More Libtard Butthurt: ‘Subway Therapy’ is a thing: Commuters Stick Post-It Notes on Walls to Share Election Blues

From Yahoo: Following Donald Trump’s election to the White House, New Yorkers have been leaving Post-It notes with messages of hope, love and healing as part of “subway therapy.”

Some of the messages, which started appearing Wednesday, included: “You will not divide us. Love is everything,” “Everything will be alright” and “It doesn’t end today.”

The messages are aimed at combatting and protesting Trump’s campaign rhetoric, which has been dubbed hateful and xenophobic.

The “subway therapy” was created by New York artist Levee who told ABC7: “Because of how stressful the last couple of days were, I thought it would be nice to have something that people could do really quickly so they could maybe get something off their chest.”

As protests erupted in cities around the country, Fox News’ Megyn Kelly called out a Yale University professor who made midterms optional so students can deal with Trump’s victory.

“The email came after the professor received requests for extensions from some students that were in, ‘fear for their families’. This happened at one of the most prestigious universities in the country. These students will probably go on to be leaders in their chosen fields, and executives in major companies. Basically run this country in twenty years,” she wrote on her website.

She also posted screen shots of the email and wrote: “Try not to laugh too hard.”

On her show, The Kelly File, she said that anyone who allows students to skip out on a test in an institute of higher learning because of the election result “completely misunderstands the point of college.”

As many wrap their head around what happens next with Trump as commander-in-chief, the late night hosts are trying to find humor in the uncertain times.

Daily Show correspondent Hasan Minhaj, a Muslim, spoke to host Trevor Noah on Wednesday’s episode to discuss how frightened he was of a Trump presidency. Since Trump proposed a Muslim ban during his campaign, Minhaj said: “I am panicking because melanin doesn’t rub off.”

He also told a story about how his mother, who is an American citizen, and is out of the country until February, fears she won’t be able to return under Trump’s reign. “I need her back home because I love her… and she owes me $300,” he said.

On Full Frontal, host Samantha Bee said: ”What we did was the democratic equivalent of installing an above-ground pool. Even if we’re lucky and it doesn’t seep into our foundations, the neighbors will never look at us the same way again.”

She also blasted white women who voted for Trump, saying: “A majority of white women, faced with the choice between the first female president and a vial of weaponized testosterone, said, ‘I’ll take Option B. I just don’t like her.’ Hope you got your sticker, ladies. Way to lean out.”

On Conan, the host offered more optimism, saying: “In America we get to pick who is going to ruin our country. It’s a privilege. Everybody should feel grateful that we get to vote.”

He then quoted Winston Churchill saying: “Democracy is the worst form of government, except for all those other forms that have been tried.”

  1. Amazing how “primal” these “children are. And demand respect? Not in a million years, you poor, delicate little snowflakes!

    I can’t imagine them ever handling a “real” tragedy…like a grid and phone-down, food-gone scenario. I’d be hysterical…lmao

  2. The riots we are seeing in the Dem controlled areas of the country are the “Purest form” of “democracy” uncontrolled by a constitution, rule of law, and common sense.
These are encouraged, supported, and even paid for by the Leftist/Alinskyite faction of the “Democrat Party” that is actually no more ‘democratic’ than the Soviet Communist Party, or Hitler’s “National Socialism”. It is all “Politics as War”.
The Radical Leftist “leadership” are demonstrating their desperation by this ridiculous escalation because they fear Trump and the Movement FAR more than any main-stream “Republican”, especially the RINOs that the Repub Party tried to ram down the Conservative Voters throats.
I seriously doubt that the Head RINOs will be able to pervert him like they did most of the other “Saviors of our Constitutional Republic” that the TEA Party patriots managed to send to Sodom-on-the-Potomac.
Hopefully, this is just another abortive premature “Socialist Revolution” that will die aborning. The Citizenry is already working to move govt back to the right, and even the Sheeple are paying attention to the “SheepDogs” for a change and going in the right direction.
Much of the Leftist Lap-dog Media is in its death-throes and some are desperately trying to change their direction. Even the NYTimes, probably the worst of a bad litter, is apologizing and promising to mend its ways. (And once there were 3 Bears….)

