Sexgate: Actor Kevin ‘Hercules’ Sorbo was groped by homosexual designer Gianni Versace

New York Times‘ exposé on Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein opened the floodgates of truth-telling, not only by women he’s sexually harassed/abused/raped, but men are also speaking out.

Kevin Sorbo, 58, is an actor best known for his starring roles in two television series,as Hercules in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and as Captain Dylan Hunt in Andromeda.

Paul Bond reports for The Hollywood Reporter that during a conversation on Weinstein on Adam Carolla’s podcast on October 24, 2017, Kevin Sorbo said that decades ago when he was working as a model, before he became an actor, he was sexually harassed by the late openly-homosexual Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace.

On July 15, 1997, 50-year-old Versace was shot dead on the steps of his Miami Beach mansion by spree killer Andrew Cunanan, a “gay” hustler, who used the same gun to commit suicide on a houseboat eight days later.

Sorbo told Carolla during the podcast: “I’ve got my sexual harassment story.” Sorbo said that in 1984, prior to his stint as the lead on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, which ran for six seasons in the late 1990s, Versace approached him in Italy, where he was modeling: “He wanted to meet me because of my height. At 6-foot, 3-inches, he wanted me to do fashion shows with these 6-foot-tall women.”

Sorbo said Versace invited him to a dinner party where he met Sophia Loren, opera star Luciano Pavarotti, Richard Gere and others. Sorbo was invited for several more dinner parties, each one with fewer attendees, until one time it was just him and Versace alone.

Versace told Sorbo he wanted him in commercials advertising his fashion brand. Sorbo said, “All of a sudden, his hand goes up my leg.”

He told Versace, “Dude, you know I’m straight?”

Versace replied: “This is why I like you. You’re not a girly man. You are a man’s man. In life, you must fuck everything. You must do the dog, and the cat, and the boy, and the girl.

Sorbo told Versace they were leading two different lifestyles, to which Versace said he wanted to “build a bridge” between them.

Sorbo said, “The bridge was never built, and I never got the [advertising] campaign. I got four free dinners.”

Sorbo later told The Hollywood Reporter that he remained friends with Versace: “He booked me for his fashion shows but I never got his [advertising] campaign, but I knew the game, just like I know the game of Hollywood. Casting couches have always been around. I don’t play that game, nor do I care to.”

Sorbo, who starred in the outstanding 2014 movie, God’s Not Dead, was on Carolla’s podcast to promote another faith-based film Let There Be Light, which opened on Friday, October 27. Let There Be Light is Fox News talker Sean Hannity’s first foray into filmmaking as the movie’s executive producer.

Let There Be Light has received an impressive 4.5/5 rating from Rotten Tomatoes. For a movie review by FOTM‘s DCG, go here.

Sorbo is a political independent and a Christian who attends a nondenominational church. He believes his religious views have caused Hollywood to limit his career — “There’s a negativity towards Christians in Hollywood. And a negativity towards people who believe in God.”

  8. I’d heard of Johnny Disgrace as a ‘titan’ in the fashion world, but now it’s clear that he was just another faggot scramblimg for the money. I don’t care if ‘faggot’ is not a PC term: it’s the best way I have to refer to those men who never understand that there comes a time when one must be a man. There are gay men who simply conduct themselves as men and never flaunt their lives, as they know full well there is only life to be lived, and it’s not a ‘style’. Life is serious, it need not be solemn, but it is serious: death is every minute.

    • I’m way more disturbed by Versace being a bestialist and pedophile, than that he was “gay”. I’m perplexed that this post’s readers either ignored or are blasé about what Versace told Sorbo: “In life, you must fuck everything. You must do the dog, and the cat, and the boy, and the girl.”

      • I found it disturbing but not surprising at all. The media keeps pushing that that Gays are just like everyone else, but the hideous truth is that an inordinate amount of them have personality disorders, or are downright deviants in some way shape or form. There is a reason people have shunned them over the centuries- they too often are predatory and perverted.

  9. Why the hell was Sorbo pushing his “Faith-based” film on filthy smut-peddler Adam Carolla’s show in the first place? This is the same guy who was Kimmel’s right-hand guy on the Man Show, right? The one who’s so foul-mouthed that Kimmel can’t even bring him onto his late-night trash show for fear he’ll be censored…
And I seriously doubt Sorbo actually said the “f word” on the show.
As for Versace, is anyone really surprised? Even RE: bestiality and pedophilia? I’m pretty sure he and his equally queer sister regularly had sex too. With each other… I either read that or heard it, probably on E!.
