Pope Francis is ashamed of the Cross, knows better than the Gospels

In Mark 16:15-16, 19-20, it is written that the resurrected Christ instructed the 11 apostles:

“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned…. After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and He sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere….”

But Jorgé Bergoglio, whose job title is Pope Francis, knows better than the Gospel of Mark.

On December 10, 2015, as reported by NBC News, the Vatican’s Commission for Religious Relations with Jews issued a major new document pronouncing that God had never annulled his covenant with the Jewish people, and so Catholics should not try to convert Jews: “The Church is therefore obliged to view evangelization to Jews, who believe in the one God, in a different manner from that to people of other religions and world views.”

God never annulled his covenant with the Jewish people.

Really?

Once again, Jorgé Bergoglio pretends to know better than the Gospels, specifically Luke 22, when Jesus in the Last Supper consecrated bread and wine into His body and blood, and said to the apostles:

“This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my Blood, which will be shed for you.”

Jorgé Bergoglio also knows better than St. Paul, who clearly wrote in his letter to the Hebrews 8:13:

“In speaking of a new covenant, He makes the first one obsolete.”

Not only does Jorgé Bergoglio know better than St. Paul and the Gospels of Mark and Luke, he’s also ashamed of the Cross — the symbol of the most important truth of Christianity, which is that the Second Person of the Triune Godhead humbled Himself by becoming incarnate, was grievously tortured, and allowed Himself to be nailed to a cross to die, all in reparation for the sins of humanity, beginning with the first sin of Adam and Eve in that first garden.

A part of every pope’s uniform, including Pope Francis’, is the pectoral crossa cross that is worn on the chest, suspended from the neck by a cord or chain.

Pope Francis I

But Pope Francis is so ashamed of our Lord Jesus Christ that he concealed his pectoral cross from Jews by stuffing it into his fascia or waist sash.

  1. On Jan. 16, 2014, Bergoglio concealed the cross when he hosted a delegation of 15 Argentine Jewish leaders at a kosher luncheon in the Vatican (Catholic Family News):

  1. In May 2014, Bergoglio visited Israel, along with Jordan and the West Bank. Here he is on the red carpet at Ben Gurion International Airport near Tel Aviv, with the cross stuffed inside his waist sash. Note, however, that an accompanying cardinal displayed his cross.

3. On May 26, 2014, Bergoglio paid a courtesy call to the two Chief Rabbis of Israel in the Heichal Shlomo Center, next to the Great Synagogue of Jerusalem. Once again, he concealed the cross by stuffing it inside his waist sash.

Israel Meir Lau, Chief Rabbi of Israel from 1993 to 2003, said that “Crucifixes are an insult to Jews. The cross is against the Jewish religion and the sight of the cross is forbidden for a Jew.”

For that matter, the Talmud teaches that Jesus was a bastard, a fool, a conjurer and a seducer, who was conceived during menstruation (primitive peoples regard menstruation and a woman in menses as unclean), was crucified, buried in hell, and set up as an idol by his followers. (See Rev. I.B. Pranaitis, The Talmud Unmasked: The Secret Rabbinical Teachings Concerning Christians)

Pope Francis really should heed these words of Jesus:

“But he that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 10:33

“For he that shall be ashamed of me and of my words…: the Son of man also will be ashamed of him, when he shall come in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” Mark 8:38

Anybody can say anything on the web, but that doesn’t mean it’s true.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinarily rigorous and compelling evidence. The source of these extraordinary accusations is one man, Kevin Annett, who gave his one-man outfit a pretentious name, International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State.

          From RationalWiki (http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/International_Tribunal_into_Crimes_of_Church_and_State):

“The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (or ITCCS) is a one-man blog that pretends to be a tribunal established to enforce common law.[1] Despite claims of being based in Brussels, the whole thing is written in Canada by Kevin D. Annett, a defrocked[2] United Church of Canada minister.”

