local criminal charges,” Cuttrell said. “An immigration judge subsequently granted Ascencio-Molina voluntary departure to Mexico, and ICE returned him to his home country in 2013.”

It was not immediately known when Asencio-Molina returned to the U.S. ICE issued a formal detention request Monday to the Clackamas County Jail.

Ascencio-Molina was charged with assault and attempted murder and is currently at the Clackamas County Jail. His bail was set at $250,000.

    • They are lawless criminals, I agree. We’re still on the side of good against evil though, I can only hope they have some conscious, so they’re actions weigh heavy on their shoulders, then theirs Judgement Day. I don’t think it happens overnight, every day there’s new revaluations on their crimes, and with a honest Catholic Leader at the helm, good will prevail in the end. Just today I learned about the obama DOJ misdirecting slush funds, I wasn’t even aware that the Trump Admin. was investigating that matter. I think there’s a whole lot going on that we don’t even know about, because they are ongoing investigations. I can sit here with almost full confidence that the swamp truly is being drained, inch by inch, day by day, justice will prevail, there’s so much, it can’t possibly happen overnight. Just by what we’re seeing daily, proves they’re running scared.

  4. Since WE all know what’s going on,WE should contact ICE and THEY can make the Sheriff say,to their FACES,that he prefers to violate Federal Law in front of Federal Enforcement Officers. If that’s witnessed and/or video recorded, that Sheriff could be arrested at that time, could he not? (I wonder if they’d hold him in his own Jail,or would they put him in a nice safe Solitary Confinement cell at the nearest Prison, for his own safety.)

  5. The Sheriff should be arrested ASAP.

Non-cooperation on the part of local law enforcement, bureaucrats, and elected politicians should be a federal felony – if it isn’t already.

  6. Lars Larson Show: Criminal Alien of the Week Report

    April 19, 2018

    Lars:

It has been an interesting third full week in the month of April when it comes to criminal aliens (illegal aliens) here in the Pacific Northwest states of Oregon, Washington and Idaho.

This week we take a look at for your radio listeners at an illegal alien who is allegedly involved in attempted murder and assault in the State of Oregon.

On Saturday, April 14, 2018 Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Jesus Ascencio Molina, age 24, for a nail gun attack he allegedly perpetrated on one of his coworkers on Friday, April 13, 2018 at a construction site in Happy Valley, Oregon.

After being arrested by Clackamas County Sheriff’s Deputies Jesus Ascencio Molina was transport to the Clackamas County Jail located in Oregon City, Oregon where he is currently being incarcerated.

A viewing of the Clackamas County Jail’s website Inmate Roster reveals Jesus Ascencio Molina (SID: 16480385; DOB: 7/25/93) has been charged with Attempted Murder and Assault in the First Degree. His bail has been set at $250,000.00.

Additional information, the victim of Jesus Ascencio Molina’s April 13th violent attack suffered multiple injuries from nail impacts, and was transported by Life Flight to a local hospital.

Wanting to know the actual current immigration status of Jesus Ascencio-Molina, I contacted via e-mail on Monday, April 16, 2018 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Public Affairs Officer/Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell to investigate if he was illegally present in the United States of America.

On the afternoon of Wednesday, April 18, 2018 here is what ICE Public Affairs Officer/Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell had to say via e-mail in response to my inquiry for information on Jesus Ascencio-Molina:

“Here’s a statement from ICE. You can attribute to me as an ICE spokesperson.”

“On April 16, ICE lodged a detainer with the Clackamas County Jail on Jesus Ascencio-Molina, a Mexican national illegally present in the U.S., following his arrest for attempted murder and assault in the first degree. Ascencio-Molina was previously detained by ICE on immigration violations in 2012 after ICE officers encountered him at the Multnomah County Detention Center after his arrest on local criminal charges. An immigration judge subsequently granted Ascencio-Molina voluntary departure to Mexico, and ICE returned him to his home country in 2013.”

“One additional point to note. Even though we lodged a detainer, due to Clackamas County’s policy of non-cooperation, it is unlikely that ICE will be notified in the event Ascencio-Molina is released from custody before his criminal case is resolved.” – Carissa Cutrell

    Analysis of the preceding information:

The detailed statement from ICE Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell reveals a great deal about the immigration status of Jesus Ascencio Molina:

First, ICE officers placed an immigration detainer on Jesus Ascencio Molina on April 16, 2018 while he remains incarcerated at the Clackamas County Jail.

Second, ICE officers are checking out the identities of foreign nationals like Jesus Ascencio Molina while they are incarcerated in local county jails and correctional facilities and who have been charged with local crimes.

Third, Jesus Ascencio Molina is a Mexican national illegally present in the United States of America.

Fourth, Jesus Ascencio Molina was previously detained by ICE officers on immigration violations in 2012 after ICE officers encountered him at the Multnomah Jail “after his arrest on local criminal charges.”

Fifth, a U.S. Immigration Court Judge granted Jesus Ascencio Molina voluntary departure to his country of origin.

Sixth, ICE officers returned Jesus Ascencio Molina to Mexico in 2013.

Finally, ICE Spokesmen Cutrell stated she believes that even though ICE officer’s placed an immigration detainer on Jesus Ascencio Molina, because of Clackamas County Jail’s “policy of non-cooperation,” that jail deputies will not notify ICE if the previously deported criminal alien is released from the custody of the jail “before his criminal case is resolved.”

Lars, the third full week in the month of April and another criminal alien report for Lars Larson Show KXL FM 101.1 Pacific Northwest radio listeners.

I have never understood, or really just find it totally unacceptable, the propensity of mexicans, or is it all latin americans, to name their offspring ‘jesus’, as they pronounce it hezues. I do not capitalize jesus out of respect for the true Jesus, because I do consider it offensive.

I spent many years in the construction trade, which is why I am secure in my knowledge and understanding of illegal aliens, an any one of them who claimed the name of jesus, I would only request their attention with a ‘hey-you’.

  9. The New Odor government is up and running. How else do you explain this? We have talked the idea of refusing to abide by federal law many times. Still, no arrests and the money just keeps on coming in. Why is that?

It is crap like this that makes me want to be king. This fix is SO EASY. Still there they are. “We’ll have none of that here…….but where’s my money?”.

Only a truly insane person could get behind this. Why in the name of God would they want to import criminals with no legal right to be here? Why would they continue to take their sides even when they break laws here and injure or kill people?

“We want to take your guns, but we’ll murder babies ’till Hell freezes over and let illegal riffraff murder you in your beds. Nice.

    • Indeed. And what about those portable drills too? You can do a lot of damage with one of those babies. We should restrict drilling to brace and bit only.

Then we can move on to heavy and sharp objects. After all, how many of those items do you need in a paddock?