    • I went out and actually read the letter that the NYT issued regarding their “fairness in reporting both candidates,” and their promise to report fairly and accurately in the future! If I were a subscriber . . . I would cancel my subscription to that rag, based on that ridiculous, cockamamie letter.

      • If you read Glenn Greenwald’s book “No place to hide” about Ed Snowden, he shows the internal machinations of the NYT regarding reporting of ‘stories’, as well as the editors asking permission from the white house before stories are run.

  3. Re: NY Times apology:

BREAKING : The Failing New York Times Issues an Apology to it’s Readers for Biased Reporting

The New York Times, along with the rest of the North Korea-style propaganda media, made a mockery of journalism by shamelessly shilling for Hillary Clinton.
Now that she has lost, the media is terrified that they’re doomed (they are) and are issuing apologies for their “biased reporting.”

    From the NY Post:
“The Gray Lady feels the agony of political defeat — in her reputation and in her wallet. After taking a beating almost as brutal as Hillary Clinton’s, the New York Times on Friday made an extraordinary appeal to its readers to stand by her.

The publisher’s letter to subscribers was part apology and part defense of its campaign coverage, but the key takeaway was a pledge to do better. Times publisher Arthur Sulzberger Jr. admitted the paper failed to appreciate Donald Trump’s appeal.

“After such an erratic and unpredictable election there are inevitable questions: Did Donald Trump’s sheer unconventionality lead us and other news outlets to underestimate his support among American voters?”

While insisting his staff had “reported on both candidates fairly,” he also vowed that the paper would “rededicate ourselves to the fundamental mission of Times journalism. That is to report America and the world honestly, without fear or favor.” Ah, there’s the rub. Had the paper actually been fair to both candidates, it wouldn’t need to rededicate itself to honest reporting. And it wouldn’t have been totally blindsided by Trump’s victory.

Instead, because it demonized Trump from start to finish, it failed to realize he was onto something. And because the paper decided that Trump’s supporters were a rabble of racist rednecks and homophobes, it didn’t have a clue about what was happening in the lives of the Americans who elected the new president.

Sulzberger’s letter alludes to this, promising that the paper will “striv[e] always to understand and reflect all political perspectives and life experiences in the stories that we bring to you.” But bad or sloppy journalism doesn’t fully capture the Times sins.

Not after it announced that it was breaking it rules of coverage because Trump didn’t deserve fairness. As media columnist Jim Rutenberg put it in August, most Times reporters saw Trump “as an abnormal and potentially dangerous candidate” and thus couldn’t be even-handed.

That wasn’t one reporter talking — it was policy. The standards, developed over decades to force reporters and editors to be fair and to build public trust, were effectively eliminated as too restrictive for the Trump phenomenon.”

    Sorry, no dice.

    You’re done, New York Times.
You gotta love this! I think the mostly “in their wallet” part is what is slowly getting their attention. Libtards learn at the Speed of Mud.

    • NYT should try REPORTING the news, not making it. When they want to present an opinion, state that it is an opinion and not news. I enjoy reading opinions and editorials and for the most part am able to tell the difference between someone’s opinion and stated fact. Not everybody is so astute, but unfortunatly their vote at the polls is equal to mine, even if they don’t have a clue what they’re voting for.

DCG got it right – “Screw em.” Let ’em go broke and stew in their own stink.

Sorry, my friend, but pigs will fly before they do any honest reporting. They would have to fire everybody, fumigate the building, and start over from scratch.

    • These commie libs learn at the speed of dumb too, ha ha ha! It’s funny how they try to pigeonhole all the Trump supporters. I would have rather voted for Ron Paul, as he was completely ignored by the media because he would have made IMHO the best president, but better Trump than Hell ary. But, I’m a Constitutionalist and I follow the reasoning of Andrew Napolitano.

