Obama And Executive Orders. I Got This Email And…..

First and foremost I am not defending buttheads actions. OK? Just posting info I found and kinda debunking one of those dopey emails going around so we at FOTM have the smartest readers on the web.

We all know Skippy is out of control with the executive orders right? So I received this email yesterday, which was about a 7th forward, and at first glance I said hmmm. Then I said let me check this out, because it seemed a bit high , and the sender has sent me stuff before which has not panned out. My searching was a bit surprising to me. How about you?

Here is the email.

For the SHOCK of your life, take 1 minute to comprehend what you read below. During our lifetimes, all Presidents have issued Executive Orders.  For various reasons, some have issued more than others.  These things will directly affect u.s. all, in years to come.  Question is: Do YOU care enough to send this, ‘shocking info,’ to people you love and others?

George W. Bush – 62 in 8 years
Obama – 923 in 3 1/2 years! More than 1000+ and counting Executive Orders in 6 years…
Read some of them below – unbelievable!
Next step -dictatorship. (Looks like we are there already!)

OK so I go poking around and found this list. Snopes verifies , but with their snotty lib slant.

Warning!! Much Duct Tape Needed. Obama Signs, Ahem “Farm Bill”

Ladies and Gentlemen, I don’t have much to say. This “Farm” Bill took 3 years to write and will cost 1 TRILLION dollars of our money. I have just pulled one line out and enlarged. Please go thru the rest of this “Farm Bill” and see how much “Farm” you can find. Thank you and if you need me I’ll be in the garage sucking on a tailpipe now.

Most of the bill covers food stamps, with the number of benefit recipients doubling since Obama took office
—————————————————–

Catfish oversight, weather radios and a Christmas tree tax: Meet the pork-filled $956 BILLION Farm Bill

  • The massive five-years agriculture spending plan, signed Friday by President Obama, includes a $3 million plan for Christmas tree taxes
  • Most of the bill covers food stamps, with the number of benefit recipients doubling since Obama took office
  • The U.S. will spend $1 billion per year loaning money to sugar barons so they can keep prices stable and avoid overseas competition
  • Another $100 million will go to study how to get Americans to buy more maple syrup
  • $1 million will buy weather radios for rural Americans, despite plunging hundreds of weather apps for smartphones and plunging access rates

The federal government pays for a $15 million ‘wool trust fund,’ runs a $170 million program to protect catfish growers from overseas competition, sets aside $3 million to promote Christmas trees, funds another $2 million to help farmers sell more sheep, and plunks down $100 million researching how to get Americans to buy more maple syrup.

And that spending is just three one-hundredths of one per cent of the Farm Bill that President Barack Obama signed Friday in Michigan.

Liberal and conservative watchdogs alike are hopping mad at what they say are pork-barrel projects included in the five-year agriculture spending law as home-state perks to lawmakers that are  unneeded or redundant.

spc_angry_smack puter_100-103

There’s a new 15-cent levy on every live-cut Christmas tree, a proposal that Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack had blocked but will now be beyond his control. Tree growers will put the money into a fund for ‘industry-funded promotion, research, and information program[s],’ but the cost will inevitably be passed on to consumers.

The Farm Bill also includes $1 million in grant money to buy weather radios, despite the ubiquity of weather.com and the plummeting costs of both Internet service and smartphones.

And it continues a $200 million ‘market access’ program that has paid companies like Fruit of the Loom and McDonalds to run commercials.

One grant from that fund even funded a reality TV show in India aimed at promoting cotton. Another paid Welch’s $844,000 to hawk grape juice outside the U.S.

The conservative Club For Growth called the legislation, which took members of Congress three years to write, ‘a “Christmas Tree” bill where there’s a gift for practically every special interest group out there with a well-connected lobbyist.’

It’s $956 billion of spending overall in a ten-year period, sketched out in legislation 959 pages long – nearly $1 billion per page.

But most of that money goes to food-stamp and nutrition programs, which are administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

article-2554299-1B48750300000578-994_634x404

The 10-year spending total for those entitlements will hit $756 billion under the new law.

That amount is $8.7 billion less than the previous Farm Bill included, but trends suggest it may have to be revised. Since President Obama took office, the number of Americans receiving those benefits has nearly doubled.

One in five American households receive food stamps today. More than 1 million people were added to the rolls in 2013, including residents who live in the country illegally.

In the year 2000 the entire food stamp program cost $17 billion. Last year that figure was $78 billion.

The rest of the Farm Bill, all $200 billion of it, includes some subsidy payments to members of Congress and their families who are engaged in agriculture.

The left-leaning Environmental Working Group reports that in 2013, In 2013, more than $237,000 was paid to federal lawmakers and their spouses. All but two were Republicans.

Still, Democrats scuttled a bipartisan House amendment that would have required public disclosure of such payments. North Carolina Republican Rep Virginia Foxx and Minnesota Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison pushed the transparency tweak unsuccessfully last year.

Also on some watchdogs’ lists of Farm Bill waste is an estimated $1 billion per year taxpayers lend out to protect the sugar industry against price fluctuations, shielding it – mostly in the form of just three companies – from being undercut by cheaper imported sugar.

The result also raises sugar prices nationwide.

‘By keeping an unnecessary catfish inspection program and refusing to reform crop insurance or eliminate the unnecessary sugar program, members of both parties and both chambers missed a golden opportunity to fundamentally shift agriculture policy from government-centric to one that embraces the free market and common sense,’ said David Williams, president of the Taxpayers Protection Alliance.’

And the left-leaning Citizens Against Government Waste is no more enamored with the final law.

