Why the GOP won’t challenge vote fraud

Friends and Patriots,

It’s major duct tape time ’cause you’ll need it to keep your head from exploding.

Are you ready for this?

Here we go….

There is now compelling and undeniable evidence that MAJOR vote fraud had been perpetrated in the November 2012 Election. See FOTM’s posts chronicling the extensive pervasive fraud by going to our “2012 Election” page below our FOTM masthead, and click on those post links colored dark green.

But our screaming and hollering are to no avail. No one is listening to us. Not even the Republican Party.

Here’s why….

The Republican Party made an agreement 30 years ago with the Democrat Party NOT to ensure voting integrity and NOT to pursue suspected vote fraud.

Yes. You read it correctly.

In fact, legally the GOP cannot ensure voting integrity, nor can it prevent vote fraud.

Here’s the astounding reason, which is kept from the American people.

PolitiJim writes for Gulag Bound, November 13, 2012, that during the weekly True the Vote webcast, Catherine Engelbrecht (see her photo below) related a meeting she had with Reince Priebus, the chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC), asking what the GOP would do about voter integrity.  The answer?

Nothing.  They aren’t legally able to.

True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht (read more about her, here)

This all goes back to a lawsuit 31 years ago, in 1981. The following is compiled from an account on The Judicial View, a legal website specializing in court decision research and alerts, and from “Democratic National Committee v Republican National Committee,” Case No. 09-4615.

In 1981, during the gubernatorial election in New Jersey (NJ), a lawsuit was brought against the RNC, the NJ Republican State Committee (RSC), and three individuals (John A. Kelly, Ronald Kaufman, and Alex Hurtado), accusing them of violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965 (VRA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1971, 1973, and the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

The lawsuit was brought by the Democratic National Committee (DNC), the NJ Democratic State Committee (DSC), and two individuals (Virginia L. Peggins and Lynette Monroe).

The lawsuit alleged that:

  • The RNC and RSC targeted minority voters in New Jersey in an effort to intimidate them.
  • The RNC created a voter challenge list by mailing sample ballots to individuals in precincts with a high percentage of racial or ethnic minority registered voters. Then the RNC put the names of individuals whose postcards were returned as undeliverable on a list of voters to challenge at the polls.
  • The RNC enlisted the help of off-duty sheriffs and police officers with “National Ballot Security Task Force” armbands, to intimidate voters by standing at polling places in minority precincts during voting. Some of the officers allegedly wore firearms in a visible manner.

To settle the lawsuit, in 1982 — while Ronald Reagan was President (1981-1989) — the RNC and RSC entered into an agreement or Consent Decree, which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance. The following is what the RNC and RSC, in the Consent Decree, agreed they would do:

[I]n the future, in all states and territories of the United States:

(a) comply with all applicable state and federal laws protecting the rights of duly qualified citizens to vote for the candidate(s) of their choice;

(b) in the event that they produce or place any signs which are part of ballot security activities, cause said signs to disclose that they are authorized or sponsored by the party committees and any other committees participating with the party committees;

(c) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their agents or employees to remove or deface any lawfully printed and placed campaign materials or signs;

(d) refrain from giving any directions to or permitting their employees to campaign within restricted polling areas or to interrogate prospective voters as to their qualifications to vote prior to their entry to a polling place;

(e) refrain from undertaking any ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic composition of such districts is a factor in the decision to conduct, or the actual conduct of, such activities there and where a purpose or significant effect of such activities is to deter qualified voters from voting; and the conduct of such activities disproportionately in or directed toward districts that have a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations shall be considered relevant evidence of the existence of such a factor and purpose;

(f) refrain from having private personnel deputized as law enforcement personnel in connection with ballot security activities.

The RNC also agreed that the RNC, its agents, servants, and employees would be bound by the Decree, “whether acting directly or indirectly through other party committees.”

As modified in 1987, the Consent Decree defined “ballot security activities” to mean “ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud.”

Since 1982, that Consent Decree has been renewed every year by the original judge, Carter appointee District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise, now 88 years old. Long retired, Debevoise comes back yearly for the sole purpose of renewing his 1982 order for another year.