      • Judge Napolitano totally lost me when he said Obama and Cruz (and Rubio, I guess) were eligible to run for Prez. Where did he go to school? He looks old enough to know better! And hasn’t he been paying any attention to the “Birthers” for the last 8, almost 9 years? Why was it so important to keep the issue FROM GOING TO TRIAL?
Because the correct definition is “born in the country (of citizenship) from citizen parents” from “The Law of Nations”* by Emerich de Vattel, 1758, published in English in 1760. Benjamin Franklin has 3 copies that he lent out to the others that didn’t have one. It was the Textbook for International Law at the time. At least among European nations.

*Section 212 if I remember correctly. If you want to look it up. Vattel was a Swiss diplomat, and the book was originally published in French. Ben was familiar with it from his time in France, and had English copies sent by friends in England.
Old Ben was a smart Dude. Among other wise things, he said, “Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.”

  4. What the heck happened to my copy/pasting?
Sorry editors. It looked OK in the box.

    • Didn’t know that. People seem to forget that Canada is still a ‘colony’ of the Evil Queen and her ilk therefore they are still subjected to socialism and all that it entails. When I was going to college, some dude from England was talking to me. He was saying something about how ‘great’ England was. So, since I thought him pretty small minded, I said, “Well, if England is so great, then why do so many people come over to the USA to make money??” I stated it matter-of-factly, not snarkily, and he didn’t have an answer for me, and also stopped talking to me too (which was what I wanted in the first place anyway, ha ha ha!). LET FREEDOM RING!!!!

  6. What we’re witnessing here is the Jonestown Effect: All these losers have had their minds hijacked by some sort of CULT! And how interesting, how telling it is, that your photo here tells of the comparison of Trump’s Victory over the Witch to the Terror of September 11th.
We all live in a BUBBLE. We create a “narrative” which we spin into a COCOON to feel safe. Whether that “cocoon” is based on the truth or a lie makes all the difference. It takes an enormous amount of information—really a tremendous “Triumph of the Will,” so to speak—to pop this bubble or cocoon: To do so requires one CONFRONT his own cognitive dissonance and normalcy bias.
It is the same with the real Conservative Identity, also: George H.W. Bush and John Paul II successfully IMPERSONATED the conservative mindset when they were nothing of the sort. John Paul II warned us of the “Culture of Death” all right, but he didn’t make any headway in confronting it. (He rested on his laurels with his moral victory over the Soviet Union). The proof: He did nothing to bring the Church back to Tradition; Rather, he forged ahead with an ersatz Christianity. George H.W. Bush talked like a conservative until he became President: Once in the White House, he proceeded to dismantle the Reagan Legacy brick by brick. (It could be argued, with some success, that the one good thing Bush, Sr. accomplished was the appointment of Clarence Thomas to the Supreme Court, however.) I have talked to thousands of people here in New York, in my cab, about 9/11. Each person is in his own bubble; They “can’t handle the truth!” Tell them of Bush, Sr.’s role in the 9/11 Debacle, and they cannot handle it. Tell them of Alex Jones (or FOTM), and they can’t handle it: For every 100 people I talk to, maybe TWO say they will look into it; The rest juggle and stammer or refuse me outright. The dissonance is too much of a shock—at least initially.
It is the same with these “libtards”: They live in a cocoon, and, because of their self-absorption, their NARCISSISM, they “can’t handle the truth!” To us, it’s amusing and funny how they react. They make fools of themselves!
Perhaps we should call these unfortunate souls NARCISS-SISSIES!!! THAT is what they are: BIG SISSIES!!!

    • Thank you for speaking the truth about GHW Bush! CFR all the way!
“Dubya” was better than I expected, but ham-strung from all the Neo-Cons and NWO clowns he inherited from his Daddy. But the man did love the troops, I don’t think he could fake that. And Laura was a real lady.

And then we got Obozo & Mooch, enough to make a statue cry.

