Fake Anti-Semitism: Dual US-Israeli citizen Michael Kadar indicted for anti-Semitic hate crimes

More fake anti-Semitic hate crimes.

The Guardian‘s Peter Beaumont reported in April 2017 that Israeli police arrested a dual US-Israeli citizen, Michael Ron David Kadar, 18, for:

  • Making bomb threats against Jewish centers in the U.S. for “financial gain”;
  • Using sophisticated technology to mask his voice and IP address to make thousands of hoax calls worldwide, including against airlines and police stations;
  • Money laundering; and
  • The attempted blackmail of Ernesto Lopez, a Republican Delaware state senator.

See my post, “Fake Anti-Semitism: Dual US-Israeli citizens made bomb threats against Jewish groups“.

At the time, it was reported that “Israel would probably oppose his extradition to the US, where many of the crimes were allegedly committed.”

Yesterday, February 28, 2018, the Department of Justice’s Office of Public Affairs issued this press release:

The Department of Justice today announced the indictment of Michael Ron David Kadar, 19, who holds dual United States and Israeli citizenship, in three jurisdictions for hate crimes and other offenses.

The indictment from Florida charges Kadar with hate crimes as a result of threatening calls he made to Jewish Community Centers in the state. In addition, the indictment from the District of Columbia charges Kadar with threatening the Israeli Embassy and the Anti-Defamation League in Washington, D.C. The third indictment charges Kadar with cyberstalking and conveying false information to police dispatch regarding harm to private residents in Georgia.

An investigation into numerous threats made to individuals and organizations throughout the United States in 2016 and early 2017 led to Kadar being charged initially in criminal complaints on April 21, 2017 in Florida and Georgia following his arrest in Israel. Kadar remains in custody in Israel where he also faces charges.

The indictment from the Middle District of Florida charges that beginning on or about Jan. 4, 2017, and continuing until Feb. 27, 2017, Kadar made multiple threatening calls involving bomb threats and active shooter threats to numerous Jewish Community Centers throughout Florida. Additionally, the indictment charges Kadar with attempting to obstruct the free exercise of religion at the Jewish Community Centers when he made the bomb threats and active shooter threats. Finally, the indictment charges that Kadar made bomb threats to the Orlando International Airport and a middle school in the Middle District of Florida. Although no actual explosives were found, many of the calls resulted in the temporary closure and evacuation or lockdown of the targeted facilities, and required law enforcement and emergency personnel to respond to and clear the area.

The indictment from the District of Columbia charges that on or about March 7, 2017, Kadar made a threatening call to the Anti-Defamation League involving a bomb threat. Additionally, the indictment alleges that on or about March 9, 2017, Kadar sent a threatening email to the Israeli Embassy involving a bomb threat.

The indictment from the Middle District of Georgia charges that on or about Jan. 3, 2017, Kadar made a phone call to a police department conveying false information about an alleged hostage situation in progress at a private residence in Athens, Georgia, which included a threat to kill responding police officers. Police and emergency personnel responded to the scene, only to learn that there was no emergency.

The hate crime charges each carry a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment, the bomb threats charges each carry a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment, and the interstate threats charge, the hoax charge, and the cyberstalking charge each carry a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment. If convicted, Kadar could also be subject to court ordered restitution. […]

This case was investigated by the FBI Tampa Division, FBI Washington Field Office, and FBI Atlanta Division; the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida; the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia; U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia; the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division; and the Criminal Section of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. The Criminal Division’s Office of International Affairs provided significant assistance in this case. Federal authorities also acknowledge and appreciate the assistance and the investigative efforts of the Israeli National Police.

Meanwhile, here’s an example of a real “hate crime” — by Jews against non-Jews.

On August 18, 2010, a group of rabbis gathered in Israel to defend the publication of Torat Ha’Melech (King’s Torah), a rabbinical guidebook for killing non-Jews, including innocent children.

Writing for AlterNet, Max Blumenthal quotes the book’s author, Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira:

Non-Jews are ‘uncompassionate by nature’ and should be killed in order to ‘curb their evil inclinations.’ If we kill a gentile who has violated one of the seven commandments… there is nothing wrong with the murder. There is justification for killing babies if it is clear that they will grow up to harm us, and in such a situation they may be harmed deliberately, and not only during combat with adults.”

