Hillary Clinton’s pollster Benenson Strategy Group says she is tanking; Trump supporters unstoppable

On October 18, 2016, the hacker(s) Anonymous claims that “a source inside the [Hillary] Clinton campaign has leaked an internal polling document that shows her support is gone”.

The document is a report titled Salvage Program from the Benenson Strategy Group, the pollster and strategist for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. The report looks professional and credible. It’s called Salvage Program because its goal is to “salvage” — to rescue, save, recover, restore — Hillary’s campaign, which is tanking.

In the words of the report (my words are in green):

“At this point Donald Trump has both momentum and enthusiasm. Distrust in the mainstream media is blunting the impact of the collective polling narrative [which implies that the polls we are told are fraudulent — their data manufactured to favor Hillary]. As Election Day approaches, Hillary Clinton’s favorable ratings have crashed to historic lows (12%) in non-partisans and Donald Trump is consolidating support (97% of LV Republican-identifying respondents are either enthusiastic or very enthusiastic about voting for Trump).”

Before we go any further, let’s take a look at what Benenson Strategy Group is, so as to determine if the Salvage Program report is credible.

To begin, an AFP report on Oct. 19, 2016 names Joel Benenson as a pollster for Hillary Clinton and quotes him:

“we don’t appear to be generating the excitement or a sense of a fresh, new candidacy we had hoped for.”

Wikipedia identifies Benenson Strategy Group (BSG) as “a strategic consulting firm,” i.e., a company that uses polling data to provide advice on political strategy to politicians, political parties, and business corporations. The CEO (and presumably the founder) of BSG is Joel Benenson, 64 — a “pollster and consultant known for his role as a strategist for Barack Obama’s 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns. He is currently the chief strategist for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.” Born “in New York City to a Jewish family,” Benenson is:

“the CEO of Benenson Strategy Group, a strategic consulting firm, and serves as a communications and polling advisor to the [Obama] White House. He has been a strategist for U.S. senators, governors and mayors, as well as Fortune 500 companies. He was a pollster for the DCCC in 2006, when the Democrats won back the majority in the House of Representatives. […] Benenson is also the Co-Founder of iModerate Research Technologies. In January 2015, Hillary Clinton hired Benenson and Robby Mook as strategists.”

The Benenson Strategy Group’s report, Salvage Program, is 7 pages long, and is marked “Do Not Distribute – Do Not Copy” at the bottom of each page. Fellowship of the Minds is posting information from Salvage Program because we believe this constitutes a ‘fair use’ of copyrighted material as provided for in section 107 of the US Copyright Law.

Here’s a screenshot of the top of page one of Salvage Program, showing BSG’s address and the logos of BSG and the Clinton Foundation (who pays BSG):

Note: On its “Contact” page, BSG has a different address for its location in D.C.: 1901 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20006; phone (202)339-6060. According to a Yahoo search, both the 1901 Pennsylvania Ave. and the 1000 Potomac St. addresses are BSG’s. It appears the 1000 Potomac St. address is not for the public. 1000 Potomac St. is the Flour Mill Building, comprised of retail stores on the first floor, and offices and condos above.

BSG’s Salvage Program report begins by specifying that “no skews or narrative screens were employed”:

  • “Skews” refers to pollsters skewing polling samples to favor Democrats by overpolling or overrepresenting Democrats, i.e., having a larger percentage of Democrats in the polling sample than the actual percentage of Democrats in the U.S. population.
  • A “narrative” is a story; an account. To “screen” is to “conceal, protect, shelter”. Polling results are translated by the pollster and the media into a “narrative” because too many Americans are uninformed about the methodology and statistics of public opinion surveys/polls, and so rely on having the polling data explained to them. “Narrative screen” refers to a misleading textual account or narrative of the polling data.

Translated into plain English, “no skews or narrative screens were employed” means the BSG report Salvage Program is delivering the truth of what BSG has found in its polls, not the lies that we are told everyday from pollsters who skew their polling samples, and from the MSM’s misleading, contrived narrative accounts of the polling numbers.

Let’s begin with the “Executive Summary” of the polling data discovered by Benenson Strategy Group — Hillary Clinton’s chief strategist and pollster:

Executive Overview: Hillary Clinton Flash-Crash to 12% Favorable, Losing 19-77% Nationally
At this point Donald Trump has both momentum and enthusiasm. Distrust in the mainstream media is blunting the impact of the collective polling narrative. As Election Day approaches, Hillary Clinton’s favorable ratings have crashed to historic lows (12%) in non-partisans and Donald Trump is consolidating support (97% of LV Republican-identifying respondents are either enthusiastic or very enthusiastic about voting for Trump).
Among independents, Hillary voters who are exposed to any alternative media (73%) are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and find them either disturbing (54%) or deeply disturbing (18%). Among liberal-identifying whites, support is shifting from Hillary (-27 since October 1st) to Donald Trump (78%) or Jill Stein (21%).
For voters who solely consume mainstream media only 28% are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and of those, only 8% are aware of the content. For these voters Clinton leads Trump by +8.
Minority voters are less likely to consume alternative media (only 14%) and are less likely to be aware of the email leak (only 18% for males, 9% for females). Even with this group, enthusiasm is down 63 points compared to October 2008.
On other fronts, the counter-narrative [against Trump] is failing as well. Most heavy consumers of social media understand that the allegations against Donald Trump of sexual misconduct have largely been debunked (77%). We understand that communications strategies in that space have
been unable to reduce the impact of this messaging. Worse, among white males in telephone polling 93% of them either approve (72%) or strongly approve (21%) of Donald Trump’s hot-mic tape.
Only 39% of women approve of them however a majority (64%) say they ‘understand that confident men talk that way.’ In effect, these allegations have been diffused.
On a positive note, most respondents who were liberal-leaning (83%) or Independent (59%) were unaware of the messaging front concerning Bill Clinton’s sexual misconduct. While the vast majority (88%) were aware of consensual extra-marital relationships, the mainstream media approach to the stories has left only 8% of liberal-leaning voters and only 19% of independents aware of the allegationsof rape.
On a disturbing note, some 70% of Republican-leaning voters are aware bussed-in voting, false-face operations, and dead-man’s-party registration drives. This may necessitate severe strategy changes for November.

