Woman who set fire to Trump supporter’s hair is identified

The D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for this crime. Call police at 202-727-9099. , or submit your tip to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.

The United States of America was founded as a republic — a representative democracy — wherein citizens make political decisions and resolve our political differences via the ballot and civil debates, not violence or the threat of violence.

On January 20, 2017, at an anti-Trump protest in Washington, D.C., a woman set fire to the hair of a Trump supporter. Fortunately, an alert good Samaritan quickly extinguished the fire.

For the purpose of this post, the woman in the blue-&-white Victoria’s Secret “Pink Nation” beanie hat will be referred to as “Fatty Firestarter”.

Here’s the video:

Setting someone’s hair on fire is battery — an intentional unpermitted act causing harmful or offensive contact with the “person” of another. According to the legal dictionary:

Battery is both a tort and a crime. Its essential element, harmful or offensive contact, is the same in both areas of the law. The main distinction between the two categories lies in the penalty imposed. A defendant sued for a tort is civilly liable to the plaintiff for damages. The punishment for criminal battery is a fine, imprisonment, or both. Usually battery is prosecuted as a crime only in cases involving serious harm to the victim.

The identity of the woman who set fire to the hair of a Trump supporter has been uncovered. Let this be a lesson to anyone who thinks they can get away with criminal wrongdoing in our time of ubiquitous cell phone cameras, the Alternative Media, and an army of ever-ready citizen sleuths.

This post is a presentation of the evidence uncovered in social media that Fatty Firestarter most likely is Norma Zahory. The evidence is comprised of:

  • Information in Zahory’s Facebook page, which is no longer accessible to public viewing. After she was outed, she either deleted her Facebook page or set it to private, but not before a citizen sleuth archived the page (click here) and posted a link to it in the Daily Caller comments section.
  • A tweet to Zahory from her friend, Portia Diaz.

To begin, Norma Zahory’s friends recognize her as the woman who set fire to the Trump supporter’s hair.

(1) Norma Zahory acknowledges to a Facebook friend that she is Fatty Firestarter:

(2) In a tweet, a friend named Portia Diaz cheers Zahory for setting fire to the Trump supporter’s hair (“cooking bacon at the rally”):

(3) Photos of Zahory posted to her Facebook page show that she is Fatty Firestarter (I drew the yellow circles around Zahory):

Below are comparisons of the faces of Fatty Firestarter and Norma Zahory, which show they are the same person (note that the photos of Zahory were taken at various times/years before the Jan. 20, 2017 incident):

  • Both have the same fleshy nose.
  • Both have the same arched eyebrows.
  • Both have the same fleshy-knob chin.
  • Both have the same nasolabial folds or “smile lines” — the two skin folds that run from each side of the nose to the corners of the mouth.

Norma Zahory lives in Fairfax, VA near D.C., and works for a non-profit organization, Communities In Schools, which describes itself as “the nation’s largest and most effective organization dedicated to keeping kids in [public] school and helping them succeed in life” — whatever that means.

  2. I don’t see any mention that this evidence has been forwarded to the DCPD. Has it? Anyone?

      • Where I don’t have the material, my sending it to the DCPD would be considered hearsay – third hand evidence – and inadmissible.
The person who has this material has to do it directly.

        • Sorry Hadenoughalready but your statement isn’t true. Passing along a tip to police about someone who has committed a crime has nothing to do with hearsay. Hearsay is verbal and it involves court and is usually not admissible as evidence.

Definition of hearsay evidence: Hearsay is an out of court statement, made in court, to prove the truth of the matter asserted. In other words, hearsay is evidence of a statement that was made other than by a witness while testifying at the hearing in question and that is offered to prove the truth of the matter stated.

          • If this is really the perp and she felt strong enough in her convictions to set the other woman’s hair on fire, she should be readily willing to boast that it was her. BUT the perp will deny it was her and hide just like all the thugs that are rioting in our cities now HIDING behind mask over their faces. Willing to do the crime, but not the time. real HERO’S are not afraid to go to jail for their convictions! The rest of us should not be so willing to hang this woman until the law has proven she did this cowardly act!

            • And if Norma Zahory isn’t Fatty Firestarter, then she would protest and threaten to sue, which she hasn’t.
What is puzzling is why DC Metropolitan Police Dept still haven’t arrested Zahory, nor even acknowledged receipt of my email with evidence that Zahory is Fatty Firestarter.

              • Dr. E, The reason the police haven’t acted on your information is the want positive PROOF of who did this cowardly crime before they pounce. Putting the horse before the cart is not the smart way to proceed. If and when the police arrest her they hopefully will have an airtight case so the perp doesn’t walk on a technicality or sue because the case gets thrown out for not being airtight. Also you would not want the wrong person serving time while the real perp walks free! Remember patience is a virtue!

