Katy Perry on Manchester Bombing at Ariana Grande Show: ‘We Need to Coexist’

The jihadists don’t want to co-exist with you Katy, no matter how naked you might be.

Here’s a pro-tip for Katy: That will NEVER happen. Jihadists don’t co-exist with us infidels. Foolish womyn.

From Yahoo: Katy Perry said she felt “devastated” following the terrorist attack outside an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England Monday. Speaking with radio host Elvis Duran, Perry said, “I think the greatest thing we can do now is unite as people, as fan bases, all of it. Whatever we say behind people’s backs, the Internet can be a little bit ruthless as far as fan bases go but I think that the greatest thing we can do is just unite and love on each other. No barriers, no borders, we all just need to co-exist.

Perry also addressed fellow pop star Grande’s fans directly, saying, “I just want to say that I love all of you out there and I just know that some of our fan bases kind of go both ways. Ari’s fans are my fans, and my fans are Ari’s fans. We’re just all loving on each other and we should just stay loving on each other.

The “Swish Swish” singer’s comments on Elvis Duran and the Morning Show follow a pair of messages she posted toTwitter Monday after news of the bombing broke. “Praying for everyone at Ariana Grande’s show,” Perry said. “Broken hearted for the families tonight. Broken hearted for Ari. Broken hearted for the state of this world.”

At least 22 attendees were killed by a suicide bomber outside the Manchester Arena, while around 60 more have been reported injured. On Tuesday, police arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the attack, while British Prime Minister Theresa May said police have the identity of the other assailant, who died when he detonated the device. The so-called Islamic State have claimed responsibility for the attack.

Numerous artists have also voiced their sorrow and support for Grande and her fans, including Harry Styles, Drake, Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Missy Elliot, as well as Manchester natives and local music scene stalwarts such as Liam Gallagher, Johnny Marr and Peter Hook.

As for Perry, the pop star is set to release her new album, Witness, June 9th. Over the past year, she’s also embraced her role as an activist, serving as one of Hillary Clinton’s most vocal supporters during the 2016 election and notably donating $10,000 to Planned Parenthood last November.

  1. No surprise there. Katy Perry said she’d sold her soul to the devil:

  4. I am wondering why she would make such a show of telling others that she “had sold her soul to the devil,” making this comment evidently on several occasions. Even saying this makes her in league with Satan.

After listening to her, it is rather apparent that she is an air-head. How sad that the words that come out of her mouth do nothing but embolden Muslim Jihadists! There is no doubt but when they hear such trivialization of their horrific acts . . . they assume that all of us are ready to lay down and roll over due to paralyzing fear. She harms all of us by uttering such inane words!

    • She is speaking the truth..there does seem to be some kind of pact with Satan that these stars enter into in exchange for fame. Think about it…Satan basically offered the same thing to Jesus!

  6. Katy, if you and others like you could see it, you would see the love many Christians have for you expressed in our sorrow for what may be your future in eternity.

  7. As a person contracted with the devil, I ‘m sure his representatives who own the music industry tell Katy exactly what she is supposed to say and promote just like in her freaky music videos and routines on stage.

    • RL—and also let me know if she takes her daughters or young relatives along with her to “enjoy” the ambiance in the audiences in the Middle East.

PS….I’m so sorry this all happened to the audience, and in the midst of anyone else who was there to “make a living,” which necessarily includes Arianna Grande…..BUT my sympathy for Grande is so hard for me to eke out: Grande was caught on camera with a boyfriend in our little PODUNK Ca town, in a small mom and pop donut shop, licking and spitting on at least 2 trays of donuts (which were unknowingly then served to customers…) and the audio caught her saying “God, I hate America!!!!” Just google it up if you don’t know about it or believe me. Plenty on the internet about it. Wonder if she wants to move to Europe or the Middle East…..since we are soooooooo terrible here…….perhaps this was a hard-bought lesson-learned for her? Or…do the Hollyweird EVER learn anything?

      • I’ll bet $100 she doesn’t learn anything.

      • Her ONLY REDEMING GRACE is that she has evidently offered to pay the funeral expenses for all those who were murdered at her show. I can only hope that the horrific nature of this event has taught her something about the blessings of America . . . at least I hope that she is not so far gone that she can learn something from this. Who knows, it is true that the episode at the donut shop was so far out, it truly was unimaginable, at least to me.

  10. You can’t fix stupid!

  11. When an administration that is worshipped by out of touch celebrities refuses to classify these attacks by name…you will get off the cuff, completely ignorant statements like Perry’s. There is a belief that their opinion counts in some manner. What she said is so destructive that it cannot be measured.

Perhaps Perry should see photos or videos of the aftermath of suicide bombings. Body parts strewn around, blood, the smell, clumps of goo that were once pieces of innocent young people. Maybe her eyes would open. Maybe she would come to actually realize that her spoon fed ridiculous opinion is so off base and wrong that she would actually change her political stance. Maybe she wouldn’t blindly advocate for open borders and love ins.

She made it about her and her out of touch viewpoint. So far Grande has not…lets hope it remains that way.