Here are the findings of Benenson Strategy Group’s accurate (non-skewed, non-narrative screened) polls:

(1) Support for Hillary is “collapsing”:

  • Both “soft” and “hard” support.
  • The “collapse” is “steady and pronounced” after the first presidential debate.
  • Damage from reports of Hillary’s ill health “has metastasized” — “Hillary is widely considered sick, untrustworthy, and [even] most Hillary-leaning Democrats would vote to replace her”:
    • Only 21% believe Hillary to be healthy, with no ailment(s); 4% are not sure.
    • The majority (75%) believe she is sick (18% pneumonia, 16% brain cancer, 16% vascular dementia, 13% anti-social personality disorder, 10% Parkison’s disease, 2% Alzheimer’s disease).
  • Among those who know about the WikiLeaks emails, on whether Hillary “hates ‘everyday people’, 52% answered “yes”, 15% answered “no”, 33% answered “not sure”.

(2) Support for Trump is surging (“momentum”), enthusiastic, and “virtually unstoppable”:

  • The Democrats have failed in their schemes to damage Trump:
    • Most Americans believe he has the temperament to be President: 33% say “he fights the mainstream media’s lies”; 27% “his temperament is winning”; 21% “he is a strong, Alpha-male personality”; 12% “a president willing to get angry is what we need now”; 5% “his temperament will frighten America’s enemies”.
  • Trump voters are “virtually unstoppable”:
    • Asked if disastrous events such as “threat of war,” “natural disaster,” “active riots/civil unrest”, “lethal epidemiological agent (smallpox)” would stop them from voting, 74% of “hard Trump supporters” answered “None”.
    • In contrast, 0% of “hard Clinton supporters” answered “None”.

(3) The Alternative Media have come of age:

  • Americans who avail themselves of the Alternative Media know about Hillary’s unsecured email server, the WikiLeaks emails, Democrat voter fraud, and other information the MSM don’t tell or don’t emphasize. They are supporters of Trump, including even some Democrats.
  • Hillary supporters truly are low-information voters — they rely solely on the MSM and don’t pay attention to social media and the alternative media: “voters who solely consume mainstream media only 28% are aware of the WikiLeaks emails and of those, only 8% are aware of the content. For these voters Clinton leads Trump by +8.”
  • That explains Hillary’s support among racial minorities because they are “less likely to consume alternative media (only 14%) and are less likely to be aware of the email leak (only 18% for males,
9% for females).” But even with this group, their enthusiasm for Hillary is falling — “down 63 points compared to October 2008.”

(4) Americans are catching on to the fake polls:

The BSG report says “The public has lost faith in polling” because:

“Poll-driven narratives have been pushed too far, alienating most of the voting population. The use of polls as a psychological weapon has also been noticed (especially on social media). As the poll-gap narrative becomes ever more extreme, obvious visible evidence (rally-size, yard-signs, bumper-stickers, memes / social-media posts) becomes more and more obviously contradictory. Attempts at shaming outspoken poll-deniers such as Bill Mitchell on Twitter have failed in 2016 where they succeeded (Dean Chambers) in 2012. We are in uncharted territory.

Even hooks into non-philosophically compromised pro-Republican polling outfits such as FOX, Rasmussen, and Gravis have not produced

substantial results.”

In other words, the phony polls are not working because the American people are not stupid — we can see that the polling data contradict the HUGE turnouts for Trump rallies compared with Hillary’s anemic rallies.

The one thing about BSG’s Salvage Program report that had puzzled me when I first read it last night was the report’s last part on “Salvage Options” — BSG’s recommendation on how to “salvage” Hillary’s failing presidential campaign.

Not recommended are the following:

  • Red Dawn: a (simulated) foreign invasion.
  • Cobalt Rain: a “radiological attack”.
  • BLRiot: Referring to BlackLivesMatter riots, the report said: “while staged civil unrest could prevent pockets of America from voting, the damage [from the Alternative Media’s uncovering of the riots being staged] is too wide-spread.”
  • Zikpocalypse: Referring to the zika virus epidemic, the report says: “Improved strains of ZIKV have been delivered and we have disseminated them to operatives. Unfortunately this will suppress women voters more than men (even as ZIKV2 is lethal in adults). This would hurt Hillary Clinton and Trump voters are willing to risk lethal pathogens to vote.”
  • Sharia Escalation: Referring to Muslim provocations, the report says: “States have blocked key immigrant operatives. Without the required Muslim-Islamist population in place, the IE plan will not be sufficiently impactful.” I have no idea what “IE plan” means.
  • Unnatural Disaster: “HAARP is in skeleton crew mode. Subterranean thermobaric devices in fracking mines are untested. Surveys suggest this might not stop Trump voters.”

After reviewing all the unrecommended methods to “salvage” Hillary’s campaign, the BSG report concluded with one “salvage” recommendation. Called “FIRESIGN,” the recommendation is to launch a Project Blue Beam-type fake extraterrestrial event. In the words of the BSG report (p. 6):

“For almost two decades the Department of Defense and NASA have coordinated on a black book project under the codename FIRESIGN.
FIRESIGN’s aim is to create a religious “awe effect” in enemy populations to create an instantaneous psychological soft-kill (abject submission). The operation uses high powered lasers to project real-seeming images on the sodium layer 100km above the surface. These images can cover hundreds or even thousands of square miles and can appear completely real, three dimensional, and can move.
These visual cues are augmented with pulsed ELF electromagnetic emissions (see: PROJECT SANGUINE) that attack the specific areas of the prefrontal cortex that are stimulated during religious
experience. In limited tests, subjects have been able to be overwhelmed on both axis of vastness (an overwhelming of the subject’s frame of reference) and a powerful need-for-accommodation. The mix of these two will produce inaction, lack of focus on self or individual interaction, and gross transformations in mental equilibrium (a Road-to-Damascus Experience).”

