Glenn Beck says electing Hillary Clinton is ‘moral’ and ‘ethical’

It’s one thing for Glenn Beck to oppose Donald Trump by supporting Ted Cruz in the GOP primaries, telling Evangelicals that if they don’t vote for Cruz, they’re not being true Christians — which is quite an act of chutzpah on Beck’s part since he is a lapsed Christian who’s turned Mormon.

But now — take your pick of metaphors — Beck has really jumped the shark, jumped off the cliff, gone cuckoo for cocoa-puffs.

Glenn Beck on Fox News, January 2014

On October 8, 2016, this is what Glenn Beck wrote on his Facebook page:

“Every person, each of us must decide what is a bridge too far.

Mike Lee has obviously reached that point, where the moral compromise his party is asking him to make is simply beyond what is acceptable.

It is not acceptable to ask a moral, dignified man to cast his vote to help elect an immoral man who is absent decency or dignity.

If the consequence of standing against Trump and for principles is indeed the election of Hillary Clinton, so be it. At least it is a moral, ethical choice.

If she is elected, the world does not end…. Once elected, Hillary can be fought. Her tactics are blatant and juvenile, and battling her by means of political and procedural maneuvering or through the media , through public marches and online articles, all of that will be moral, worthy of man of principal.

Her nominees can be blocked, her proposed laws voted down.

The alternative does not offer a moral person the same opportunity. If one helps to elect an immoral man to the highest office, then one is merely validating his immorality, lewdness, and depravity.”

Note that Beck calls Trump immoral, lewd, and depraved, but not Hillary.

And yet in May of this year, this is what Beck wrote about Hillary:

“Hillary Clinton, the woman many consider to be the odds-on favorite to become the next president of the United States, believes that in order to bring about the kind of abortion-on-demand world she envisions, ‘deep-seated cultural codes and religious beliefs have to be changed.’ Additionally, she believes that ‘the unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights.’”

5 months later, however, Glenn Beck says electing the same pro-abortion-on-demand Hillary is “moral” and “ethical”. So much for Beck being pro-life. It’s all meaningless talk on his part, for the man really has neither principles nor abiding beliefs.

After his “election of Hillary … is a moral, ethical choice” remark was picked up by bloggers, Beck denies everything. His words were misunderstood, taken out of context! Woe is me!

He says on his blog on Oct. 11, 2016:

“It has been widely reported I am either endorsing or voting for Hillary Clinton as president, and I stated that voting for Hillary is the ‘the moral and ethical’ choice. Let me be clear (and thankfully this is an easy one to dispel): None of this is true.

I am firmly against both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton as potential presidents of the United States of America. I believe that neither candidate has the values, decency or principles to be the leader of the free world. And for the millionth time (though I presume not the last), I reject the notion of a binary choice. I will not vote for the ‘lesser of two evils.’

My Facebook post included in these reports is very clear:

‘If the consequence of standing against Trump and for principles is indeed the election of Hillary Clinton, so be it. At least it is a moral, ethical choice.’

The ‘moral, ethical’ reference is not directed towards Hillary Clinton, but rather my decision to stand for and on my principles against the candidacy of Donald Trump. If other people share this principle and hence, Clinton is elected, at least my choice of sticking to my principles is, to me, moral and ethical.”

No cigar, Beck. You can’t wiggle out of this one.

In your original Facebook comment, you clearly and unambiguously said that if, by opposing Trump (“standing against Trump”), “the consequence . . . is indeed the election of Hillary Clinton” as POTUS, “so be it,” because “At least it is a moral, ethical choice”.

Undertaking a behavior with full deliberation and knowing full well that doing so will result in the election of a deeply immoral, lewd, and depraved woman to the most powerful seat in America and the world, cannot in any sense be “moral” or “ethical”.