          • Hi Dr. Eowyn, Just an FYI for clarification…..
I was not endorsing this information by Kevin Annette, but strictly trying to inform you where the comment on ” eating babies” may have originated since you had placed a “?” in your comment.
I personally do not know what to think on this one. I shudder to think it is true, and yet we do know that there is Satanism at high levels and that Freemasonry is part of this.
As for Kevin Annett, I don’t think he can be dismissed quite as easily as the sources above would imply. Don’t forget those that threaten to expose corruption often have their reputations slandered in order to create doubt about the persons credibility. At least early in his career before he got so ego inflated, Kevin Annett was instrumental in bringing a lot to light on abuse and murders of Indian Children in Canada by Church/ state run schools. He made enemies high up in the Church for uncovering the fact that Indian lands were being stolen for corporate benefit, aided by Church and state. I highly recommend that you view Annett’s documentary on this whole sordid affair regarding the abuse of Indian children and theft of land before dismissing him entirely. Please watch and ask if you think these Indians are making up their stories. As one who knows personally how the Church has covered up for pedophiles, there is nothing that strains credulity for me in this documentary.

I know this post is archived now and this comment is hardly relevant at this point but I wanted to elaborate should you choose to look into matters more comprehensively.

    • I find the pictures that reflect Pope Francis putting his cross in his sash or other item of clothing, noteworthy and disturbing. For the sake of argument, if one reasons that possibly he found the cross too big, that it might be bumping into things, or into his food during lunch, any such proposed fact is secondary to the absolute importance of the Holy Cross of Our Lord Jesus Christ which must be proudly and lovingly displayed, especially by him who is the Vicar of Christ on earth.

It is imperative that we pray for the Holy Catholic Church and all of its Clergy, especially the Pope, to do God’s will and to keep the Commandments.

  3. The Second Vatican Council has been the biggest fraud in all of history. When John XXIII (I refuse to call him a “Pope”) announced this, we were all told that the Church would be brought “into the modern age” and that the Church and the world would be “friends.” Little did we realize that Holy Mother Church had finally been successfully infiltrated by the Illuminati and their deputies, the Masons.
Symbols mean much, and we should have seen much more coming when Paul VI (I refuse to call him “Pope,” also) visited New York wearing the little Judaic symbol around his neck, at almost waist-level. And when he announced a new Liturgy and new Sacramental rights, we all went along with it because we were told that “the Holy Spirit inspired the Second Vatican Council.” (New Baltimore Catechism, 1965).
When Paul VI died, many of the conservatives left had high hopes for John Paul I, who announced, in so many words, that he was going to stop the nonsense that had succeeded in emptying church pews around the world.
We all know how that turned out.
Then we had high hopes for John Paul II who, in his first encyclical, claimed man had an equal footing, of sorts, with God, claiming that each man had Jesus Christ in him (which, outside of worth reception of the Eucharist, is a LIE).
We have seen that the Vatican II Church has issued document after document that has specialized in teaching nothing, while mastering the so-called art of linguistic ambiguity while pushing forward its church-emptying policies of ecumenism. (Benedict XVI was a master at this).
So it comes as no surprise to me that Jorge Bergoglio, this Mason who claims to be Pope, would be as arrogant and as imbecilic and as sycophantic as he is.
We have to get a few things sparklingly crystal clear. First, Our Blessed Mother, at both Quito and LaSallette, made it clear that the Church would suffer this. (Our Lady of Quito told Mother Marianna that this would happen “in the middle of the 20th Century.”) Next, we have to accept, as historical fact, that the secret society of Freemasonry declared its intent and its plans in “The Alta Vendita,” which they called the “Permanent” plan for the infiltration, subversion and destruction of the Roman Catholic Church. So it should come as no surprise that we have been saddled with defective men, called Popes, since the death of Pius XII. All have been infected with the heresy of Modernism, to one extent or another. (I DO NOT exempt John Paul II from this, a man who successfully impostured a false conservatism while hosting ecumenical love-fests which included practitioners of voodoo and animism, and who gave us altar girls). What used to gall me were all the Stockholm Syndrome Catholics who have gone along with the entire program, who shout anyone down who insists that they look at what is going on.
And THIS is the prize the infiltrators are after: They wish to declare the Old Covenant as still extant, as still in force, while, HISTORICALLY, we have Our Lord’s WORD on it that it IS NOT. So it boils down to this: Either we declare and live out our lives as though Jesus of Nazareth was and is the “One Who is to Come” (the One Who Has Come), or we do not. Everything follows from this: If we do accept Jesus as the One Who Has Come and paid the price our sins deserve, then we accept the Eucharist and the One and Only Church He Founded, with ALL of its doctrines and Traditions, or we do not. There can be NO ROOM for any ambiguity or “shades of grey” AT ALL.
The infiltrators have it wrong, and those at the top KNOW it: They are SATANISTS. What we have been witnessing since the election of John XXIII is the replaying, as it were, of the argument between Jesus Christ and Judas Iscariot—and we all know how that turned out.
Our Lady of Quito predicted that there WILL be a definite END to the current insanity. I hope it ends QUICKLY, as billions of souls have already been lost. I hope we all live to see it. We are living in that Age where certain things that have been prophesied are beginning to unfold.
But in the meantime, we have to remember one thing, first and foremost: The Old Covenant is DEAD. This IS NOT “anti-semitic”; It is anti-Sabbatean-Frankist. And it is the truth.

