What You Can Do About Vote Fraud

There is now massive compelling evidence that Democrats committed vote fraud in the 2012 presidential election, especially in the four battleground states of Colorado, Florida, Ohio, and Virginia. See FOTM’s posts chronicling the extensive pervasive fraud by going to our “2012 Election” page below our FOTM masthead, and click on those post links colored neon green.

But the Republican Party won’t do anything about the fraud, because it is legally constrained by an agreement the Republican National Committee (RNC) made with the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in 1982, to settle a lawsuit. The agreement or Consent Decree, which is national in scope, limits the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance. Nor can the RNC engage in “ballot security activities” — defined as “ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud.” Read more about the agreement HERE.

Simply put, the GOP is neutered.

But we ordinary Americans can do something about vote fraud, in our separate states. FOTM’s Hardnox has been urging us to contact our state’s attorney general. Here’s how.

Find the name of your state’s attorney general in the list below. Then write him or her a snail-mail letter. Emails are handled by a flunkie and usually ignored.

From Wikipedia: Each of the 50 U.S. states and territories has an attorney general, who is the chief legal advisor to the state government and the state’s chief law enforcement officer. In some states, the attorney general serves as the head of a state department of justice, with responsibilities similar to those of the United States Department of Justice.

Here are the names and websites of the attorneys general of U.S. states and territories. Find your attorney general, then click the website. I’ve provided the mailing addresses and phone numbers of the attorneys general of the four battleground states. For the other attorneys general, go here:

Let’s do this, patriots!!!!

  1. GOD BLESS & PROTECT YOU! Other than Western Journalism, you are the only one that I know of that is pursuing this. I have wondered for months why no one in the Republican Party would answer my repeated questions about George Soros buying the company that made the software that counted the votes. I spoke with representatives via e-mail, regular mail and on the phone. I realize the Main Stream Media protected Obama buy ignoring the dismal economy and the Libya tragedy. But, I still find it hard to believe that so many people support Obama.

  2. OOPS! I left out the sponsor of this article: PATRIOTS IN EXILE. I actually thought that I was on their site. So, that makes 3 groups (that I have seen) pursuing justice in voter fraud for the 2012 Election Fellowship of the Minds, Patriots In Exile and Western Journalism.

  3. Thank you Dr. Eowyn for this excellent and informative post. I will be carefully reading the Appeal’s Judge’s opinion about this matter.

  4. It occurs to me that an operation this large requires a lot of people, and getting the cooperation of a lot of people is most likely to come down to payment of money, especially to local officials and poll watchers in the targeted precincts. THAT is something the attorney generals can surely investigate.

  5. Lame Cherry blog is suggesting that since we can not legally starve the beast (like Ann Barnhardt, bless her), that we take every measure possible to bleed the beast & thereby use their weapons against them. She is advocating that everyone take every last nickel and dime in (not really) freebies and shut them down that way. What do you all think?

  6. Good grief. I scooped you again? LOL
You know what they say about great minds thinking alike, etc. etc. 😉

  7. Now this is beginning to make sense! It seems to me that a unfair law that can be made, can be undone somehow. If this were brought back into court at this time, wouldn’t it have a chance to win? What if this leaked into the media? I will do my part, but I can not believe that this is our only solution.
As humiliating as it is, Republicans, the truth will still set you free! .

  8. Don’t see how this can be enforced if challenged all the way to the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court has also been bought off by the Communist in power in D.C. than good by USA welcome to hell.

  9. Reblogged this on Political Ness and commented:
    This must be stopped!

  10. The GOP is making me sicker and sicker. What exactly was the point of even having a candidate in the election? All that money spent and wasted, it’s obvious that they knew Obama was going to win, I feel very mislead.

    • Welcome to the USSA:
      Sept. 24, 2012.
      By Todd Starnes
A Pennsylvania high school marching band is raising eyebrows with a halftime performance that commemorates the Russian revolution, complete with red flags, olive military-style uniforms, and giant hammers and sickles.
“St. Petersburg: 1917” is the theme for the New Oxford High School Marching Band. Ironically, the school’s athletic teams are called the Colonials and their colors are red, white and blue. The band’s website features a picture of the group with students holding a hammer and sickle.
“There is no reason for Americans to celebrate the Russian revolution,” said one irate parent who alerted Fox News. “I am sure the millions who died under Communism would not see the joy of celebrating the Russian revolution by a school 10 miles from Gettysburg.”
The parent, who asked not to be identified, attended a football last Friday night with his children. He said he was shocked by what he saw.
“It was Glee meets the Russian Revolution,” he told Fox News. “I’m not kidding you. They had giant hammers and sickles and they were waving them around.”
“Who thought this was a good idea?”
The parent, who asked not to be identified,

  11. What happened to the original link describing the case/reason the Rs can’t pursue voter fraud? I shared it on FB and now it’s gone missing.

  12. George Soros also used to work for the Nazi’s. He was their financial adviser. I think it was Mussolini that said…He who count’s the votes has the power!!!! Now he’s rumored to have bought the company that counts votes??? I smell fish!!!!!!!!!!

  13. For those that don’t know – Soros is Obamas biggest financial backer…(he is the ventriloquist, the one with his hand up his ___ making him say things…ha ha)!

  14. Shortly after the election I DID email Pam Bondi the Attny Gen for Florida and she said I needed to take it up with the Florida Election Board!! I find that Ms Bondi is strong and committed on drugs in this state but she wanted to steer clear of this issue. She did not tell me that there was a lawsuit prohibiting such an inquiry from taking place…she should have.
NOW WHAT if our Attny Gen won’t take up the issue?

  15. I sent a message to Alabama’s AG and told him I would volunteer my time to look into number of registered voters and actual votes cast. Lets see if he responds