  1. Does his head spin while he is saying this stuff?
Mine does when I hear it.
This last WikiLeaks where Hillary is screwing Savage ought to cost her a few million votes.
    What a witch

    • If Beck’s head spins, it’s from grabbing his ankles on cue from his Jewish handlers, who made him, broke him, and are now giving this freak a chance to wheedle his way back into their favor. His position, like that of the RINO’s, is indefensible inasmuch as standing against Trump is standing for Clinton and for guaranteed institutionalizing of moral evil, all on the preposterous grounds that Trump’s indiscretions so many years ago are a greater evil. We need a new party.

    • He also vomits pea soup too. He’s a perfect mind controlled drone for a news anchor at Faux news.

  2. On the way to Church this morning, Beck was drilling Ted Cruz about why he had changed his mind to vote Trump. Beck, in my opinion, was being petty, mean and nasty to Cruz. It just reiterated why I do not listen to Beck on a regular basis although I have friends who think he is the cats meow!!!!

    • When Cruz was running for nomination, Beck, before an audience, gave him what he declared to be a compass George Washington used as a surveyor. Beck said that that compass was to be used in guiding Cruz to the White House. Will Beck ask for return of the compass? Will he then give it to Clinton? Will he donate it to the Smithsonian?

  3. Is it me or do you folks see that his eyes seem ‘reptilian’ in appearance?

And as for him personally, as far as I can tell he’s been out to lunch since breakfast, and he missed that because he was standing behind the door when it was passed out.

  4. So, Beck is a Never-Trump RINO now… “leverage” and lots of money can work wonders in favor of some folks’ interests.

  8. Beck is in a struggle for continued relevance, and he has to find and keep his funding. Yeah, well, SCREW GLENN BLECCH! GLEN BLECCH IS AN INTELLECTUAL FAGGOT: He knows what the truth is and is bargaining for continued relevance. He’s a day late and a dollar short. Yes, a number of Fox News reporters have taken the ride down the Helter Skelter (a long and undulating sliding board for kids) and survived—and that’s a shame, because Megan Kelly, Bill O’Reilly and the whole bunch of them belong on the SOUP LINE!
Voting for Hillary Clinton, given her record of crime and her pro-abort record, given her Satanism, and given the reported fact (on Alex Jones and others) that she is a Chinese and Saudi agent, would NOT be “a moral and ethical choice.” On the contrary, it would, morally, be a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY: I have said—repeatedly—that I believe the Anti-Christ of Revelation is alive on this Earth NOW. He WILL appear, eventually. But we are NOT under ANY obligation to facilitate that. Hillary’s job—and she cherishes it with piquant relish—is to facilitate the Fall of the United States and, should the Anti-Christ appear, she would relish that, too.

Hillary Clinton once likened herself to St. Joan of Arc! All Right, then, let’s give her the same treatment for REAL treason—against all of humanity—and BURN THE WITCH!!! Glenn Beck: Don’t go away mad. Just go away!

See, this is what happens when people leave the Catholic church for cultic religions.

For someone who always says he’s standing behind God, I could not believe my ears when he once told Bill O’Reilly in answer to a question about abortion and gay marriage that there are “bigger fish to fry.” I wrote to Beck and told him that THERE ARE NO OTHER FISH TO FRY; THAT AMERICAN WILL NEVER BLESSED BY GOD AND will continue in a downward spiral until we reap the full measure of the chastisements UNTIL WE END ABORTION. PERIOD.

He didn’t respond. I’ve given up on him; he’s been deceived because he lost the truth.

  11. First, he throws everything he has behind Cruz, and pontificates on moral issues until he turns blue–then, Cruz loses his bid–so, Beck begins pontificating again, telling us all how bankrupt, morally, those who didn’t support Cruz are–then, Cruz, in true form, decided to do some pontificating of his own, at the RNC convention–Beck is rapturous over the fact that Cruz refused to endorse Trump–Cruz is a hero in Beck’s eyes–then, Cruz decided to go ahead and support Trump–Beck is beside himself with grief over that, insisting that Cruz definitely needs to explain–so, Cruz goes on Beck’s radio show to do just that–but, before Cruz gets on air, Beck and his two + one stoogie side-kicks, “Heckle and Jeckle” and “Barney Rubble”, poke fun of what Cruz has done, ridicule Cruz up one side and down the other, literally tearing Cruz’ reputation, even as just a human being, to shreds.

