The Guardian: Want to fight climate change? Have fewer babies!

Notice the picture that The Guardian chose to use: it’s only white babies. What are they trying to tell us?

From The Guardian: The greatest impact individuals can have in fighting climate change is to have one fewer child, according to a new study that identifies the most effective ways people can cut their carbon emissions.

The next best actions are selling your car, avoiding long flights (paging Leo), and eating a vegetarian diet. These reduce emissions many times more than common green activities, such as recycling, using low energy light bulbs or drying washing on a line. However, the high impact actions are rarely mentioned in government advice and school textbooks, researchers found.

Carbon emissions must fall to two tonnes of CO2 per person by 2050 to avoid severe global warming, but in the US and Australia emissions are currently 16 tonnes per person and in the UK seven tonnes. “That’s obviously a really big change and we wanted to show that individuals have an opportunity to be a part of that,” said Kimberly Nicholas, at Lund University in Sweden and one of the research team.

The new study, published in Environmental Research Letters, sets out the impact of different actions on a comparable basis. By far the biggest ultimate impact is having one fewer child, which the researchers calculated equated to a reduction of 58 tonnes of CO2 for each year of a parent’s life.

The figure was calculated by totting up the emissions of the child and all their descendants, then dividing this total by the parent’s lifespan. Each parent was ascribed 50% of the child’s emissions, 25% of their grandchildren’s emissions and so on.

“We recognise these are deeply personal choices. But we can’t ignore the climate effect our lifestyle actually has,” said Nicholas. “It is our job as scientists to honestly report the data. Like a doctor who sees the patient is in poor health and might not like the message ‘smoking is bad for you’, we are forced to confront the fact that current emission levels are really bad for the planet and human society.”

“In life, there are many values on which people make decisions and carbon is only one of them,” she added. “I don’t have children, but it is a choice I am considering and discussing with my fiance. Because we care so much about climate change that will certainly be one factor we consider in the decision, but it won’t be the only one.”

physics and chemistry for decades. The Earth is in the middle of an
interglacial period of an ice age. For most of its history, the Earth has
been far warmer. Has been COOLING for about 20 years. Al
Gore’s climate change has been documented to be false in
almost every regard. Ironically British tabloids have shown
how weather records from the 1800s and early 1900s were
altered to show lower temperatures to make Gore’s lies
appear correct. Our genocidal, parasitic rulers are using
the “global warming” scam to gain totalitarian control of
us peons. White gentiles are being exterminated around the

    • Gary Jones, good job, congrats. I’ve always thought it is a cycle Mother Earth is going through, just like everything it needs to renew itself. Wish Al Gore take a hike and explore the outer limits -he might get a push in a black hole.

Waiting for a reduction in carbon dioxide? Don’t hold your breath.

  4. Um, but don’t plants eat carbon dioxide and produce oxygen?

  5. To stop such population growth in Western countries, stop immigration. Would that be too easy, or would it hinder achievement of the real but hidden objectives of the Shadow Creatures?

  6. The Guardian forgot: it has no circulation in Africa where populations are booming…

  7. The lunatics have truly taken over the asylum. On average in the west there are approximately 1.4 children per married couple which isn’t even close to replacement so some ignoramus at the Guardian suggests .4 per couple. Just wait to see the African and Middle Eastern invasion of the West. You’re watching a civilization commit suicide which is the historical pattern

    • It’s all a satanic plot…we are being attacked on all fronts. Like Revelation says. Just heard on the fake news how they’re really pushing for businesses to go cashless…like restaurants. I know of one in the city that doesn’t take cash. I just hope people wake up and stop using their credit cards for everything, they are not secure, online banking and all that using your phone to bank is just begging for someone to make your account balance $0.00.

Then why are the political establishments in the west so intent on allowing massive immigration levels from 3rd world countries with few services into 1st world countries that provide more services per person. Politicians are defeating the purpose of having smaller families. Like socialist policies it is saying we’ll loose a little bit with 3rd worlders but make up the difference in volume.

  9. This is retarded. Termites and swamps emit more CO2 than anything! Plus, ‘climate change’ is not real anyway, just another way for the rockefellers and their ilk to attach a ‘global tax’ on all of us, while implementing the satanic commandments of the Georgia guidestones. The whole ‘eat vegetarian’ is a load of crap too, they pollute with herbicides like toxic roundup, GMO’s pollute worse than non gmo’s, and they’re not even focusing on the REAL environmental DISASTERS which are 1) plastic in oceans killing off marine life 2) toxic build up of glyphosate in the soils and plants (they spray it on wheat and other grains to brown them, it doesn’t ‘wash off’ and it’s implicated in cancers and large tumors as well as so called ‘celiac disease’), 3) GMO mono culture crops are helping to kill off the honey bee populations- when bees pollinate GMO crops, the bees DIE, 4) NO MENTION of all the invasive insect species that are killing off so many native trees in the USA (most from Asia).
But we have to worry about CARBON…which is not a threat at all.
The loonie climate change/warming mooks don’t even realize that the undersea vents that are the cause of any ‘heating’ of the oceans, there are hundreds of thousands of these vents under the water.
Also, how come the coasts aren’t disappearing? Why isn’t Miami beach disappearing? It’s all BULL POOPIE.

    • Chem, excellent points and I concur.
There a whole lot of more serious stuff out there killing us besides little white babies. Most white civilizations aren’t even birthing replacement numbers.
And this is one of the reasons it has been so easy for the takeover of Sweden.
Did she send this memo to Hispanic, Indian, and Asia and Arab countries.
This chick is a cuke without merit to her arguments.
Monsanto, Dow, BASF and a couple of other countries are much more dangerous to our environment, where is their warning?
Great point about the plastic in the ocean. It is there, but many deny it,
Over spraying our soil with pesticides and fertilizers has killed our soil to the levels we are not getting many of the much needed minerals we need for our joints, thus, one of the reasons of so much arthritis.

  10. I wonder how much we could reduce green gas emissions if we got rid of all democrats and liberals? Each time they open their mouths, it’s just sh|t and hot air and nonsense, a.k.a., FARTS! Since there are far more democrats and liberals world wide than cows, dang, I motion to let them poor bovines be, let them alone, and just cull the dem-lib herd once and for all! Get rid of the stench, now. Who’s in favor? Who seconds the motion?

  15. This is basically a big tell as to the whole agenda going on with “global warming” and the “green” (as in soylent, perhaps?) movement, same as the georgia guidestone garbage, the devil worshipers want eugenics, they want genocide, they think of humankind as a virus, more or less, shame thomas robert malthus, the jerk who came up with that whole overpopulation nonsense in the more modern era, didn’t use his mind for better ventures… I don’t know whether malthus was a freemason or otherwise, but I do know he was part of two scuzzy outfits, the royal society and the brittish east india company, and he married his cousin, not exactly the healthiest practice.