There have been discussions in the Alternative Media about Project Blue Beam — a conspiracy theory by Quebecois journalist Serge Monast, which he published in his book Project Blue Beam (NASA). Monast claimed that NASA will attempt to implement a New World Order via a gigantic “space show” of a technologically-simulated Second Coming, wherein three-dimensional holographic laser projections will be beamed all over the planet to lead people to follow a false New Age religion with the Antichrist at its head. Monast died of a heart attack in 1996, which his believers suspect was an assassination.

I was puzzled by why the BSG report would recommend in effect Project Blue Beam, for if there’s a (simulated) ET invasion, wouldn’t that work to Trump’s advantage? In a crisis of that magnitude, why would Americans turn to a sickly old woman instead of a kick-ass alpha-male male?

The answer is in one of the BSG polling questions.

There was a second question asking “hard Trump supporters” what disastrous event would stop them from voting. Recall that in a previous question, an astonishing 74% of “hard Trump supporters” answered “None”.

But another question listing different disasters got a lower percentage (17%) of “None” responses from “hard Trump supporters”.

Presented with four epic disasters, the percentages of “hard Trump supporters” who said the disaster would stop them from voting are:

  • 8% for “shooting war in neighborhood”
  • 16% for “Biblical event”
  • 17% for “external invading force”
  • 38% for “attack by extraterrestrials”

In other words, “hard Trump supporters” are so determined to turn out to vote for him on election day that only an extreme event of an attack by extraterrestrials would stop 38% of them from voting.

That is why, based on its own polling findings, the Benenson Strategy Group’s Salvage Program made the recommendation that FIRESIGN — a simulated ET invasion — be used to salvage Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

You can read Salvage Program for yourself here. I’ve also uploaded it to FOTM‘s media library for safekeeping. See “Benenson Strategy Group Salvage Program“.

Is the BSG report genuine or a very skillfully put-together and professional-looking fake? You be the judge.

I do find it noteworthy that the BSG report’s poll findings are consistent with what was said in that memo to Patrick Murray, the director of Monmouth University’s Polling Institute. Alas, my post on that memo, “Leaked Monmouth U. polling memo: Democrats ‘despondent’; Hillary unpopular with Millennials & minorities, seen as a ‘lying harpy’,” as well as the original source — the memo on Scribd — are both scrubbed. I took down that post because I was threatened with a lawsuit to “Cease & Desist” by an email from Monmouth University’s attorney.

UPDATE (Oct. 28, 2016):

Interesting video by Mark Dice on the U.S. government’s plans to deploy Project Blue Beam, the equivalent of Benenson Strategy Group’s proposed Project FIRESIGN (h/t Will Shanley):

According to Forbidden Knowledge TV, as of Oct. 28, 2016, “The Benenson Group has neither confirmed nor denied the authenticity of the Salvage Program.”

  1. Dr Eowyn . . . this wonderful news was certainly worth getting out of bed today. I just have had the hardest time wrapping my mind around the fact that thousands upon thousands show up to Trump rallies, whereas only a hundred or so show up to see The Old Cow. Yet, the polls were telling up KIllary was in the lead. This has helped to calm my troubled heart, although, we all need to stay vigilant, and help to get out the vote for Trump.

Interesting that yesterday, yet another woman came out with a horrific tale of Trump molesting her. Where were all these bimbos during the original Presidential debates when we were sifting through all the GOP candidates??? How come, all of a sudden they needed to unburden themselves relative to these horrific acts that were perpetrated upon them? I have written it off to the fact that Killary rounded up a gaggle of liars to do her bidding.

Why would anyone want a pathological liar, a serial thief (remember she stole items from the White House, and now it comes out that she and her staff stole furniture, etc from State Department offices,) there are numerous murders which have been placed at her door step–including that of Vince Foster. She is a traitorous person (only a traitor to this nation would allow uranium sites here in the USA to be sold to foreign entities, and at that ones who do not particularly love us.

I heard yesterday on the radio that the Clinton camp had given instructions to the Secret Service that certain people were denied their seats at the latest debates due, which were in row two. Amongst these people were family members of those killed in Benghazi and one woman who had (I believe) previous unpleasant dealings with Bill Clinton. My question is . . . why would the Secret Service be carrying out instructions of this nature? In my mind they (the Secret Service) should be protecting the Presidential candidate–not carrying out her blocking entrance to the debate of those who obviously are in the Trump camp. There should be some heads that roll over this one! This shows her absolute lust for power, and her ability to manipulate everyone around her. I was so hoping that she would have a Grand Mal seizure at the last debate, so the true state of her health would be presented for all to see, which would confirm that she has continuously lied about her health even.

This was a great post! I am forwarding it to others immediately.

Oh my gosh! Just as so many alert Americans have suspected, the media of mass deception polls have been allegedly “skewed and narrative [driven]” in order to prop up the dying campaign of HilLIARy!

Hopefully, this means that the massive voter fraud they are planning (and, most likely have already carried out with mail-in ballots) will be overcome so that this election won’t be stolen by another lying, scheming, crooked Democratic candidate!

  3. short of the end of the world NOTHING will keep me from going to the polls and making sure hitlary will NEVER be considered as a leader to the country. I hope Mr. Trump will win and procede to put ALL the political crooks in jail (if they don’t flee the country first), confiscate all their ill gotten gains (spend the money on our Veterans) and put this country back on the track of following our constitution once and for all.

