Ian ‘Gandalf’ McKellen ‘casting couched lots of very young men’

The term “casting couch” refers to the demand of sexual favors by an employer or person in a position of power and authority from an employee or subordinate, in return for career advancement.

The popular assumption is that the term originated in Hollywood where aspiring actresses had to trade sexual favors in order to win roles.

But the casting-couch tradition actually originated in theatrical productions on Broadway well before the Hollywood film industry. It was the Shubert brothers who helped establish Broadway’s theater district in the first two decades of the 20th century, who “invented” the casting couch. Lee Shubert, the eldest of the three, kept “an elegantly furnished boudoir, reserved for leading ladies and promising ingenues, and a shabby, spartanly furnished room with a single couch where he met chorus girls and soubrettes.” Dancer Agnes de Mille recalled, “If you didn’t sleep with them you didn’t get the part. The Shuberts ran a brothel: Let them sue me.” (The Atlantic)

Not just actresses, but actors, too, are given the casting couch treatment.

In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, Ian McKellen, 78, an openly “gay” actor best known for playing Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies, went against the #MeToo crowd who portray actresses as innocent victims of Weinstein and other sexual predators.

On December 6, 2017, during his Oxford Union Address, responding to a question from an audience member who asked him to speak on recent allegations of sexual assault and misconduct that have brought down many prominent Hollywood stars, McKellen said:

“People taking advantage of their power is absolutely reprehensible, wherever it happens. People must be called out and it’s sometimes very difficult for victims to do that. I hope we’re going through a period that will help to eradicate it altogether.

But from my own experience, when I was starting acting in the early 1960s, the director of the theatre I was working at showed me some photographs he got from women who were wanting [acting] jobs. And some of them – I think these were the initials – some of them had at the bottom of their photograph ‘DRR’: directors’ rights respected. In other words, if you give me a job, you can have sex with me. That was commonplace from people who proposed that they should be a victim. Madness!

I assume nothing but good will come out of these revelations, even though some people get wrongly accused — there’s that side of it as well. Honesty, honesty, honesty.”

It turns out that McKellen is neither innocent nor honest.

On December 19, 2017, in a “blind item revealed,” the Hollywood gossip site Crazy Days and Nights identified Ian McKellen as casting couching “very young men” at homosexual pedophile director Bryan Singer’s infamous underage “twink” pool parties, described by an attendee as wild nights of no clothes and lots of alcohol:

Thought it was pretty interesting that this foreign born B+ list mostly movie actor who is an Academy Award winner/nominee, aging and openly gay was talking about the casting couch when he has personally casting couched lots of very young men at parties hosted by that A list director.

Among homosexuals, the word “twink” describes a uniquely disposable kind of young gay males in their teens: Hairless, guileless, witless. The term’s namesake is Twinkie, a junk food encased in shiny packaging which has a sweet taste but zero nutritional value. “Twinks” are bussed into parties, thrown into pools, put into a tiny Speedo—or no Speedo at all—and ornamentally placed around the water’s edge like living, breathing, giggling statuary. (The Daily Beast)

Crazy Days and Nights‘ blogger calls himself Ent Lawyer (Ent=Entertainment), described by The Daily Beast as having a track record of accuracy. Investigative journalist Mark Ebner said this about Ent Lawyer:

“In my opinion, that’s what makes him so impressive, is that no one knows who he is, and he’s being proven right again and again. That’s like legendary shit.”

  1. Such debauchery, – in the olden days, the knives would come out. If the hand offends, then cut it off.. If the Eye offends, pluck it out.. If the tongue offend, then cut it off.. If the genitailia offends, – then what..??

  2. Does anyone know if the website http://www.neonnettle.com is legit? They have some articles that seem sensationalistic at first glance, yet prove to be true later. Are they a mix of info and disinfo? It’s hard to tell nowadays.😼

  3. Being such a fan of Tolkien’s writing and Peter Jackson’s work as a film maker, this hits me very hard. Ian McKellen was perfect in the role of Gandalf. So it is awful to know that the actor, talented as he is, is not at all like the good wizard.

    • This is so much the case with Hollywood though. There have been so many great actors esp. from Hollywood gone by, but how many were men or women of integrity and principle? One of my absolute favorites was Gary Cooper. I think he was not a debauched person, but he was as far as I know, just a regular guy, not the brave and sympathetic hero we associate with his characters. It’s called acting!!