U.S. District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise

In 2010, the RNC unsuccessfully appealed “to vacate or modify” the Consent Decree in “Democratic National Committee v Republican National Committee,” Case No. 09-4615 (C.A. 3, Mar. 8, 2012). (I paid The Judicial Review $10 for the PDF of Case No. 09-4615 and uploaded the 59-page document to FOTM’s media library. To read Case No. 09-4615, click here!)

This is a summary of the appeals judge’s ruling, filed on March 8, 2012:

In 1982, the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) and the Democratic National Committee (“DNC”) entered into a consent decree (the “Decree” or “Consent Decree”), which is national in scope, limiting the RNC’s ability to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless the RNC obtains the court’s approval in advance. The RNC appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey denying, in part, the RNC’s Motion to Vacate or Modify the Consent Decree. Although the District Court declined to vacate the Decree, it did make modifications to the Decree. The RNC argues that the District Court abused its discretion by modifying the Decree as it did and by declining to vacate the Decree. For the following reasons, we will affirm the District Court’s judgment.

Surprise! The judge who denied the RNC’s appeal to “vacate” the 1982 Consent Decree is an Obama appointee, Judge Joseph Greenaway, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Judge Joseph Greenaway, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit

Guy Benson of Townhall.com points out that in last Tuesday’s election, Obama only won by 406,348 votes in 4 states:

  • Florida: 73,858
  • Ohio: 103,481
  • Virginia: 115,910
  • Colorado: 113,099

Those four states, with a collective margin of 406,348 votes for Obama, add up to 69 electoral votes. Had Romney won 407,000 or so additional votes in the right proportion in those states, he would have 275 electoral votes.

All four states showed Romney ahead in the days leading up to the election. But on November 6, Romney lost all four states by a substantial margin, all of which have precincts that inexplicably went 99% for Obama, had voter registrations that exceeded their population, and had experienced  problems with voting machines.

This election was stolen by the Democrats via vote fraud. Despite all the evidence of fraud, the Republican Party has been strangely silent about it.

Now you know why.

I’ll leave you with one last, even more disturbing thought:

The RNC and DNC made their Consent Decree 30 years ago, in 1982. The agreement in effect gives a carte blanche to the Democrat Party to commit vote fraud in every voting district across America that has, in the language of the Consent Decree, “a substantial proportion of racial or ethnic populations.” The term “substantial proportion” is not defined.

The Democrat Party knew this 30 years ago, more than enough time to put a plan in place to identify and groom their “perfect candidate” — in the words of Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) in 2008, a “light-skinned” black Democrat who has “no Negro dialect unless he wanted to have one.”

  • Being a black Democrat, this perfect candidate would get the support of almost all black Americans (96% in 2008!) and other racial minorities (two-thirds of Hispanics in 2008).
  • Being a “light-skinned” black with “no Negro dialect”, this perfect candidate would get the support of white Americans perpetually guilt-ridden about America’s original sin of slavery.

It doesn’t matter if this “perfect candidate” has dubious Constitutional eligibility to be president. They would see to it that his original birth certificate (if there is one) would never see the light of day. The same with his other documents — his passports, school and college records, draft registration, and medical records (so we’ll never know why Obama has that very long scar running from one side of his head, over the crown, to the other side).

Now, we understand the significance of the account Tom Fife wrote during the 2008 presidential campaign. Fife, a U.S. government contractor, claims that in 1992 while he was visiting Moscow, a woman with undying allegiance to Soviet Communism (the Soviet Union had recently collapsed, on December 31, 1991) told him that a black man named Barack, born of a white American woman and an African male, was being groomed by communists to be, and would be elected, President of the United States.

Now, we finally understand the cryptic remark made in May 2010, by Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan: “Obama was selected before he was elected.”

In 2008, this “perfect candidate” won the presidential election. And despite his many failures in his first term, he would be reelected in 2012 for a second term via massive vote fraud. But nothing would be done about the vote fraud, because of that Consent Decree signed by the RNC 30 years ago.

The Republican Party is dead — and with it, the U.S. two-party system as well — and the sooner we voters recognize that the better.

The question that remains is whether the American Republic is also dead.

UPDATE (Nov. 16, 2012):

Since I published this post yesterday, we’ve been asking each other: “What can I/we do about this?” Here are my suggestions:

  1. If you are a registered Republican, QUIT! Switch your voter registration ID to non-partisan Independent.
  2. Stop donating money, not even one penny, to the GOP. Tell them why.