  4. Excellent analysis Eowyn. Everyone needs to send this far and wide. Send it to everyone you know. If they don’t like it, then you know they stand with evil.
This election is a choice between The Makers vs. The Takers.
    It be dat simple.

  5. I occasionally listen to Freeman Fly’s radio show; regardless of what one thinks of his conclusions, he is certainly a sweet-spirited sort. This current episode, though long, did not disappoint in this regard, and he offers another view from the Left/Right, Clinton/Trump dichotomy that I think might resonate deeply with some here (it did me): https://youtu.be/ftAVaSmpXsA. I urge everyone to find the time to listen.

I bit the bullet and filled out my ballot. I had no intention of voting this year (I didn’t vote in the last Presidential election, either), but I decided I needed to vote on the Propositions (I’m in CA); I just voted the opposite from what the teachers’ unions advised, and NO on anything that created more laws, taxes, or bonds. I also voted for Trump, heaven help me. I can’t imagine that the Electoral College will allow Trump to win (and CA’s votes don’t matter anyway, as the elections are already decided by the time they get to us). I also take the admonition to “be careful what you wish for” VERY seriously, but it’s in God’s hands now.

Thanks, Dr. E, for all you do. ❤️

  7. This is one lalapalooza of an article with great analysis and intell, Dr. Eowyn.
At this point, Hillary, the Klownish Koughing Kween, CANNOT win an HONEST election. Donald Trump told his crowd in Delaware, Ohio, yesterday the same.
Expect the Diebold machines to be hacked and skewed. (George Soros owns at least part of Diebold). Donald Trump has lawyered up and has his troops out there. We’re about to discover the street brawler Roger Stone says Donald Trump is.
This fight is going down to the very last wire: We have an Establishment in ABSOLUTE PANIC, and the next three months are CRITICAL: Russia and China are making their moves. Some people are, as your article states, waking up to the fraud the mainstream media is. Hillary’s diehard supporters are in their bunkers, but Benenson is telling the Hillary Camp the real news, the news they don’t want to hear.
Alex Jones has told his audience to expect a false flag event, and some of his guests have concurred. As for any holographic moving images cast into the sky, I would imagine there’s a very easy way to identify that: ASK THE IMAGE TO RESPOND TO YOUR WORDS. If the image doesn’t, well, then, I guess it’s fake, isn’t it? Can Bluebeam project holograms TALK? Didn’t think so.

We’re all sinners, and because of that, our intellects are darkened and our wills are weakened. As a result, every one of us is like the Boy in the Bubble. We’re all in our own bubbles! And it takes either a shocking event or a steady onslaught diet of new and clarifying information to pop that bubble. (It has taken a long time with me, and I’m a Catholic paleocon!) This has begun to happen! People’s normalcy bias and cognitive dissonance have been interrupted to the point where they’re willing to consider another perspective! Forget about the sheep who read the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal! They are legends in their own minds! Yes, this is it! Enough people have begun to wake up, and they are talking to others!
But Wait, There’s More: This is just the first phase of the Great Awakening. Not only are more people waking up and Donald Trump has the momentum, but Phase Two will lead, eventually, to what Strunk & Howe call a “fourth turning,” a paradigm shift, a revolution in ideas—from which the revolution in the Establishment will eventually occur.

Even if Hillary, the Klownish Koughing Kween, goes to bed believing she has pulled off the con and has won the Election (Yes, I believe she IS that deluded!), she will take the place of Burgess Meredith in The Twilight Zone’s “The Obsolete Man!” She doesn’t know it—criminal psychopath that she is—but she is OBSOLETE. She will die in that mental and moral state.

  8. I’m very ANGRY right now! How could anyone go to such extreme measures to deceive the American people? Do they know what they’re saying? It’s pure evil.

Bu the way, I noticed your article on Leaked Monmouth U. polling results calling Clinton a “lying Harpy” only showed, “Nothing Found.” Now you said you received a threatening lawsuit, that is only PROOF that story was true! I mean, NOBODY likes Hillary anyhow. People can detect when others are lying because the body gives off little signals. This has kept our species alive, and safe from danger…

Also, IE – may be Islamic extremists?

The address listed for the BSG differs from what appears on their website:

    Washington, DC
    Benenson Strategy Group
    1901 Pennsylvania Ave NW
    Suite 1000
    Washington, DC 20006

I would guess they listed a different address because they have a separate office for higher-paying, higher-profile clients, for whom they are writing some wicked things they don’t ever want us to hear about them doing!

Now this document has a header on every page, unlike the Vending Machine … Voter Suppression document. I’d say that was an informal report, which might have been typed up by an aide to give to Clinton or some other boss for quick reading, based on a more detailed and official line-item report. That, or it was a hoax.

Now, unless the black government researchers know something we don’t know about physics, this section about projecting images into the sky is quackery, sort of a last ditch effort by the BSG to get paid out by Clinton when they know the cause is lost. Here’s what they’re referring to about a sodium layer:
Just don’t see any technology like that working the way DARPA wants to sell it! Guess we’ll find out if we see any aliens in the next few days…

    • Thank you, JS, for catching the different addresses of Benenson Strategy Group (BSG).

On its “Contact” page, BSG lists 6 locations worldwide, including 5 in the US: Washington, DC, New York, Philadelphia, Denver, Los Angeles. The 6th is in London. As you pointed out, BSG lists its location in D.C. as 1901 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20006; phone (202)339-6060; email: info@bsgco.com.