Doesn’t it just slay you how these Pharisees demand everything and give nothing in concession on their part ? And yet this is what the Pope and his underlings call ” dialogue”. I am tired of the countless Catholic zombies who suck his every word up and repeat it breathlessly without any scrutiny as to the implications of his words and his actions. In addition to hiding his cross, how bout he and all these other anti Popes forcing ( at the behest of the Rabbis ) Holocaust Classes to be given in Catholic Schools so that our kids can now be guilt tripped too ?
I’m sure both you and Dr. Eowyn are familiar with the websites Call Me Jorge and Maurice Pinay BlogSpot ? If one wants to get a real eyeful of the blasphemies by this ” Pope” and many others post Vatican II, there are hardly better documented sites on the web.
But lest our protestant bothers and sisters think this problem is unique to Catholics and that they have been left unscathed by the deceptions and the blasphemies, I invite them to look into the origins of the Scofield Bible. They may also read this article which states, http://henrymakow.com/nwo_introduced_under_masonic_g.html
that from the beginning of this country, there was a plan to take over the Churches so they would be teaching and preaching Judaism, not Christianity, for that is what Freemasonry is- Jewish Kabbala.

      • Thank You, Dr. Eowyn. I had been swept along with the current for many years—until I bought a laptop in 2009 and began bookmarking sites (including FOTM). I have listened to a number of sides of the matter, and there are still plenty of videos on You Tube available.
We Catholics need a Malcolm X to shout out to us, “Wake Up! Ya been had!” And I see what is going on a bit more clearly now. (I admit I still have much more to learn).
I really believe that this is the playing out of an argument between Our Lord and (at least the spirit) of Judas Iscariot (read: The Devil through him), and that Holy Mother Church must undergo the same Passion as did Christ, only under a different appearance.
I finally made Mass a month ago (first time in a long time), and I am aware of the changes Benedict made to the Creed. No matter: I recite the Creed I was taught. Let them play their little games.
It upsets me that our Faith has become a mine field. But my brother told me (correctly!) that I must not allow the Devil to fill my mind with excuses to stay away.

  5. Wow! Just when I think though that Jorge Bergoglio could not be more heretical against biblical Christianity than when he said:And if at times our efforts and works seem to fail and produce no fruit, we need to remember that we are followers of Jesus… and his life, humanly speaking, ended in failure, the failure of the cross. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in September, 2015; we also see that Dr. Eowyn has exposed even more disturbing information about this wolf in sheep’s clothing!

Steven Broiles mentions the infiltration of Freemasonry into Catholicism. The fact is that Freemasonry has several tentacles that attempt to infiltrate and destroy true Christian foundational truths.
Anyone who is interested in a brief but informative explanation of Freemasonry, I recommend reading Fritz Ridenour’s book, “So What’s The Difference?” (Get the updated version) published in 2001.)

