Cher is a hypocrite on taking DREAMers into her home

The word “DREAMers,” which stems from the 2001 DREAM (Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors) Act, refers to people who, with their parent(s), illegally entered the U.S. when they were 16 or younger.

The one-name actress-singer Cher is an avid supporter of Hillary Clinton and a rabid anti-Trumper who “threatened” to leave the U.S. for the planet Jupiter if he was elected POTUS.

See “List of Hollyweirdos who say they’ll leave U.S. if Trump is elected”.

Alas, like all the other Hollyweirdos who made similar “threats,” Cher did not leave, but is still residing in her private and gated home in Beverly Hills, described by Architectural Digest as four-bedroom, three-bathroom, with 3,100 square feet of house and 25,000 square feet of land, for which she’d paid $2.145 million in 2013.

In September 2017, the Trump Administration announced plans to rescind Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program that shields DREAMers from deportation and enables them to be eligible for a work permit. Since the Obama administration began DACA in 2012, 787,580 people have been approved for the program. To be eligible, applicants had to have arrived in the United States before the age of 16 and have lived in the country since June 15, 2007.

On Sept. 5, Cher took to Twitter, sputtering with outrage in capital letters, and vowing she would take a DREAMer into her home:

“Those Who Can Must Take a DREAMER In2 Their Home & Protect Them!! I’m Ready 2 Do This & Others in MY BUSINESS WILL DO THE SAME!! SANCTUARY

When another twitterer questioned her sincerity, saying “I’ll believe it when I see it,” Cher spitted back:

“Then keep your eyes open bitch”

Yesterday, in a “Blind Item Revealed,” the Hollywood gossip site Crazy Days and Nights identifies Cher to be a hypocrite:

December 28, 2017

Earlier this year, this one named permanent A list icon publicly offered to house displaced people. She made a very big deal about it. Apparently an organization got in touch with her people and said they had about a dozen families that could use help. The icon went radio silent on them and never helped anyone.

Crazy Days and Nights blogger “Ent Lawyer” (Ent=Entertainment), is described by The Daily Beast as having a track record of accuracy. Investigative journalist Mark Ebner said this about Ent Lawyer, who wrote about Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein several years before the producer was finally outed as a serial and rampant sex abuser of women:

“In my opinion, that’s what makes him so impressive, is that no one knows who he is, and he’s being proven right again and again. That’s like legendary shit.”

  1. Cher is a fruitloop, and so is her daughter…

    • truck . . . . You certainly called that one correctly! We see this very fact proved time and time again with the libtard group.

It is really pretty goofy that Cher would run off at the mouth, yet not be willing to back up what she has said. That truly is disgusting on her part, and it makes her out to be a liar.

First off, what nincompoop would actually take into their home anyone from a group of people who have shown by experience to have many, many among their group who act out criminally? So, why on Earth tell the whole world you are willing to “shelter and protect” people from this group by taking them into your home.?

The woman is pathetic. She feels she can woo public sentiment and aggrandize herself by throwing these juvenile tantrums. Then later on the whole world learns that she did not mean one word of what she had previously said.

There is an old adage that really applies here (if anyone know the adage correct–please wade in and correct me.) . . . Better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and prove you are a fool! This absolutely applies to Cher . . . she has absolutely proven on several occasions,by what she says, that she really is a fool.

  3. People like Cher always try and talk other people into doing what they should do themselves. They consider that a community service and makes them feel better. Or you can just call them hypocrites.

    • Glenn47 . . . . You really hit the bulls eye on that! She must feel when she spouts off like this that she is doing “community service bulletins,” then she can return to her boring self-absorbed life.

  5. Ah Cher! She’s never been the same since she broke up with Sonny. And she certainly has never been the same since he met his early (and mysterious) ski slope death. If Bono were alive today, I tend to think she wouldn’t be quite as unhinged as she is today, nor would Chastity be as completely unhinged as she is today. Of course, that’s just my opinion.

    • Wow. I hadn’t known about the autopsy report on Bono which points to him dying from blows from a rounded-edged weapon.