The Neo-cons really wasted Iraq 1 when they didn’t destroy Saddam’s armor and mechanized infantry after the rout in Kuwait. Yeah, it would have looked bad on TV, but that is what the Military is there for, kill the enemy and break their toys.
And the troops won Irag 2 with about 140 casualties until the Neo-cons decided to save and “democratize” the pest-hole. Their De-Baathification threw the army out of work, as well as almost everyone that could operate their basic infrastructure, including a flush toilet. To get a job higher than sweeping donkey turds out of the street, you HAD to be in the Baath Party. (What the Dems want here) But there, all those proud tribal dudes were unemployed, no money, and watching their families starve, but everybody had an AK-47, maybe an RPG, a footlocker of hand grenades, RPG & mortar rounds, and assorted other goodies. What could go wrong?
Iraq was cobbled together out of 3 different people that pretty much hate each other. The Ottomans could keep the lid on, and Saddam did by brute force & terror. Try to Democratize them? Recipe for disaster.
You can’t help people that don’t want it. And if the Muzzies don’t want it, they kill you.
They really need 3 countries. The Kurds are the only ones remotely trustworthy, and our former allies, the Turks, hate the Kurds and vice-versa.
But we will get back in it again, I’m afraid. Hopefully if we do, it will be with the Russians as somewhat allies. Use their troops as the Traffic Cops, & Meals-on-Wheels, many of their troops speak passable Arabic. Give ‘m Syria, better they stay and fight the remnants of ISIS.
But if we do, let us turn the troops loose.
Loose the Dogs of War! …or stay under the porch with the puppies.

    • You hit the head on the nail. 🙂 I think one of the problems with most humans out there is that they get involved emotionally with their beliefs. I’ve caught myself doing this at times, and I put a stop to it immediately. Just a thought, but when people do this, they make it so they do not want to change course, even if new information (correct information) comes up. There was some study done about when people hear something (usually from an authority or peer group the admire) and then when they are presented with new and ‘correct’ info, most do not want to believe the new info, even if it’s presented by the authority figures or peer group leader. I don’t know, I guess it’s called willful ignorance? I’ve had the same thing happen, most do not want to believe it. Hence history repeating itself. Lucky for me I try to not do what I said others do, therefore I can change course if new and better info comes along. It’s freeing and yet aggravating because others don’t do it.

  9. To Steven & Dr.Eowyn,
When you are fighting Comanches or Communists, you can’t play by1840’s Brit Army rules. I admire your wanting to take the high moral position, but when you are dealing with snakes you have to have the Moral Courage to go into the snakes’ den and deal with them by Snake Rules.
Adopting strategy and tactics necessary to defeat the ‘Monsters’ is not “becoming the Monster” unless you you adopt the behavior when unnecessary.
If in 1991, GHW Bush had the “guts and gumption to annihilate Saddam’s Revolutionary Guards, rolled on to Bagdad and hung the SOB from the that crossed swords monument and left him until the crows ate his face off; we would have saved over 3000 troops lives and $3 trillion. Plus probably would still have the World Trade Center.
By being “merciful” (and mostly scared spitless of the TV news & and Libtard reactions) Bush 41 missed a lasting victory easily won, caused Bush 43 to have to go back and fight for a marginal vivtory with a huge unnecessary ‘Butcher’s Bill’, and then Obozo gave it away to ISIS. Welcome to the moral high ground. Enjoy the view?

The Good Book sez we must forgive our enemies, but it doesn’t say we shouldn’t hang the bad ones first.

I apologize for the “view” comment. That was rude, crude, and unattractive, but it most strongly illustrates the point. You can’t deal with savages by putting off the battle, especially if you are winning. They take your “mercy” as weakness. And maybe in the “tooth & claw Real World” they are right.

Nobody really hates war like those who have experienced it. So if you gotta to do it, WIN IT! Then pack up your shit and go home. Party! Make babies! Plant a garden! But keep you weapons clean and your ammo dry, ’cause sure as God made little green apples, there are another bunch of barbarians coming as soon as they think you are weak.