But the address in the alleged BSG report, “Salvage Program,” is 1000 Potomac Street, Suite 420, Washington, DC 20007; phone (202) 339-6060. MapQuest shows that 1000 Potomac St. is in the Georgetown waterfront section of D.C. Note its proximity to Foggy Bottom, where many federal government offices are located, including the State Department. 1000 Potomac St. is the Flour Mill Office Building, which consists of retail stores on the 1st floor, and offices and condos above. Here’s a pic: 1000 Potomac St., Washington, DC 2007

I searched for the phone no. (202) 339-6060 that’s on the BSG “Salvage Program” report, and got this result from Yahoo, which identifies the phone no. and both the 1901 Pennsylvania Ave NW and the 1000 Potomac St. addresses as Benenson Strategy Group’s.

In other words, BSG lists one address on its Contact page, but another on its “Salvage Program” report, which apparently is for its clients, not the public. Both addresses are the Benenson Strategy Group. Mystery solved! 😀

    • Please re-read the last part of my post where I explained the over-the-top salvage recommendation. I was bothered by that too when I first read the report, quickly, last night. In writing this post this morning, I read the report more carefully and realized that the recommendation is the ONLY recommendation Benenson Strategy Group could make, based on the answers to its question on what extraordinary disaster or event would lead “hard Trump supporters” not to vote. An ET invasion was the only event to which the largest percentage of “hard Trump supporters” said would cause them not to vote.

I was getting so sad about the bias approach , even on Fox news was depicting Trump as a failure. I read your articles all the time and love everyone of them. Thanks again!

Good lord you people are gullible. I was on the fence about the legitimacy of the document, maybe even leaning towards “real,” right up until we got to the part about holographic UFOs.

The likelihood of a non-government polling company having access to that type of intel is virtually non-existent.

  12. Here in Mass which she is almost sure to win due to deeply entrenched liberal pussification, the Trump signs and posters outnumber hers by about 4 to1. So something could be up.

  13. I think the document is a fake. Albeit a well done one.

It’s believable because Clinton/Obama are quite capable of causing civil unrest, war with Russia, or something to interfere with the election. I don’t know about the technology to create a fake alien invasion. That seems a bit much.

i should have clarified that i was referring to BSG logo only:
your second bsg logo is from 2009, and appears to NOT be CURRENT.
(current logo is the first one you displayed.)
also, not a declaration-formal announcement: just what i think-an opinion.
    you asked. i answered-with an ‘either/or’ variable.
btw, what is your original source for this document?
    thank you.

  16. Yowza! What a blockbuster of a report & analysis! It certainly reads as a very interesting & “professional” document, but then again it could be a very “clever” piece of disinformation (but why would such a “leaked document” even be needed at this late hour? The MSM does a “superb” job of mass deception all by itself).

OR, as the saying goes, a lie goes a long way if tucked within some truth. So maybe some of it is true & other parts are not.

    Three points:

    (1) “Minority voters are less likely to consume alternative media (only 14%) and are less likely to be aware of the email leak (only 18% for males, 9% for females).”

Very interesting because if they do not own computers nor have internet access, I bet 95% at least have smartphones with which they COULD access “Alt Media.” So why don’t they? Are they not aware it exists? Or do they prefer not to read but rather “flip on the TV” & be “talked TO”? (Alt Media would include the gobs of YouTube videos, so they could “consume” those instead of MSM on their cellphones.)

Also, since the “minorities” supposedly do not “consume” Alt Media, such “internet leaks” as this document, whether legitimate or not, must be targeting us! (But why? To make us think Trump is winning when he isn’t; or that Hillary is doing worse than people think? etc.)

    (2) I DO find it VERY hard to believe that Trump supporters, who ARE aware of all the deceptions mentioned in the document, would NOT ALSO be fully awake to the “fraud” of “Extraterrestials”! (If any ARE so duped, maybe it’s the younger crowd &/or the non-Christian Trump supporters who believe that ET-“crap”! And it is they who would be so spooked by faked ETs as to not go vote. Everyone else would say, Baloney!)

    (3) And on that note… from (operative?) William Cooper’s book published in 1991, “Behold A Pale Horse”, Page 177 (this quoted excerpt has been repeatedly published in numerous articles over the decades at CuttingEdge.org):

“It is true that without the population or the bomb problem, the elite would use some other excuse to bring about the New World Order. They have plans to bring about things like earthquakes, war, the Messiah, extraterrestrial landing, and economic collapse. They might bring about all of these things just to make … sure that it does work. They will do whatever is necessary to succeed. The Illuminati has all the bases covered … Can you imagine what would happen if Los Angeles is hit with a 9.0 quake, New York City is destroyed by a terrorist-planted atomic bomb, World War III breaks out in the Middle East, the banks and the stock markets collapse, Extraterrestrials land on the White House lawn, food disappears from the shelves, some people disappear, the Messiah presents himself to the world, and all in a very short period of time?

“…ET invasion, wouldn’t that work to Trump’s advantage? In a crisis of that magnitude, why would Americans turn to a sickly old woman instead of a kick-ass alpha-male male?” (Dr. Eowyn)

Haha, why indeed! I guess it would depend on WHEN they pulled off an “ET Event” (they suggest ON or before voting day). Maybe the answer lies in the less-than-three months between election & inauguration, “…a very short period of time…” (Cooper). Maybe the election would take place, & it wouldn’t matter who won, Hillary or Trump, because IF the plan is to keep Obama in charge (ugh!), he/they could have some faked ETs “…land on the White House lawn.” Bring out hulking Moochelle dressed as an ET, that should be enough to “scare” anyone! 😀

FWIW, I do not think any such thing will happen. I do not believe in Extraterrestials.
–However, I DO believe in military/intelligence/et al.’s ability to use technology to deceive & do harm. So they could “fake” anything at any time, as they are already doing (false flags, photoshopped media, manipulate weather systems, etc.).
–People have long speculated that the chemtrails are for the very purpose of creating a “screen in the sky” off of which to bounce “images.”
–I also DO believe in the Devil & his angels/demons, but we are not yet in the Tribulation nor at the timeframe for them to be “thrown out of heaven” (Revelation ch.12) nor the time for the “demons’ to be released from the pit (Revelation ch.9) & those are described as locusts, not ETs.