    • stlonginus . . . . God Bless you for bringing forth this report on the murder of Sonny Bono. Although I did not previously have all this information available to me, for some odd reason, I always thought his death was rather peculiar. I had a hard time imagining why a seasoned skier would plow into a tree . . . it’s not like they have trees in the middle of a down hill ski trail. What really rung true from the autopsy, was that normally you would have seen injury to the back of the brain, just as in “whip lash” cases where the brain violently is thrown back against the back of the skull.

For far to many years we have had evil, criminal individuals enriching them-selves off the average taxpayer. Just to think that drugs and arms are all wrapped up in this scheme, is not better than what we have today–what with the shadow government running things.

    • Goodness, the things that come out. Gun and drug running in the 90’s under the dems, and gun and drug running again under BO and Holder and Clinton era……again. Plausible.
I always wondered about Bono hitting a tree when he was such an experienced skier,

  6. Cher was talking about liberal-style charity, and she probably already has half a dozen illegals in her home cooking, cleaning, and cutting the grass for $8 an hour, who she’d have deported in a heartbeat for not folding her underwear properly.

    • Dan . . . . I think that you have brought up an extremely relevant point. This is exactly what the wealthy, self indulged, people do . . . they ignore our laws, feeling very justified that the laws pertain to everyone else . . . but not to them.

This would certainly be a way of saving money. I should imagine that taking into consideration her age, and the fact that she does not seem to be performing as frequently as she did as a young woman, she probably sees hiring illegal immigrants a method of conserving her wealth, all the while being able to live the lifestyle that she has been accustomed to.

On a catty note . . . I am glad to see that the years are wearing on her also. None of us get to forever look as good as we did when we were in our twenties!

  7. I’m a traditional carpenter-contractor for 55 years, retiring Feb. 17th on my 75th birthday. Traditionally we used the square foot method to evaluate housing costs as simply as possible; hers was US$ 692/sq ft in 2013 and likely at least $750 by now, but from inflation, not an increase in value. It consists of slightly more than .5 acre land w/a mediocre kitsch house. So it is a mirror of its current owner: both are over-priced for what little quality is inherent in them. Then again, there’s always the ‘location’ gambit….

    • Joseph . . . . that was a fabulous comment . . . ” . . . So it is a mirror of its current owner: both are over-priced for what little quality is inherent in them.” I think that just about says it all.

Just in case I forget your birthday by February 17th . . . I send my “Happiest of Birthday Wishes, and “Have a Wonderful Retirement.” I am so glad that I am among the retired.

  8. Cher toured so much and performed in Vegas so long that she’s worth over $300 million. She doesn’t have to house them in her own home. She can buy hundreds of houses or apartment buildings for them.

    • Wondering1 . . . . Thanks for the update. I had no idea that Cher was worth that kind of money. If she is hiring illegals on the cheap when she is worth that much . . . shame on her!

  9. To begin, who cares? She’s a “movie star” (sorta). Regarding the “Dreamers”, that’s like “Old Shoe” from “Wag the Dog”. They invent a rallying cry for idiots to get worked up about.

They like to portray themselves as locked in some sort of battle. They are “protecting” the illegal. This is akin to Brown’s statements not to cooperate with federal law and to punish those who do.

These things are right out of the Communist playbook. Instead of arguing with fools like her, people should line up across the street with signs that say “Who Cares What You Think?”.

    Liked by 3 people

    • lophatt . . . . I should imagine that would really freak her out. Since she has been used to being important and catered to . . . the very last thing she could ever imagine coming from us is . . . “Who Cares What You Think?”

  11. Cher taking dreamers into her home or……..HOMES? Either way, I’ll bet on her being all mouth like her saying she would leave the country after Trumps election. Cher owns multiple homes, Venice, Malibu, Aspen, New Mexico, Beverly Hills and on and on. One of the homes was quoted as being sold for 85 million to Eddie Murphy. That photo above is just one of her homes and looks to actually be one of the more modest. If you look at the history here of all the different homes she has owned and had decorated, each according to a theme, I can’t imagine her wanting the so called dreamers intruding on into her fantasy realm because that’s what these homes are like- fantasy worlds. The gazillion mansions of Cher:

  12. She didn’t leave the country when Trump was elected…and she has not welcomed a “Dreamer” to move in with her…….thought both of these were threatened/promised by her. She’s 2 for 2 strike-out. Is there some sort of third thing (Third strike?) out there? If so….can we then put her on a boat and send her away—never to be heard from again?