Most civilians get to sleep comfortably at night because hard men are doing dirty deeds in the dark, at the edge of the Abyss, killing the monsters.

    • “When you are fighting Comanches or Communists, you can’t play by1840’s Brit Army rules.”

Whatever makes you think I’m a wimp?

      • Dr. Eowyn,
I did NOT say, or mean to imply “wimp”.
Lancers that attack cannons from the muzzle end are not wimps! Sometimes a little too civilized, but not wimps.
Your Blog-name tells me you are definitely not a “wimp”, even if you may lack “practical experience in actual killing the enemies of Freedom”. As one of Saxon descent I recognized some “root construct” of “Eowyn”, and I looked it up. A fictional heroine, Shieldmaiden, orphaned by war, fought as a Warrior woman even against the local PC, gravely wounded in battle killing the evil Witch-King. And you are obviously a strong Christian. I gotta give you major points for Idealism and Imagination, no joke.
But my blog-name is my first call-sign as an Army helicopter pilot- ‘Aircraft Commander’ UH-1B,C,D,H)- my first tour in Vietnam, and dumb enough to volunteer for HueyCobra school (AH-1G) and a 2nd tour after 8 months back in The Land of the Big PX. Shot down twice. Flew slicks and guns first tour. I’ve “seen the elephant”, lady. Even hunted them because the VC were using them as their Heavy Transportation Platoon And water buffalo,… ugly business shooting animals with Mini-guns and 2.75 FFAR rockets.. I’ve got you beat on experience, meanness, and body-count big-time.
My point is “Goodness, civilized behavior, and fair-play” sounds good in school, church, and a UCMJ court room, and all of those are most admirable and necessary, but when you are dealing with barbarians that have no recognition of, even contempt for those high ideals, you gotta harden your heart and get practical.
Mean, sneaky, even “vicious and bloodthirsty” like a Saxon Shield-wall, may be the antithesis of Civilized values, but when you are fighting for the very survival of those values, winning is primary, the rest is just the necessary tactics to support the strategy of winning. I quit the Army because the ‘Will to Win’ did not exist in the Beltway Buffoonatorium even then. But there is no ‘Separation Date’ on the Oath “… to protect and defend the Constitution …against all enemies foreign and domestic, so help me God.”
I make no claim to being “a good Christian”, some may say I follow the “Way of Thor’s hammer” more the The Cross of Jesus, and they might be right, especial from their standpoint. But I’ll try to be true to the Oath, taken 4 times.
We are at War, whether or not some may want to admit it.

Jesus came first as the Lamb of God, and it got him nailed to the cross by the Globalist Govt of the time. And not for any Roman reason. He is coming back, but as a Warrior, Revelations says.
I try to teach and encourage others in the “Way of the Warrior”. I shamelessly steal that Warrior idealism from other cultures, even past enemies. I’m too damn old to lead or train the young in the field, but I can teach the mindset necessary to survive. And when the time comes, I can fight as a Dog Soldier.

I sincerely apologize if you think I insulted you. I did not. You are doing a wonderful thing here. I thank you for the opportunity to exchange our ideas on how to proceed to victory and encourage each other to “Endeavor to persevere”. If I become offensive, do not hesitate to call me out, and I will try to modify my behavior to better adjust to the group. I’m not here to insult anyone. But to strengthen resolve and concentrate the will to win, yes. To help others prepare for hardship and pain, yes. To share some humor, even sarcastic & somewhat bloodyminded humor, probably, unless disciplined.

        • Understood. No offense was taken. 🙂

You recommend “Mean, sneaky, even vicious and bloodthirsty”

Such as? And how does one be “mean, sneaky, even vicious and bloodthirsty” in POLITICAL battle?

          • Thank you , Doc. Eyowyn could also mean horse-lover, if you didn’t already know that.

I wasn’t really thinking about that part, only when it gets to the physical battle.
And since the Radical Left practices Politics as War, it has to be left to the actual instant situation.