  3. Spread the word. Please send the URL of this post (https://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2012/11/15/why-the-gop-will-not-do-anything-about-vote-fraud/) to:

  • EVERYONE on your email list.
  • Media people for whom you have email addresses.
  • Tea Party groups you know.
  • Post the link on your Facebook page.
  • Post the link as your comment on websites and blogs you visit.
  1. Write your state’s attorney general and ask him/her to investigate vote fraud in your state. Click here!

UPDATE (Nov. 21, 2012):

5 days after I’d published this and 7 days after PolitiJim of GulagBound published his acount, someone in the conservative establishment media is writing about this — WND’s Bob Unruh. Click here for his article, “GOP Legally Barred From Fighting Vote Fraud”. But it’s still the sound of crickets from conservative talk radio, even though I’ve sent my post to Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck, and a reader had also sent it to Mark Levin.

  1. NO it doesn’t. If this is the holdup on challenging at LEAST Pennsylvania, then why didn’t the Romney team say so? The suit is a matter of public record isn’t it? Did I miss some non-disclosure section? Please help me understand this.

  2. This is all well and good but this law does not prohibit other groups or persons from investigating vote fraud. What happened in 2000? They GOP fought hard for a fair vote count after Gore tried to hijack three Florida counties. Allen West is challenging his election results. Is he not bound by this court case? He’s a member of the RNC, is he not? If the RNC wants to challenge and they need a court order, all they have to do is go to a friendly judge, the way democRats do to get their way.

Articles like these, which advocate that people leave the Republican party, are very welcome news to the Democrap party.

The Republican party is not the enemy here, people. The leftists and secular “progressives” and Communists in the Democrap party are the enemies of America !

Leaving the Republican party because of this article would absolutely be the WORST response to reports of voter fraud by the Dems !

    • c428,

You missed the whole point of my post. I never said the Republican Party is the enemy of conservatives. What I did say is that the 1982 Consent Decree that the RNC made with the DNC effectively gives the Democrats a blank check to commit vote fraud by neutering the GOP’s ability to both prevent vote fraud and remedy vote fraud after fraud has taken place. Given that, how would staying in the Republican Party help? On the contrary, staying in the GOP simply:

      1. Gives the GOP the green light to continue doing business as they have.
      2. Ensures our votes mean nothing, which is what happened on Nov. 6, 2012.
      3. Ensures the Democrats winning the national presidential elections henceforth.

The least you should have said is to enjoin us to stay in the Republican Party BUT ONLY IF THE GOP:

      1. Admits to the existence of the Consent Decree.
      2. Tells us how it means to counter the constraints the Decree has imposed on the RNC.
      3. Undertakes true reform of the Republican Party.

  7. All Stalwart Conservatives and other Citizens of Good Conscience need remember this: General George Washington’s army shrank from a force of 20,000 enlistees to 5,000 men after the Battle of Brooklyn Heights where the Hessians gave no quarter and overwhelmed the American Army. Yet, it was this small contingent that overcame the British – the greatest military force in the world at that time. In addition, only a small percentage of the colonists cared enough about the struggle for independence, and the punishments awaiting enemies of the British King were so gruesome and barbaric, I shan’t mention them here.
I prefer to recall the admonition of Winston Churchill, that if we do not fight when the odds are in our favor, we may have to fight when they are not, and failing this, we may have to fight when we have no hope of success at all.
Let us all stand together. God Bless and Protect America, My Country.

  10. I can’t believe a lawyer can’t challenge this and I can’t believe that Mitt Romney can’t afford a lawyer to do it. Allen West did it! I have no legal background but here’s an idea – have the lawyer say he represents Mitt personally and is not acting on behalf of the RNC. Here’s another idea: Say that entire STATES committed fraud, not just “ethnically enhanced wards” or whatever they called it.

This is of URGENT importance – 3 Supreme Court Justices are about to retire or die at any minute and once Obama puts his Muslim Brothers in there the Constitution is dead. Obama will probably write a new Constitution making the presidency a life term, firing everyone who is against him, and filling up all power positions with his cronies (which he’s already started doing). There will be no way to fight after that.