I’m sure that many Christians see Freemasonry as relatively harmless and as a networking arrangement for businessmen with the added benefit of service to humanity through the Shriner’s hospitals and other good works. But the truth is that Freemasonry teaches:
    1. The Bible is not the unique Word of God.
    2. The God of the Bible is identified with other gods (like “Jah” – Syriac name, Bel “Baal,” “On”). They even give God a “new” name combining all three of those false gods – “Jabulon.” This Masonic identification of the God of the Bible with pagan deities is blasphemy and under His condemnation.
    3. Jesus is not God the Son, nor is He the Savior of the world.
    4. Humans are basically good, even divine, and human nature is perfectible.
    5. Freemasonry uses the Bible but deletes Jesus’ name from Scripture references.
    6. There is one more where Freemasonry describes itself as being “the universal, eternal, immutable religion” and claims that all religions had a basis of truth and all have overlaid that truth with errors.
Compare John 1:14, 14:6; 18:37; Galatians 1:6-9; 1 John 2:22, for the source of real truth and Scripture’s condemnation of those who claim otherwise.

    • Good info. And I wish to make it clear that I am NOT against the individual Mason. Many of them are good people who join for camraderie and social connections. Many of them in the first three degrees (the “Blue Degrees,” as they are called) do not know anything of the ulterior motives of the entire program.
I had a great uncle, Walter, who claimed to be a Catholic, yet was a Freemason, and toward the end of his life, was elevated to the 33rd Degree. He was close personal friends with Harry Truman and worked in his administration. I imagine he could compromise. Well, he did, and I’m afraid it didn’t turn out too well for him. (He died in 1973).

  9. The breath of fresh air promised by Vatican 2 was more like driving through parts of New Jersey. Guided by the Holy Spirit Church tradition would stay the same yet somehow be blended in with the modern world. Good intentions, toleration, openness and dialogue leading to confusion and chaos. To propose not impose. No kneeling for the sacrament. Standing in line feeling faint with a semi- anxiety attack, getting it in the hand then watching people leave early. Call me a fossil but give me that old time Catholic Church to coerce the faithful with a kick ass pope. Since we are just passing through this fallen world, I’d just once like to hear a sermon on the loss of Heaven and the pains of Hell. Or even one on sin.

    • For somebody who cites Acts 15:20, you seem to have missed the fact that Acts 15:20 has nothing to do with the cross:
“Instead we should write to them, telling them to abstain from food polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from the meat of strangled animals and from blood.”

No one worships the cross. The cross is a symbol of Christ’s suffering and death.

  12. It is true that the old covenant was done away with the birth of Christ and His sacrifice for us on the cross. The quote from the Bible (sorry I cannot provide chapter and verse) is . . . “the first shall be last, and the last shall be first.” At the time that the chosen people (Jews) rejected Christ as their Savior, the Savior told his apostles to go and search out gentiles (non-Jews, all of us are considered Gentiles, since we are not Jewish.) Referring back to that scripture. I believe in time the Jews will be provided an opportunity to once again hear the gospel and accept Christ as their Savior. Our God is fair, it would not be right to have the decades of Jews that came after those who were instrumental in Christ’s crucifixion to forever dwindle in unbelief because of the traditions of their forefathers. In reference to the above scripture — the first (Jews) shall be last, and the last (Gentiles) shall be first. In other words, us Gentiles get to be first in line in the end of times, because those who were originally at the head of the line (so to speak) gave up that blessing willingly.

I really don’t know what is wrong with the Pope, but it seems like lunacy to hide the cross, which is dear to Catholics. It does indeed seem like he is embarrassed to wear it at all times and in all conditions. That seems rather “fair weather” of him. His lack of adherence to Catholic doctrine certainly has emptied the churches. To those of us who are not Catholic, it is frightening to view this lack of righteousness in him. He might as well be the CEO of a fortune 500 company, rather than a religious leader to millions of people.