    Final Misc. points:

I thought it a hoot that the document mentions Bill Mitchell, lol. Since I haven’t been to his twitter feed yet, I don’t know if he is aware of the above “polling report” but he certainly needs to see it.

Lastly, so sorry re the “cease & desist” letter from the cowards at Monmouth, wow! I don’t recall the specfics of the article so wonder what exactly they are complaining about? Copyright of something? Or (well-deserved) accusations of fraud polling? (Mitchell says such things all the time; is Monmouth going to demand twitterers “cease & desist” their opinionated twitterings? 🙂 )

      • 😉 Thank you! In all fairness, it is not really much fun to do extended reading on a cellphone, so if people just use FB or Twitter while on phone, I can understand; also depends on data plans as to how many videos could be watched (videos eat up data fast).

When I first got an iphone, I was madly in love with it (convenience for reading & apps for cutting/pasting photos, etc.). But over time, for heavy readers, it will ruin your eyes (focusing on a small space for long periods). So it now sits in a tin can for emergencies only.

As for the porn, gross, but not surprising. Saboteur365 (WP blog) says Hispanics are extremely sexually charged moreso than blacks, & that’s saying a lot! He was an economics professor at a Texas Uni for 30 years; says he was sexually assaulted by Hispanic women twice; says the Lezbo Hispanic admins. finally kicked him out of his job. He also says Hispanics are more prone to rape their own children than any others. I have to part ways with him on the reasons, which I say (Bible says) is due to SIN; & that God created “out of ONE man ALL nations of men.” Saboteur has read all the “genetic” research & is convinced it is due, instead, to “genetic differences.”

    • I’m having a cursory look at the Benenson Strategy Group “SALVAGE” program PDF to see if I could find a date on it. I began at the bottom & these two things jumped out immediately:

      (1) “Reactivating HAARP may have PALE HORSE PROTOCOL ramifications”

Well well, then, speaking of William Cooper & his book, “Behold the Pale Horse”! which of course everyone here knows “Pale Horse” originally comes from Revelation ch. 6:8: “And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.”

I wonder if the Intels have some Dark Op program called “Pale Horse Protocol,” or are they merely referring to Rev. 6:8?

      (2) “The ability to produce these effects across 23% of the continental United States is the objective of FIRESIGN and field tests in the Levant have proven successful.”

–So they have already done “field tests” for “images in the sky” in the Middle East? The Levant covers 6-9 countries, depending on which search results you click on (Cyprus, Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, and Turkey). I thought it only applied to the “Levant Basin”/Israel, so I learned something!

–Also, there’s that number 23 again that I mentioned elsewhere the other day: “23 Minutes in Hell” book (2006) by Bill Wiese; & Jim Carrey movie, “The Number 23 is a 2007 American psychological thriller film…” per Wiki.

“In Aleister Crowley’s Cabalistic Dictionary, he defines the number 23 as the number of ‘parting, removal, separation, joy, a thread, and life…'”:
http://the-number-23.blogspot.com/2007/02/religion-sects-and-occult.html There’s other sites out there discussing the #23 as well.

      (3) “The FIRESIGN scenario is that of an invading extraterrestrial force of nearly incomprehensible scale (massive floating cities descending, god-sized “walkers” among the clouds with terrifying weapons, wheels of fire and eyes, etc.). This phenomena, when activated will bring electoral and social systems to a halt and, in afflicted areas, will permit a narrative wherein POTUS is able to ‘Call a halt’ to the invasion and then ‘hand over the torch’ to Clinton, providing a basic continuity of state.”

A mouthful there & good grief, are they that desperate to fake such a scenario? It’s obvious there are many Biblical references in their “strategies” & confirms to me, at least, that they DO plan to “fake Revelation/Biblical events.”

“Massive floating cities descending” > Revelation 21:2: “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven…”

“…wheels of fire and eyes…” > Ezekiel 1:4,16,18: “And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire. … The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel. … As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four.”

“…god-sized ‘walkers’ among the clouds with terrifying weapons…” > I can’t think of an exact scripture for that but it may be the same as Ezekiel ch.1 which descibes “…the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man…” (No weapons though!) Or, they may try to fake the giant “fellers” (of mankind), the Nephilim of Genesis ch.6 as “walking in the clouds.”

  17. Re: Whether the possible future “holographic” images in the sky will be able to speak or not, this is an excerpt from a very old (internet years-wise) article by David Bay, former “military intelligence” (Top Secret Crypto: http://www.cuttingedge.org/ meet.html) & founder of CuttingEdge.org which includes his notes when he attended a House of Theosophy meeting/lecture in August 1991 (caps in original):

True, or a bunch of hooey?

Only the REAL Jesus Christ will return/DESCEND from/in the sky (Acts 1:11). Revelation says the “beast(s)” (Antichrist & False Prophet) will ASCEND:
–Antichrist comes UP out of the sea: Rev. 13:1.
–False Prophet comes UP out of the earth: Rev. 13:11.

So any such events as described by Blavatsky’s Bunch at the House of Theosophy (& other “New Agers” & occultists, kabbalists, illuminati, sabbateans, etc.) are either “doctrines of demons” &/or “illuminati intel” & are most likely the FAKED “Revelation” events they intend to make happen vs. the REAL Revelation events which will unfold later (probably not too much later since, once they begin their fraud, all H could break loose!)