We still have until Dec. 17th when the electoral college submits its votes (and our Constitution is still valid) so Reince, Mitt, Paul Ryan, etc. should be ON FIRE to get a recount done before then! Obviously they’ve all shrugged and gone home though so we must do it for them. The last straw I’ve heard of is for everyone to write to the Senators and Representatives of all the Red states (where Romney won) and tell them not to submit ANY electoral votes on Dec. 17th. There’s a law that if there are not enough electoral votes submitted, the president is chosen by the House of Representatives. Here’s a link to the article about it: http://breakingobama.blogspot.com/2012/11/breaking-news-legal-loophole-found-to.html?spref=fb

Please pass that around – if we flood them with emails and calls maybe they’ll do it.

  19. We will never have an honest election again in this country.

That sounds harsh, but it’s an open secret that in the 2008 elections, ACORN produced at least twenty million absentee ballots from “Mr. Zig Zag” and “Mr. Crack Pipe,” of no fixed address, with no Social Security numbers or any other proof of their existence. The Republican Party, shamelss, worthless, ball-less worms that they are, never made so much as a peep of protest.

There were Black Panthers with billy clubs at the polls threatening white voters, and doing it right in front of TV cameras. You can still find the videos on Youtube. Nobody, as far as I can determine, gave a damn.

The Democrats embraced Chicago-style electoral fraud decades ago. You probably remember the reports from the 1990 election–1990, 20+ years ago–that Democratic Party “volunteers” went into every psych-ward in Bellvue (one of the bigger nuthouses on Manhattan Island–not as big as City Hall, though) and cattle-prodded tens of thousands of mumbling, drooling, doped-up crazies onto city buses, then herded them through the polls to put their hands on the lever with the big shiny “D” on it. Some intrepid news reporter happened to see this bizarre procession, and asked one of the crazies what was going on. The response was “Bowlin’! We goin’ bowlin'” as his minder stepped into the booth with him to help him vote for Dinkins.

Likewise, the wetback invasion continues at the rate of two million per year. There are now 30+ million Mexicans in the US. Fewer than 5% have either legitimate citizenship or a valid Green Card. But they vote. Guess whom they vote for. C’mon, guess. The fact that they are here illegally and vote illegally doesn’t appear to matter to anyone anywhere. Question it and you are “RAAAAAAAAAAAAAACIST.”

The ballot box is broken, my friend. It was broken before many of your readers were born. What is to be done now, the nature of our duty as citizens, can only be between each man and his conscience.

I’m not seeing any language where this legal agreement prevents the RNC from challenging suspected fraud after an election has occurred. Please help me out here, what am I missing?

    • Kevin,

The Consent Decree was modified in 1987, to define the original Decree’s language of “ballot security activities” to mean “ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud.”

To “remedy” vote fraud implies (1) an election has occurred; (2) vote fraud is suspected; but (3) the RNC is constrained from doing anything (“remedy”) about it.

      • All we really need to do is either repeal the Consent Decree, or at least the 1987 modification, or otherwise make sure all states, or at the very least the swing states, have Voter ID to ensure that the DNC CAN’T do voter fraud even if they wanted to.

Well, at least we can still impeach Obama, and since his crimes in office have been published in Impeachable Offenses, there’s no way Obama can get out of that. There’s already murmurs of the GOP-controlled House planning impeachment proceedings after the 2014 elections, and even the DNC is fully aware Obama cannot get out of impeachment proceedings, based on the fact that emails were sent stating that they must elect the DNC to the House, explicitly stating that Obama will end up undergoing impeachment charges otherwise.

How important is the NAME of the Party you support? Since this “agreement subverts any chance of a fair Election for the Republicans, what if we shift our support to the Tea Party, and leave the RINO segment to keep carrying the Republican flag (or sheltering Obama from the sun,or whatever they do with it.) I believe there are still a lot of Republicans who would be good choices, including DeMint,Palin, both Pauls,Bachmann, see where I’m going with this? This might be a great chance to weed out a lot of what’s dragged the Conservatives down for years and bring in support for a group we (as Republicans) have become a “Lite” version of. I know-sounds extreme, but I said before the LAST election and believe it even MORE now,America NEEDS extreme! • Good ideas, Speed. The Republican Party will never win a presidential election, saddled with this 1982 Consent Decree. But the two-party system is so entrenched in the very infrastructure of our political system, that it is notoriously difficult for a third party to be genuinely viable. It will need a lot of rethinking, effort, money, and leadership. Alas, the GOP establishment — including conservative media stars like Limbaugh, Hannity, & Levin — are all ignoring the reality of this Consent Decree. Until they do, no 3rd party by whatever name will be successful.