Blumenthal describes what happened at the gathering on August 18, 2010:

Before an audience of 250 supporters including the far-right Israeli Knesset member Michael Ben-Ari, the rabbis declared in the name of the Holy Torah they would not submit to any attempt by the government to regulate their political activities — even and especially if those activities included inciting terrorist attacks against non-Jews. As one wizened rabbi after another rose up to inveigh against the government’s investigation of Torat Ha’Melech until his voice grew hoarse, the gathering degenerated into calls for murdering not just non-Jews, but secular Jews as well.

But Pope Francis conceals the cross by stuffing it inside his waist sash, so as not to offend the delicate sensibilities of Israeli rabbis.

As a matter of fact, in December 2015, the pope’s Vatican’s Commission for Religious Relations with Jews issued a major new document pronouncing that God had never annulled his covenant with the Jewish people, and so Catholics should not try to convert Jews. In so doing, of course, Francis and the Vatican directly contravene what Jesus and St. Paul had said:

“This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my Blood, which will be shed for you.” -Luke 22:20

“In speaking of a new covenant, He makes the first one obsolete.” -Hebrews 8:13

  1. The problem is he said murder and no matter how you look at that is violation of a commandment and is a sin. It doesn’t matter who is being murdered for what ever reason God said no. “Thou Shall Not Murder” »with exceptions for rabid rabbis who are psychopaths.»(sarc)«

  2. all they do is generate more anti semitism and those inclined to blame Jews for everything wrong in the world will seize opportunity to exacerbate the anti Jew vitriol and possibly more attacks on Jews

    • gitardood . . . . You are right on the money. If this tape were to be seen by the majority of Americans, it certainly would “generate more anti-Semitism and those inclined to blame Jews for everything wrong in the world will seize opportunity to exacerbate the anti Jew vitriol . . .” Talk about shooting oneself in the foot. America has always been a friend of Israel. We give liberally of our treasury to them. I rather doubt that if John Q Citizen of the US became aware of this proclamation to kill innocent children who might harm them in the future . . . One can only come to the conclusion that these rabbi’s who are fomenting and advocating for the killing of Jews, are just as evil, and psychopathic as are some of the Muslims!

      • “these rabbi’s who are fomenting and advocating for the killing of Jews”

The rabbis are calling for the killing of Gentiles, i.e., non-Jews, including children.

      • Yes they don’t realise they’re being manipulated as pawns by Satan is his twofold agenda – 1) destroy Israel and Jews, 2) then have mankind destroy itself. Remember he hates man created in the image of YHWH

  3. That’s the idea- they want to create more antisemitism because it keeps their holier than thou victim racket going, and gives them to the power perpetrate as many crimes as they like, while consolidating more power – because victims are holy and innocent right? They have taught that game to the Blacks as well. If you take a look back, many anti- Semitic crimes have been done by Jews with this express purpose- to keep funding for organizations like the ADL and to keep their victim narrative alive all the while making the gentile look evil. They masquerade as Nazis and White Supremacists. That should be a hate crime, but you will never see one charged for it because according to the narrative they have created, a Jew is not capable of hate like a Goy. Look at that sniveling little coward in the photo hiding behind his shirt.
I know not every Jew is involved in criminal things. but the good ones, outside of a hand full of outspoken Jews who have more or less renounced their Judaism like Makow, Gilad Atzmon, and Norman Finkelstein, say and do nothing to denounce the activities of their tribe. White they scream equality for everyone else they are happy with their monopolies, just as in Joel Steins remark that he knows that Jews run the own the media and he hopes they keep running it. It is my experience that the vast majority of them even if not practicing Jews are so heavily identified with being Jewish, they will not look at the evil or renounce what their tribe does. While a few scream about what is being done in Palestine by the Israelis, they are politically active in every other White country tearing down the social fabric through feminism , homosexuality, pornography, and their domination of all the media and Hollywood NOT to mention they control the financial levers of the whole world with their central banks! And if one has the temerity to point out that they are robbing the whole world blind with their financial fraud of central banks, that person will be hounded with ANTI- SEMITE! Why don’t ordinary Jews organize to denounce these activities?
As always they have brought the hate down on their own heads by their overweening arrogance. selfishness, and destructive proclivities. I have no compassion for them. They seem like a mentally disturbed people.