To me, Beck acts like a spoiled two year old every time his efforts on ‘our’ behalf fall through, and he sees people are not taking what he’s been spouting at us, about our morality, seriously–he not only throws a tantrum, he literally ‘spits’ at all of us who let HIM down, according to his view of things–we all must be terminally stupid in Beck’s view, and then he pouts over it all, in the most amazing imitation of a 5 year old who’s been told “No” over something it had it’s little heart set on.

He reminds me of someone who’s attempt to convert others to their beliefs has failed, so he begins kicking dirt on them, while calling them vile names–it’s so demented!

  12. Hypocrite Supreme!

Because he has sunk so low & sane people rejected him a long time ago, it sounds like he just keeps throwing stuff out there to see what sticks. He probably immediately runs to check his ratings after each insane comment.

Glenda Becky (as someone above said 🙂 )

And yes, his eyelids either have eyeshadow on them or he’s drunk or has narcolepsy, because his eyelids always look half-closed.

  13. Glenn Beck will be out of business for good…

A_IF Trump doesn’t win the Presidential election.

    B_IF this tweet/article is true:

The competition a “Trump TV” network would provide would probably put them all out of business (Fox, et al). I can’t see Trump going back to “business as usual” if he doesn’t win, especially with the kids grown & running the biz.

I read that Trump recently said at a rally words to the effect of: “If I don’t win, I don’t know what I will do. I just don’t know…”

no he did not. cmon, if you don’t like beck you don’t have to. lies don’t really help your cause. he never said that, nor is he voting for her. i like him, i watch him.

    • Lies? I quoted Beck verbatim in my post. Point out what lie(s) I made.

And if Hillary Clinton is elected POTUS, you’ve just let us know we have you to thank for that — a Glenn Beck cultist.

  16. I use to enjoy listening to Glenn Beck, BUT back then I THOUGHT Beck had some sense!

  17. Oh brother, a young blond, supposedly a reporter, wearing a low-cut black strap dress, is claiming Hillary tried to molest her in the restroom at either an airport or on a plane. Among other things she says Hillary kept looking at her chest (well, try covering up!)

She doesn’t give the year. She says Hillary was wearing shoulder pads, which were big in the 1980s/early 1990s. Does this blond look old enough for that era?

I’m no Hillary fan but this seems kind of fakey. The Summer Zervos video actually seemed more real than this one. I think this one was made solely for the purpose of putting out a hashtag & hoping real Hillary victims might come forward (but why bother now?)

    Only a 2-minute video clip:

(Funny, someone asked, Where is Gloria Allred when you need her? Another replied, Has anyone checked behind an ambulance? lol, lawyer jokes.)

  19. After that blonde’s video, I forgot what i was going to post, but I think it was witty. It was something about Target taking the ‘Glenn Beck The Ass Clown’ masks off the shelf.
BTW: I think Jeff Beck should sue.

  20. HVGarvey, I think you hit the nail squarely on the head. Didn’t take much for the devil to confuse the hell out of him, as he was floundering to begin with. And now……….he’s totally gone. An easy mark in all actuality.

where to get theses quotes? beck is voting conservative. he doesn’t support clinton. please tell me where you got your quotes…

  22. Michael Buccasio

Am i stupid? wow, you sound like a reasonable person. when you responded, you said nothing about Facebook. i will try to be more attentive.

    • You obviously did not read my post because if you had, you would have seen the Facebook quotes and embedded links. And yet you have the gall to accuse me of lying. SHAME ON YOU.

  23. Michael Buccasio

i think, if you don’t click on the story, you don’t get the full story, just a small part of it. i was wrong to use the word lie. i stand corrected.