    • TPR,
You asked if what was written about the “minutes before the Antichrist arises” is true or not.
In Christian belief, there are those who believe in a Pre-Tribulation Rapture, or, a Mid-Tribulation Rapture; and some even believe in the less-likely Post-Tribulation Rapture. In my 30+ years of Bible study, the Pre-Trib Rapture makes the most sense. If I (as just a lay person) and the many biblical scholars that cite all of the Scriptures in support of this belief are correct, then the scenario you stated above would happen without the born-again Christians because they will have already been Raptured to (as the Bible states) “meet the Lord (Jesus Christ) in the air.” (see 1 Thessalonian 4:13-18) We read in 2Th 2:11 – And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, (It helps to read the entire chapter).
There is a lot more detail that could be shared, but suffice it to say that when the Christians (and the Holy Spirit who indwells them) are taken out of the way to meet Christ in the air, strong delusions will easily affect the remaining non-believers. There will be some who will seek out the Scriptures during the Tribulation period and believe, but many will be martyred because of those who are worshipping the Antichrist.

I can see how false “signs and wonders” could fool non-believers even before the Rapture occurs. It would be part of the “falling away” discussed in 2 Thessalonians 2:3. However, the worldwide event of Jesus Christ returning to the earth happens after the Marriage Supper of the Lamb with believers in heaven (see Revelation 19:9) with His Bride (believers that were raptured), and when He returns on the white horse to judge the world, believers come with him dressed in white garments. Why? Because Jesus will only have to speak (the sharp sword of His mouth – Rev. 19:15) in order to carry out the judgment of the nations.

For the rest of the story, I recommend reading and studying Revelation 19:10 – 22:21.

      • Thank you, Christine!

“You asked if what was written about the ‘minutes before the Antichrist arises’ is true or not.”

What I was referring to was whether the faked “images” (of supposed Antichrist) in the sky, as likely perpetrated by technology/Intel Agencies/Military, etc. (& not per the REAL events of Revelation) would be able to SPEAK or not, since that was a question further above by someone else, & was the content/purpose of my comment. Sorry I wasn’t clear. I should have put the person’s name at the top who had said no way any holographic images would be able to “speak.” (And I have no idea either way; merely shared one quote saying the faked “image(s)” in the sky will be able to speak.)

Thank you for all the detailed scripture references! I’m very familiar with all of that; like you, been at it 37 years. 🙂

  18. Today I noticed a post over at Right Wing News that claims that Wikileaks says that the election has been “fixed” long ago and that HiLIARy will win. It is very clear to me that they would have to win via voter fraud. My question. What is Wikileaks purpose? Are they exposing all of the criminality of the Democrats/Clinton campaign to encourage Trump voters to get out there and vote? Are they exposing all of this corruption to tell us that Trump “is in on it?” [I once worried about this, but I don’t believe this scenario.] Are they exposing all of this corruption so that Trump can contest the election when she illegally “wins?” Are they exposing all of this corruption to show the American people that, “the election is a dog and pony show that gives Americans the illusion of choice?”

If HiLIARy does “win,” it will be absolute proof to me that our elections are rigged. Trump will need to win big in order to overcome the voter fraud.

    • Agree, so many questions, so little answers!

“Are they exposing all of this corruption so that Trump can contest the election when she illegally ‘wins?'”

I do try to keep my “conspiracy radar” to a much lower level than in prior years. Even so, I keep wondering three things:

1_Hillary fakes the election results; Trump contests; then some “official party” decides “No Elections are trustworthy; hence no more Elections” (sort of like when a judge throws out a jury verdict because he/she doesn’t think the jurors correctly considered the “evidence”).

2_This dog+pony show/election will somehow end in more stringent censorship/exposure measures for the internet, ie, I heard Hitlery recently say everyone should have to REGISTER to use the internet (don’t we already do that by buying ISP service?) Even Trump tweeted in 2013 this creepy tweet:

3_Since “media” has been a HUGE battleground this election (Dialectic: Their Blatant Bias vs. Trump Bashing Them for their Blatant Bias), it will be decided (by whoever) that all media needs to be “reigned in” except for ONE consolidated & “approved” State-Run Media Source.

      Next headline coming up…

“Fancy Subaru Telescope claimed to create ET images in the sky by clever Jewish strategy group to salvage the dying Clinton campaign by scaring Trump voters to stay home & not vote – FAIL!”

Even though the Benenson Strategy Group Salvage Program included references to very RECENT campaign events & its supposedly-conducted telephone interviews between October 10-13, 2016, it had NO publication date on it that I could find, which of course, would be very unprofessional/sloppy for a truly “paid services” document. (How would a company keep track of its billing without dating documents?)

Benenson Strategy Group = B.S.G. = Bull Shyte [the] Gentiles. NOT! 😉

  24. Excellent analysis, Dr. Eowyn.

If the report is real: The report may have had the wrong logo, Salvage Options, questionable images added to make it appear as a hoax to dismiss the real polling data information. If the document got leaked, Benenson Group can claim it’s a hoax anonymously on forums or publicly.

Although people say a lot of things: a youtube commenter said, “My friend was called and is part of the survey.” Commenter did not say anything else.

This report seems to make sense. Supposedly Trump’s internal polling also has him ahead by an astounding margin. Is that why Trump is making it sound like he can only lose because of election fraud? Hillary’s George Soros owns voting machines supposedly worth 35 million votes.

The hoaxer goes to a lot of trouble creating the text and polling data. And yet the hoaxer makes a rookie mistake of using an outdated logo which would be the easiest and first thing people would search to confirm?

Plausibility of using Salvage Options. Must Hillary win at any cost? What is really going on? This election reeks of desperation from the Hillary campaign and even the Establishment Republicans have dropped Trump. I’ve never seen such an effort by the mainstream media to stop a candidate and they are not even running for office.

  26. Regardless of all these arguments to and fro the Democrats are planning something huge on November 8.

They are in bed with all the globalists, all the CEOs and every nightmare and you can think of.

There was this argument I watched on the net earlier, and the Democrat operative was saying when you people in Texas wake up November 9 we will own your entire state.

That’s pretty scary being the Obama administration has every federal judge it can muster workingtrying to destroy every Law Texas right now.