    • Very nicely done. I could do a week on this one. I’ll start with my favorite statistic. 3% of the U.S. population, .4% (that’s Four-Tenths of One percent) worldwide.

Now, ask yourself. What other population is roughly similar. How about Samoans? When was the last time you read a Samoan story or listened to a Samoan whine? Are Samoans trying to rule the world?

This eternal victim nonsense is an integral part of their tribal identity. It is a constant, just like air. It should receive the same credence as the ravings of a lunatic.

You are absolutely correct in your assessment. There are problems due to their behavior, not their “religion”. We are not obligated to accept bad behavior or worse, nor are we required to honor something we do not agree with. I suspect, just like with everywhere else on Earth that they’ve lived, if they left their neighbors alone their neighbors would do likewise.

We’ve all heard of poetic justice, but I personally have never heard the term “poetic truth”. I hereby name you as a master of poetic truth Lophatt!

    • Lana . . . . You have done an exceptional job of laying out a very complete picture of Jews in our society today. In my mind the very important question . . . . is “Why don’t ordinary Jews organize to denounce these activities?” Why indeed. By not speaking out in dissent, they must evidently go along with the current program.

      • Thank you Auntie!
Jews are an extremely political people. How many Jews do you know who don’t care about politics, and what is going on around them?
They organize, and propagandize around just about every destructive cause, yet how many organize for genuine freedom and good? Nada, as far as I can tell.

  4. I had three relatively young Jewish women in my Uber about a month ago. They were chatting it up between themselves as I drove them to Point B. Then I hear one of them, talking about a conversation she had with someone else, and she said her friend called her a “fake Jew.” They chatted up that point, too!
So the lesson to be learned is that, as united a front as they portray, as organized as they may be (and they are, and there are certain things to be said in defense of that), Jews—like anyone else—argue and kerfluffle among themselves. And now, it would seem they will accuse each other of being “fake.” All Right, not my circus, not my monkeys. But, by the same token, they will fight like Hell to keep certain of their fellows on their ideological plantation, while they clear that plantation of the “unrepentant.”
So it seems to me they can be just as hypocritical as anyone else!

    • I may not agree that they need to do that, but they can. I deeply resent the approach that says that I am somehow obligated to treat them in a special manner. I’m not.

I do not go around asking people if they’re Jews. In fact, I don’t have to. It is rare indeed that I talk to a Jew that they don’t tell me of the fact within five minutes of starting the conversation. I always say, “congratulations, what am I supposed to say to that?”. Or, “that’s’ nice, I’m a Roman Catholic”.

What this really is, is the assumption of “holocaust theology” into Talmudism. Since the 1940’s gentiles are “expected” to make some conciliatory gesture at the mere mention of the term “Jew”.

I think the best practice for this is to not play along. I don’t encourage it and I go out of my way to make certain that I don’t provide the pat responses they expect. We don’t have to “pledge allegiance” to them. I am polite to them, as I am to anyone else. If they are not they are liable to get an ear full.

    • Steven . . . . The great sadness in this all is that when push comes to shove, as you have said . . . “they will fight like Hell to keep certain of their fellows on their ideological plantation . . .” When some of the Jews are as off the wall that they would prescribe killing even little children . . . this is a difficult situation for the rest of us.

  8. If I said this to anyone I know, they would remind me I am cursed for doing so. Gotta bless them if you wanna be blessed by God, ya know!

It’s like they temporarily forget who they are in Christ when discussing Jewish crimes and Falsriel’s wickedness toward the Palestinians and Orthodox Jews. Zionist programming is strong in many Churches. Again, I didn’t see this until 9/11, but it’s been there since WWII fulfilled its purpose.

I pray that Jesus opens the eyes of fellow Christians. Or they will waltz to Satan’s tune and bring about the Third. And from there it’s a marry walk to hell on earth.

  9. The latest poll I saw was that 65-68% of Israelis are not religious. What is of great concern to me is the number of jewish-americans who legislate in our Congress. Dual citizens are not allowed a seat in the Knesset. The U.S.A. needs to adopt the same policy.