                • And the reason for why DCPD won’t even acknowledge receipt of my email is . . . ?

Don’t police have facial recognition software with which they can easily compare the visages of Fatty Firestarter and Norma Zahory?

      • Mark Dice says this is not Norma Zohary.

Could it be Allison Zohary? Look at the eyes.

        • The name is Norma Zahory; not Norma Zohary.

Norma Zahory’s friends recognized her as the woman who set fire to the Trump supporter’s hair.

As for Allison Zahory, I don’t understand what you mean by “Look at the eyes” because there’s no pic of her on her LinkedIn page. Also, the LinkedIn page says Allison has “over 20+ years of office experience,” which means she can’t be Fatty Firestarter, who looks to be in her 20s.

        • We all need to let the law do its job. When we take or desire to take the law into our own hands we wind up swimming in the same stinking muddy mire this woman is soaking in. Hopefully her judge will not be a total liberal. What should happen is the girl who’s hair got set afire should get a fat judgement against the woman who set the fire. A judgement that she can’t file a bankruptcy against. I did notice that a woman who seemed to be in charge stopped the demonstration and denounced what had been done to the other woman.

  3. If this woman thinks its OK to set someones hair on fire JUST because you disagree with that persons political view I sure as hell would not want her working anywhere near or with my children. Paid or not!

  4. “Let the punishment fit the crime,” okay? So, once convicted she needs a fiery haircut — doused just in time, of course. Safety first!

  7. Wow, in those photos you can just see the evil in her eyes. She obviously lives out the Libtard motto, “We’re not happy ’til you’re not happy!”

  8. From what she did to cover her tracks she sounds like a professional troublemaker-I see a long prison sentence and an investigation into the people who organized this

  9. I am not into attempting to publicly humiliate those who disagree with me politically or philosophically. However, I AM into shedding light on CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. So good on you, FOTM for spreading this info far and wide.

Hopefully she’ll get prosecuted, sued, AND fired from her job.

  10. It looks like she’s been a little heavy on the groceries. I’m guessing her frustration of her diet led to the compulsion to light someone’s hair on fire.
With liberals, this is acceptable, so they expect us to ignore her faux pas, and forgive her. After all, she did write “sobbing” on her Facebook page, when she was discovered.

    • Thank you. I did, as well, 4 hours ago, to CIS’s president/CEO. No acknowledgement or response.

      • It is now nearly 3 days after I emailed Community In Schools’ president/CEO. Still no response, from which I can only conclude that the silence is an admission that CIS employee Norma Zahory indeed is Fatty Firestarter, because if she isn’t and if I were CIS’s CEO, I would immediately email back to defend and protect CIS’s reputation.

    THIS is demonic activity.

  16. Whoa Steve…. Trump supporters are above that. I think they believe in letting the law do their job. Besides the LSM would have spun such retaliation into ‘TRUMP SUPPORTER ATTACKS INNOCENT PROTESTER’.

  20. Hard to believe that she worked at a law firm, and yet she didn’t consider the consequences of her actions? People have been badly injured because hair especially with some hair cosmetics added can go up like straw…

  21. Amazing sleuthing once again Dr. Eowyn. I wasn’t 100% convinced at first because Fatty seemed to have way thinner lips that the other photo of Zahory. But those twitters etc. seem to make it conclusive. At any rate, hope she gets what she deserves. She DOES look like a demon, an extremely ugly one at that.

  22. I am not a Facebook subscriber but one thing I have noticed with my liberal nieces pages is how bizarre some of these young people are today. All their poses, facial expressions, comments are pretty much the same, they all lack originality. They all pat each other on the back for nothing and they are all vain and narcissistic. It is creepy!!!

  23. Look at the picture of the three friends together; the one on the right might be the accomplice in yellow who gave the main suspect the weapon/lighter; the one in the middle may be the sign holder/lookout/distractor.

  25. deplorableinmt, You talk about the say liberals teens and young adults on face book today with their lack originality. They are like the children and mice in The Pied Piper. The Piper of today leads our children astray with crap that most of us old times would have seen through. This starts with our liberal teachers and idiot professors indoctrinating the children instead of teaching them useful things such as history, math, PROPER English as so- forth!

  27. So, any updates on this story? Is she still employed, working with children?

  29. Would “helping people be successful at life” include setting people’s hair afire or being incapable of pushing one’s self back from the dinner table? She needs jail time. Her “supporters” need remedial civics. The cops asked for information and they got it. So now what?