      • They do their dirt incrementally. What was “acceptable” in the ’50’s is different now for the dumbed down. They are doing it very obviously now and in great gobs, rather than little helpings.

You can feel the hatred. They are on a sort of feeding frenzy. They are rubbing our noses in it and delighting in the Goy’s willingness to join in their own destruction. Like I’ve said, there’s a reason for the adage: “The Cattle are Stupid”.

    • Going back to the “golden age” of Hollywood the Jews have been assiduously using typecasting to subtly undermine Christian morality and the social order. Gay wizards, etc.

Typecasting the Irish as blockheaded, drunken morons, blacks as even dumber step-and-fetchits, and Italians as murderous gangsters goes all the way back to the 30s, offset by the de rigeuer typecasting of characteristically Ashkanazi actors with Yiddish accents as great scientists, doctors, and paragons of wisdom and justice, implying that the outlying excesses of Christian American society are its defining and true essence.

  4. I am appalled. I worked for five years on a huge cross stitch piece that I thought was a great subject of an old man sitting on a log in the darkness lighting his ancient pipe. Cost over four hundred dollars to have it framed. It is an awesome spectacular looking piece. People think it is a painting. Here is the kicker. Folks who saw the finished piece immediately exclaimed, “Gandalf!” Now I am afraid that I have opened myself up for demons to enter by even getting involved in this. Anyone have any ideas on this?

    • After you have it blessed by a priest or any other sort of minister, put it into the garage/in storage until the “urgency” of identity passes. OR—sell it on Ebay to someone who doesn’tg have your same problem with it.

I have experience in this as my brother did an oil painting of a Greek Orthodox Priest that he saw in a National Geographic pic……which I loved as a work of art/ asked for/and received from him……and THEN….our Iranian Embassy workers were taken hostage for a year in Iran—-and no one could tell the difference between a Greek Orthodox Priest and an Iranian Imam….so…into the garage “he” went……still there—(which shows you how little things have changed in the Middle East since the 1970’s) !

  5. I’m not surprise at all, in today’s world nothing is FREE, there is a prize for fame and glory “You give and I deliver”, the movies, theater, tv, anything connected to the arts comes with a high price, it’s up to the individual who wants to be part of that world, it is easy to close your eyes, sleep it off, tomorrow is a new day.

  6. How many of the actresses and actors who are claiming that they were sexually abused have said “I’d do anything, and I mean anything, to get that part in that movie.”?

    • True Dan . . . . I think you are right on the money! Now that it is popular to court “public sympathy” for having been a “Me Too” victim, we have altogether far too many women who are claiming to having been sexually assaulted, harassed, etc. There is no way that many, many of these young women did not play right into their “attackers” hands. What is so damning about this is that for those who truly were victimized, many will turn a deaf ear to them.

  8. so they are dismissing the fact that some actors male and female make it known that they will have sex to get a role because the information is coming from someone who engaged in homo pool parties….

  9. It just feels so sorrowful to me to think of young boys, being thought of as being “disposable” by these horrible debauched men. They are no different than the military leaders in African nations that forced boys to join the ranks of their soldiers.

  11. I’m afraid this is nothing new: Tony Curtis admitted in his autobiography that he was very promiscuous—with anything, human or animal, even, that he could get his hands on.
A bit after the truth about Rock Hudson came out, news began to filter out that Mr. Class Personified, Cary Grant, had also been gay.
More news about more famous actors and actresses is bound to come out in the future. Oh Well. Hollywood hasn’t gotten any of my money in this Century!

      • Long rumored to be bi-, if not homo-sexual, and to have tripped on LSD. Hellywood is a cesspool. And to think they hold themselves as moral superiors, constantly lecturing and talking down to us who actually pay for their high living! What preening arrogance and hypocrisy.

      • Just think of how much fun these evil bastards get from creating characters loosely based on Christian stereotypes and exposing them for the deviants that they are. It’s sort of an extension to the Adam Sandler and Sarah Silverman schtick of getting the Goy to laugh at themselves.

  12. Hollyweird in it’s day (which, I deem, has long-passed) was JUST the same as today’s obsession with 24/7 cell phone interaction……. just as stupid..just as soul-surrendering, just as unproductive……

  13. 78 and naked with a bunch of young people, that’s just icky. Several of the leading people in the LOTR movies all got matching tattoos. Makes me a little curious now.
I think down the road when these young people realize you do die horrendously from their behavior will have regrets.