I hope you get better from that nasty cold real soon! (Are you taking Zicam?)

      • I’m not suggesting a more-thantwo-party system as much as trading the hamstrung Republican Party for the relatively clean-n-unscathed Tea Party. They ARE after the same basic ideals as the Republicans, though a more pure version and more aggressive stance, which is exactly what America needs now,and I think,by this time next year most of Conservative America will be ready to go where they need to go,to bring the US Constitution back into the foreground. I think, once the new Party starts making some headway,Hannity and Rush will start paying attention and getting more on board. Remember, they’ve been champions of the Republicans for all this time because they AREN’T Democrats, and the Tea Party was still an upstart they considered likely to fade away. The Tea Party has been holding its own,but needs much more name recognition, and a “who’s who” list of people known to be steadfast Constitutionalists (Republicans,Independents and even undecideds) who are willing to step up and help “We The People” take the Government back. I hate like hell to throw a Republican under the bus,but most all these “Career Politicians” haven’t been true Republicans for a good while now,and it’s not that they haven’t been told to get their acts together or pack their grips.

And if we have Voter ID in all fifty states (and any new states that join the country, not to mention), or at the very least the swing states, that will make the provision unenforceable by the DNC (as the provision can’t work on state or individual elections), and plus, laws can be repealed, so all we really need to do is either push for the law, or at least the 1987 modification, to be repealed, or otherwise make sure all states, or at least the voter states, are made into voter ID states.

Another thing-how many Republicans were involved in the actual offenses that brought this result? Why aren’t THEY,in SPECIFIC accountable? The rest of the Party, the people who did nothing wrong, those who didn’t even know what was happening, are being made to pay for something they were innocent of.
Sorry, this is really getting to me-if an average American tried to pull something like this,it’d never even make it to Court, let alone win an unjust illegal judgement like this. This Judge should be disbarred and this “agreement” reversed.

  28. Oh, I am so glad that the good Lord answers my prayers – all that I have predicted even prior to the last election is answered in this research piece. The voters’ fraud would steal our election. We would go through motion of voting, but we would never have a real election again unless we do something about the fraud. Thank you so much whoever did this website. I hope whoever did this website watches the professional blogger who leaves opposite messages on all conservative blogs to break the flow of the meaningful dialogues among readers with their irrelevant messages.

This breaks my heart but confirms what I already know. “Concerning the United States, the Lord revealed to his prophets that its greatest threat would be a vast, world-wide secret combination which would not ony threaten the United States but seek to overthrow the freedom of all lands, nations and countries. In connection with the attack on the United States, the Lord told his prophet there would be an attempt to overthrow the country by destroying the Constitution. The Constitution would hang, as it were, by a thread. At that crucial time, the righteous of our country will successfully rally and provide the necessary balance of strength to save the institutions of constitutional government. The prophets in our day have continually warned us of these internal threats…that our greatest threat from Socialistic Communism lies within our country.”

  30. Stated in 1844…There will be two great political parties in this country. One the Republican and the other the Democrat party. These two parties will go to war and out of these two parties will spring another party which will be the Independent American Party! Definitely need to get rid of the two party system!

  31. Thanks Dr. Eowyn, for this deeply researched piece.

Sometimes a thing happens that is so shocking I can’t look at it until after stepping away for a while. This was the case with the 2012 “Election”. It was just last night, before reading your post, that I decided to abandon the Republican Party. I had heard of the efforts of the old and entrenched republicans to purge their party of the Constitutionalists, TEA Party types, and Christians (I’m in all 3 categories).

Eowyn, you’ll appreciate the similarity here to Gandalf discovering the corruption of Saruman, and realizing he would have to defeat the white wizard before even thinking about Sauron. We have take to this political fight onto republican turf, and if we succeed, then maybe we can put an end to the colossal voter fraud.

I am thoroughly conservative, but more and more I think the parties are illusions to keep the masses at each other while the rui,ing elite go about their business. Thank goodness my trust is in The Lord.