  28. Dr Eowyn, wonderful analysis of the Benenson documents! The salvage recommendation reminds me of the 1960’s ‘The Report From Iron Mountain’ which discussed employing a contrived alien invasion as a means to unite mankind against a common enemy. That report was also under attack as a hoax, however anyone familiar with it cannot deny that it has largely been fulfilled in many respects, minus the alien invasion and the establishment of a one world government. Your arguments for the authenticity of the Benenson documents appears sound in my humble opinion. I guess we will learn shortly if the salvage recommendation comes to pass? Even Roger Stone was tweeting about this report on Friday and he mentioned Project Bluebeam!!! I believe with the massive dissemination of the Benenson documents it would prove highly unlikely that the salvage recommendation would be carried out. Thanks for your in-depth research.

    • Thank you, Cyrus, for your very kind words and for reminding us about Report from Iron Mountain!
      From Wiki:

The Report from Iron Mountain is a book published in 1967 (during the Johnson Administration) by Dial Press which puts itself forth as the report of a government panel. The book includes the claim it was authored by a Special Study Group of fifteen men whose identities were to remain secret and that it was not intended to be made public. It details the analyses of a government panel which concludes that war, or a credible substitute for war, is necessary if governments are to maintain power. The book was a New York Times bestseller and has been translated into fifteen languages. Controversy still swirls over whether the book was a satiric hoax about think-tank logic and writing style or the product of a secret government panel. […]

On November 26, 1967, the report was reviewed in the book section of The Washington Post by Herschel McLandress, supposedly the pen name for Harvard professor John Kenneth Galbraith. McLandress wrote that he knew firsthand of the report’s authenticity because he had been invited to participate in its creation; that although he was unable to be part of the official group, he was consulted from time to time and had been asked to keep the project secret; and that while he doubted the wisdom of letting the public know about the report, he agreed totally with its conclusions.

He wrote: “As I would put my personal repute behind the authenticity of this document, so would I testify to the validity of its conclusions. My reservation relates only to the wisdom of releasing it to an obviously unconditioned public.”[6]

Six weeks later, in an Associated Press dispatch from London, Galbraith went even further and jokingly admitted that he was a member of the conspiracy.[7] The following day, Galbraith backed off. When asked about his ‘conspiracy’ statement, he replied: “For the first time since Charles II The Times has been guilty of a misquotation… Nothing shakes my conviction that it was written by either Dean Rusk or Mrs. Clare Boothe Luce”.[8]

The original reporter reported the following six days later: “Misquoting seems to be a hazard to which Professor Galbraith is prone. The latest edition of the Cambridge newspaper Varsity quotes the following (tape recorded) interchange: Interviewer: ‘Are you aware of the identity of the author of Report from Iron Mountain?’ Galbraith: ‘I was in general a member of the conspiracy, but I was not the author. I have always assumed that it was the man who wrote the foreword – Mr. Lewin’.”

  29. TPR, I noticed that you stated that you’ve been seeing the number 23 cropping up a lot. You might want to google about the Revelations 12 sign that will appear in the sky on Sept 23, 2017 right around the time of the feast if Trumpets 😉
Remember, in Genesis chapter 1 God said that he put the sun moon and stars in the heavens for signs and SEASONS. The Hebrew word for seasons there is Mo’ed and it’s the same word used later in Leviticus when God tells of His APPOINTED FEASTS (Mo’ed) which means “appointed times”or “appointed meetings” check it out! Scottie clarke, whose youtube page is called eternal rhythm flow, has some really good videos about it as does a youtube channel called “God’s Roadmap to the End” people have checked Stellarium (an astronomy program) over a 7000 year period both past and future and next Sept. 23rd is the ONLY TIME where the stars align just as it states in Revelations 12! Also, remember, Constilations and starts etc. were mentioned in the Bible, so it is perfectly acceptable to look at the stars for signs (that’s why God put them there) but of course, Satan always has a counterfeit which is where Astrology comes in. The Heavens decalre the glory of God, they aren’t meant to have us trying to devine things in our own life. See how Satan corrupts it by making it all about self insead of God (SMH…) Anyway, Google Revelations 12 sign september 2017 or check the youtube pages i’ve mentioned, it’s truly astounding, and it sure fits with the climate that we are in right now in this crazy world.
Just a few more interesting tidbits about next year
    • 70th Anniversary of the U.N. Resolution acknowledging Israel as a State (11/25/1947 – The UN Partician Plan)
    • 50th Anniversary or Jubilee year for Jerusalem
    • 500th Anniversary of the Reformation
    • 50th Anniversary of the Dead Sea Scroll discovery
    • 70th Jubilee cycle from the Exodus
    • 100th Anniversary since the 1917 British issued “Balfour Declaration”, which was the first official act to allow Jews the right to resettle in their homeland.
    • 120th Anniversary since the first Zionist congress which was held in Basil Switzerland by Theodore Hertzl which was the first official act to prepare the way for the Jews to return to their homeland.
    • The year 2017 marks year 5777 in the Jewish calendar. 5 is the number of grace and the number 7 means perfection and repeated three times it means completion. Therefore, the biblical numeric meaning of 5777 is perfect grace made complete or the completion of the period of grace.

These people were paid a fortune for this report and did not want to come up with no “solution” or “Recommendation” regardless of expense or complication.
‘Cyrus” beat me to reminding all of the “Iron Mountain Report”. Using a false-flag threat from extraterrestrials is not new.
“Climate Change” is just much simpler, much cheaper, and perhaps more believable. The “perfect enemy” for a totalitarian govt – doesn’t do any real harm and can never be defeated. Just give us more taxes and control over your life and property.
I believe the “technology” exists, but the practicality and logistics are really “Pie-in-the-Sky” wishful thinking. But they did come up with “a solution”. And can collect their fee, however unpopular the report may be with the Killery Krew.
