Angel over Florida

“For he shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways.” -Psalm 91:11

Angels appear in the Bible from the beginning to the end, from the Book of Genesis to the Book of Revelation.

On Wednesday, March 13, 2013, the day a new successor of St. Peter was elected, many southern Floridians saw an angel in the clouds above.

Laura Santos reports for WPTV Channel 5 in West Palm Beach, Florida, that while some, like Steve Massie, dismiss the cloud phenomenon as mere pareidolia, Cat Sunn sees it as a sign from Heaven: “The [new] Pope asked to pray for Him. God answered.”

Here are some of the photos of the angel taken by residents of South Florida. You decide!

  1. Thank you Dr. Eowyn for this magnificent post! The inside of the figure seems to have specific straight light. It looks like an angel to me! How wonderful!

The new pope took the name- St. Francis, of “Saint Francis of Assisi”. Saint Francis of Assisi’s full name is-

    Francesco di Pietro di Bernardone

    Guess that fulfills prophecy…

    Pietro means Peter in Italian.