  34. A very simple and FREE method of counting votes from all over this country would be to establish 2 email accounts; one called “ivotedforromney@ladeda.com, and the other called ivotedforobama@i’manidiot.com (ok ok, yahoo or gmail will work too), then advertise those 2 email addresses and let people send an exclamation mark, or a period, or just one letter in the body of the email. Let everyone know that not one single email will be opened, so leave your hate-mail in your head. After 3 months time, the total number of emails will be shown in the counter of the Inbox, and all one has to do is then publish those totals. The only way to be able to confirm that each person sent only one email would obviously be to search for multiples, but who has time for that? One would have to go on the honor system.

    • Normally,I’d be in agreement with you,but with the Government’s current dishonest nature,I truthfully don’t think any form of electronic voting would be tamper-proof enough for something this important. There are several segments of the Election process that ALL have to be corruption-proofed;Campaigning,the Political Parties,Funding,Security of the Voters,Actual Voting,Counting the Ballots,Security of the Ballots,Verifying and Reporting the Results, etc, etc, etc, and of course there’s getting EVERYONE on the same page with a whole new un-tamperable system. I’m pretty positive about 75% of the Repub sector would be on board, possibly 20 % of the Dems would buy in,most of the rest would like it (depending on HOW secure it turned out to be),then there’s working out all the bugs before putting it in action,so as to not have an Obamacare. It’s far easier to put it on paper than it is to make it fly in real time. I think the results would be well worthwhile though. An added benefit is that making the entire Campaign/Voting process beyond Corruption would by nature force other “un-corruptions” of other segments of the Government,as corruption would be awkward to use in a realm where it’s not tolerated, serves no purpose and isn’t welcome by others involved. The actual good,honest,right-thinking,patriotic people in the political arena (and I KNOW there are a good number of them out there) would be inclined, and expected,to cast out corrupt colleagues,or insure that they “tow the line” or risk reaching the end of their livelihood in an ungraceful manner.

I hope you won’t be offended if I leave the donation link here as I can’t make the film until we raise the entire budget of just under $300,000. My writer/director is an award-winning director and we will be sure to include this information in our film as well. Voter fraud is an issue for Americans as a whole, not just conservatives. If we lose the integrity of our voting system, we become a Banana Republic at best and horror show dictatorship at worst. Thank you for shining a light on this issue. I will forward your blog posting as well. http://www.gofundme.com/1citizen1vote

Good luck, Chayah, with the documentary and the fund-raising! One would think there are many super-wealthy Republicans and Conservatives (not synonymous), for whom $300,000 is a mere pittance.

Yes, We the People must demand this ruling be overthrown, but NOT by presenting our demand to any elected servant or any appointed judge, instead by presentation of our case to fellow citizens on a Grand Jury — the fourth branch of government, that can indict the retired judge who “continues” his illegal action, and indict persons of any party who have created or supported the FRAUD of recent elections.
The election of 2012 was stolen. Look at the report of the U.Chicago affiliated Argonne National Laboratory that in March 2011 prototyped and tested a hacking device that was created with $26 worth of easily available parts, they said could be constructed by an 8th grader, and could alter the electronic voting machine results from a half mile away. I have heard from MANY people that is what happened to them.

  45. So let’s just “put the whole truth out there”! The RNC should, graciously, disband itself and “help US” form a “new” party – -whether we call it “New American Party”, “The American Tea Party”; or whatever, that way, the RNC label and restrictions would not apply! Their first act should be to encourage the re-establishment of a “Committee on Un-American Activities”! Bring in for questioning debevois, greenaway and ALL DNC officials; without a doubt, they could all be arrested and charged with collusion in vote fraud AND “un-American” activities, since they probably ALL belong to CPUSA, or the “new (communist) party”! Then set about “enforcing” legal voter requirements! Any current Republican Congress people, who choose to remain in politics, would have to declare themselves members of whatever “new party” we decide to build!

    • That sounds workable. The problem I forsee is that the huge majority of ’em don’t want to do anything that’ll mess up their “Status Quo”. They seem perfectly happy to do the “go along to get along” as long as they still get their paychecks. If we just had about a dozen Republicans who had the balls to do it,we could still take this to the people, and I think,by telling the whole story of what the Republicans of the PAST,and we must emphasize PAST,did, and how THEY made a deal with the devil to save their own bacon,THEN show in DETAIL what the Democrats have been doing SINCE then,we MIGHT just get a chance to clear this up without having to start all over. As soon as confession was over,we’d commence the “Committee on Un-American Activities”,and see if the Court’s ruling could be struck down. Might be worth filing criminal charges against the alleged Judge who’s been keeping this farce alive, too.