I will retreat to the position of the Constitutional Militia, the little “m” militia, no organization. The primary directive is to commit no hostile act unless you, neighbors, or you community are attacked unlawfully, or by the direction of your local Sheriff (assuming he is a good guy).
Since we know that most of the riots are encouraged & funded, and probably lead by enemies of the Constitution, if they attack you, family, or property, and depending on your local state laws, take them off the board. To paraphrase Napoleon, “To discourage the others.” Your neighbors property gets pretty dodgy, but it is all about “fear for your life or serious injury” in most States to use deadly force. But at 72, I bleed to easy and heal too slow to take any “hand to hand” crap from anybody anymore. And protesting but looking nonthreatening will usually get the ‘predatory’ response necessary to justify – whatever. The Leftists have no respect for your life, so how is it entrapment? But some Leftist Prostituting Attorneys may try to prosecute, so don’t act tough. Probably not hard for most folks. Ladies should cry. men too if you feel like it,fake a little tachycardia if necessary, that probably won’t be hard either.. Killing get easier with practice, but usually traumatic for civilized folks the first few times – that is what makes them “civilized”.
Every responsible adult should have a carry permit, you will learn the local laws in detail then. As a man, I consider it a duty to defend those weaker than I, especially women and children. (Yeah, I guess I’m a chauvinist.)

It is all about State law. If you live in Lib/Prog YankeeLand, your options may be limited. Ladies should wear hats, with a 4″ or better hat pin with a large decorative, easy to grasp, head. With such, … hell, with any weapon, some knowledge of anatomy is helpful. Having a broken salt-water fishing pole in your car or pick-up works surprisingly well as a light baton, whip, and even epee. Leave the raggedy line guides on and leave the broken tip ragged, even sharp. Deadly in the hand of someone with any sword training in foil or epee. Fight dirty. Eyes, throat, collar bones, joints, any bare skin. Go for a lot of blood if attacked by a group. Same with firearms, gut shoot the first couple and while they are thrashing around screaming the others may disappear. A common cane is effective if you know how. Any garden tool, even the broken rake handle. If you drive a pick-up the options increase. The common bush-ax with a longer handle was called a Naganata (if I remember correctly) by the Japanese. Was used as a foot-soldiers’ weapon against cavalry, and reputed to be favored by Samurai women in times of emergency. Freakin’ deadly! Bows are good if you have the skill. Almost any kind of common tools. You can kill someone with a lead pencil or a ball-point pen if you don’t mind hurting your hand. I need to quit this.

As far as politics is concerned, what ever the Enemy does or did should be considered. I don’t like it, but that is how they play. Try to avoid the real criminal stuff. Again, don’t start it, but if on the defensive? Defend! Stay clean on your side!

Special Forces teaches that your greatest weapon is your brain. Use you imagination.

Three million votes in the U.S. presidential election were cast by illegal aliens, according to Greg Phillips of the organization.

If true, this would mean that Donald Trump still won the contest despite widespread vote fraud and almost certainly won the popular vote.

“We have verified more than three million votes cast by non-citizens,” tweeted Phillips after reporting that the group had completed an analysis of a database of 180 million voter registrations.
“Number of non-citizen votes exceeds 3 million. Consulting legal team,” he added. According to current indications, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by around 630,000 votes, although around 7 million ballots remain uncounted.

Virtually all of the votes cast by 3 million illegal immigrants are likely to have been for Hillary Clinton, meaning Trump might have won the popular vote when this number is taken into account.

Vote fraud using ballots cast in the name of dead people and illegal alien voters was a huge concern before the election.

On the morning of the election there were 4 million dead people on U.S. voter rolls.

Although some states require some form of ID before voting, California, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. all require no identification before voting.

    …. ……………………………………………………….

My copy/paste doesn’t show the Tweets. Legal action pending InfoWars is NOT one of my favorite sources but this is credible. Note many states that went big for Hillary are the Non-ID states.
Suck on this Libtards! This is Alinskyite “Democracy”! Massive Vote Fraud!
    And Trump still WON!