Galatians 1:8-9. He is preaching another gospel. 1 Timothy 2:5 is how a Jew is to be saved. The true Gospel hasn’t changed – the pope’s false gospel is an error from the pit of hell, therefore the pope is a false preacher. 2 Peter 2:1 – “But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves.”

This heresy is destructive by trying to create another way / another gospel for the Jew. He is a heretic.Period.

    • susan,

I recommend that you read an excellent book titled Salvation is from the Jews, by Roy H. Schoeman, a Jew who became a Catholic convert. He brilliantly explains the meaning of what “chosen people” and “salvation is from the Jews” — which is that God chose the Jewish people to bring the Redeemer Jesus Christ to all mankind. To perform that important role, the Jewish people must remain loyal to the one God. That was the covenant.

After the birth of Jesus to Mary, from the direct lineage of the House of David, God’s covenant with the Jewish people was fulfilled.

  17. “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my Blood, which will be shed for you.”

“God had never annulled his covenant with the Jewish people, and so Catholics should not try to convert Jews”

If God never annulled His covenant with the jews, then to whom did He speak when He made the first statement above?
Jesus made that statement of truth to his disciples, who were jews.
The first ones to hear of the New Covenant were jews. The first ones to learn of Jesus as the Messiah were jews (with the exception of the Magi who were gentiles…learned about that from a previous post by Dr. Eowyn). The first ones to reach out and “evangelize” the gospel to unbelievers (jews and gentiles alike) were jews. The first to accept Christ’s new covenant were jews. The first Christians were jews.
With all of these firsts, Christians are to believe jews should be excluded?

with jorge making the second statement above through his commission, he in fact, called Jesus and His disciples ‘liars’. Apparently, jorge knows more about the new covenant than our Lord and Savior and His disciples.
Then, to top it off, after calling my Savior a ‘liar’, he wants Christians to not evangelize jews because they have their own separate covenant?
Sounds like idolatry to me. The jews are not above any man, all who follow Christ are saved: “Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life’.” John 8:12
All who follow Christ have the opportunity to embrace the gospel with unbelievers (whether in person, via telephone, newsletter, email, online, facebook, twitter, etc.), it is only natural that if a jew (or any unbeliever) does not believe in Christ then the Spirit in the believer will knock on the door of the heart of the unbeliever. The question is, will the unbeliever open the door and let the Holy Spirit in?
jorge is doing satan’s work when he hides his cross around jews, tells Christians that jews have a separate covenant, and admonishes Christians to not evangelize jews (which would save their souls from hell and damnation).
Will the church follow his lead? Or will dissenters arise and rebuke this modern day pharisee and remove him from papacy?

2016 – Released a video promoting his prayer intentions featuring Muslim prayer beads, a Buddha statue, and Menorah, but no cross; Changed Roman Missal to include women in Holy Thursday foot-washing; Lutherans received Holy Communion at Saint Peter’s Basilica; Announced he will participate in a joint ceremony with the World Lutheran Federation to commemorate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation…

God bless you and all here.

  21. God bless you Dr. Eown, I’ve just discovered this blog and quite impressed. I contribute to the blog above (The Wild Voice). We are Catholics and cover this Pope rather extensively.
We also echo this from your ‘about’ section:
“We work on this blog for no pay because Fellowship of the Minds (FOTM) chooses to have no ads and therefore no income. We do this as a public service and a labor of love.”
GOD BLESS YOU and will be coming here often now.

    • Thank you and God bless you, Tom. It is good to know other faithful Catholics such as you are chronicling the doings and utterings of Bergoglio, of which I will make extensive use!

  22. Lots of pics of Pope Leo XIII (humani genus, rerum novarum, etc) with his Crucifix “hidden.”

Perhaps there are more material and relevant complaints to be made of His Holiness?

    • Please point us to photos of Leo XIII with his pectoral cross concealed.

As for “more material and relevant complaints”: A pope, the leader of the Catholic Church, hiding the cross/crucifix and saying Jews don’t need Jesus Christ to be saved is not material or relevant? Really?