I do believe we have more than a dozen, who would be willing, starting with Michele Bachmann – -she seems to have more than most! In 2014, we would have to vote the rest of them “out”; shut down the RNC, starting now- -give them NO more funding and they would disappear quickly. Just remember, there are two judges involved in this, the original debevoise and the current appeals court judge, greenaway, I believe their names are!

  47. Just ignore the decree. Fight the socialists at every election. If the democrats bring up the decree, hold a press conference and say, straight into the camera, “Which is more important: upholding a decree that allows the democrats to commit vote fraud, or fighting vote fraud to insure electoral integrity?” Make the socialists answer the question. Continue fighting them. If they give a typical democrat non-answer answer, ask the question again. And again. And again. Never stop. If a judge rules against the Republicans, tell him straight to his face it won’t matter. You will not abide by his ruling. Let him hold you in contempt. Ask him, “Do you realize that your consent decree against us is allowing the democrats to show contempt for the electoral process?” Walk out of the court. Refuse to acquiesce to the socialists. Don’t answer any suit brought by the democrats. Let the judge rule against you. Refuse to pay any penalties. Never give an inch.

    • I like your idea, Stranded. Alas, the GOP leadership are spineless gutless wimps.

      Like

      • I wouldn’t say they’re spineless (certainly not now, at least). They already were making efforts to make sure CNN and NBC were barred from moderating primary debates for the RNC (largely because they planned to make a Hillary biopic for what was obviously the 2016 elections, although they indicated that they wouldn’t have let them even if they weren’t thanks to some new policies), and besides which, there’s already talk about the Republican-controlled house seriously considering making Impeachment Charges. And considering the Democrats did an emailing campaign explicitly stating that the Republicans, if re-elected to the House, will impeach Obama, its pretty clear the Republicans won’t back out easily (I doubt the Democrats would do an email campaign like that if the RNC were spineless. They certainly didn’t do it with Clinton).

And either way, all we really need to do is repeal either the 1987 modification or the entire provision itself (and believe me, if we could repeal the 18th Amendment [the prohibition amendment], we most certainly can repeal this provision), and if that doesn’t work, make sure all 50 states plus any new states (or at the very least any swing states) are Voter ID states so that the provision CAN’T be enforced anyways (as it only extends to national elections, not to state or individual communities, and if it can’t enforce Voter ID states due to there being a consequential enforced ban on voter fraud, the law’s effectively useless). That’s the best way to go and the most pragmatic. Avoiding the GOP won’t work because that’s only going to make the DNC even more unchallenged.

Something I’ve heard a few times from Conservatives is that with only FOX news giving the Conservative take on the news, how do we know exactly how true what we hear is? With TWO Conservative channels we can at least compare coverage to weed out erroneous information and outright lies. (Yes-that even happens on FOX!!)

Believe me-these Democratic puppet-masters wouldn’t be NEARLY as formidable without their minions.

  49. Another commenter asks if the American people can bring a suit alleging vote fraud. The problem there is to have a specific entity (person or party) that can show damage and thus has ‘standing’. A suit can be brought by a party not affiliated with the GOP on behalf of their candidate. The problem with this approach is that other parties polled in the single digits or low teens at best; therefore, the judge could simply say, “You had no chance of winning anyway, therefore, you were not damaged.”

A possible way around this would be if a party brought suit on the basis that they might have qualified for federal matching funds were it not for vote fraud, but they would also have to show that the intent of the fraud was to deny them matching funds. It’s a very neat trap — our system has been used against us, just as Khrushchev and the others promised.

I agree (having already come to this conclusion for other reasons) that the correct solution is a viable third party. Such a party, if not affiliated with the GOP, could bring suit alleging fraud in 2014 and 2016. But the keyword is ‘viable’; a viable party must field candidates in congressional and gubernatorial races *next year* and allow the presidential candidate to be chosen from among these. Trying to enter the race in 2016 or even 2015 as an unknown quantity will not work; we know this from history. The new party must be built from the ground up so that voters can become acquainted with it, and must articulate clearly a set of core principles if it is to present a workable alternative to *both* Democrats and Republicans.