‘The bill is a disaster for taxpayers and has the potential to be even more expensive and wasteful than the abysmal 2008 Farm Bill that it is replacing,’ the group’s president, Tom Schatz, complained.

Obama signed it into law at Michigan State University alongside Michigan Democratic Sen. Debbie Stabenow.

He called it a ‘Swiss Army knife,’ with something for everyone, including the catfish lobby.

Taxpayer lobby groups failed to cut that industry’s hand-out from the Farm Bill, despite pointing out that there’s already a similar program funded by the Food and Drug Administration.

So as Obama yet again says to us, I say to Him..

Wayne Allyn Root on Football & Politics

imageThe Tea Party is the GOP’s “12th Man”
Posted by Wayne Root on February 5, 2014
By Wayne Allyn Root

My Seattle Seahawks just won the Super Bowl in one of the most lopsided beatings in sports history. And few saw it coming. Over 70% of the $10 billion bet on the Super Bowl in Las Vegas and across the USA was bet on Peyton Manning and his Denver Broncos. But I knew better.

Perhaps many of my Blaze fans don’t realize that my career began as a Las Vegas oddsmaker and sports handicapper. It was so successful I was dubbed by the media as “the King of Vegas” and was awarded my own 180 pound granite star on the Las Vegas Walk of Stars. This was all before my political career began. Football was my life back then.

Today my career centers around politics. But I still have a thriving sports prediction business with thousands of clients who pay for my advice. I gave them my strongest possible “buy” on the Seattle Seahawks to win the Super Bowl. Seattle’s Super Bowl victory was one of the great wins of my career. How did I know? There is a fantastic lesson here for the GOP.

Politics has much in common with sports. In both politics and sports, winning is everything. And in both these endeavors, winning is about energy and enthusiasm. There are 32 teams in the NFL. The difference between winning and losing is razor thin. How did one team- the Seattle Seahawks- rise about the battlefield and dominate this season? The Seahawks are a “model” for the valuable and unique role of energy and enthusiasm providing a winning edge.

Seattle gets its energy and enthusiasm from “the 12th man”- their crazed fans. There are 11 men on a football field at any one time (for each team). The “12th man” is an invisible energy force produced by the fans, that gives a team energy, inspiration, and momentum. It is a well-known fact in sports- fan intensity creates momentum. It changes the outcome of games.

Seattle has the loudest proudest craziest fans in all of sports. They are so loud they caused an earthquake- literally. http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2013/12/03/248566190/seahawks-fans-cause-earthquake-set-noise-record They own the Guinness Book of World Records for loudest fans. http://www.guinnessworldrecords.es/news/2013/9/seattle-seahawks-break-record-for-loudest-stadium-crowd-roar-51331 They are the only NFL team to fly a “12th man” flag- to represent and acknowledge the importance of their fans. http://www.seahawks.com/12th-Man/flag-raisers.html Boeing has even created a “12th man” 747 airplane. http://travel.yahoo.com/blogs/compass/boeing-celebrates-seahawks-with-12th-man-747-235234752.html Seattle celebrates and embraces it’s most loyal fans. The Seahawks understand that without the energy of their crazed fans, they’d be just another NFL team. That “12th man” is the razor thin edge Seattle needed to win the Super Bowl and become one of the great teams in NFL history.

Who is the GOP’s 12th man? Well it sure isn’t the green jacket wearing country club Republicans. Or the “moderate” wishy-washy, stand-for-nothing Northeast Republicans. Or the cowardly Republicans who want to apologize to Obama every time he walks in the room.

To paraphrase the famous line from the days of Bill Clinton…It’s the Tea Party, stupid. The GOP’s energy, enthusiasm and courage is found in the true blue, patriotic, conservative base called the Tea Party. The GOP’s “12th man” has the same qualities as the Seattle Seahawks fans- a faith in victory…a belief in the right principles…a love for party and country…a passion for the fight to save America…an intensity…and energy found nowhere else. They are the razor thin edge of the Republican Party.

Like the NFL, winning is very difficult in American politics. We are living in a nation sharply divided. Every election is fought and contested in a few key districts and battleground states. Elections are won based on intensity, energy and turnout.

Like Seattle’s “12th man” the Tea Party led the GOP to an earthquake- literally. In 2010 the GOP shocked the experts by winning a historic record-setting landslide. It was due to the incredible energy and intensity of the Tea Party.

But this is where the story changes. The GOP needs to learn a lesson from the Seahawks. Seattle embraces their most loyal and intense fan base. Whereas the GOP establishment does not.

The biased leftist mainstream media has painted the Tea Party as “extreme,” “radical” “crazy” and even “terrorists.” This was a purposeful plan right out of the Saul Alinsky playbook. They needed to slander, denigrate and destroy the Tea Party, before the Tea Party destroyed Obama’s agenda.

But Obama and the Democrats weren’t alone in this goal to destroy the GOP’s “12th man.” Big business was central to the plan too. Big business loves big government and the crony capitalism that comes with it. Big business loves corporate welfare and thousands of new regulations. They have the armies of lawyers, lobbyists and accountants to deal with them. But it puts small business (their competitor) out of business. So big business, big GOP donors, lobbyists, lawyers, and the Chamber of Commerce all got into bed together with Obama and the mainstream media to try to slander and ruin the Tea Party.

Now the GOP establishment is running away from their own base. They want their most loyal supporters to go away. Leaders like John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Karl Rove, and Chris Christie hate the Tea Party. But there’s a problem- the GOP can’t win elections without their “12th man.” Without our energy, passion, enthusiasm and intensity they are just another losing political party. We are the GOP’s winning edge.

The GOP needs to learn a lesson from the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. The GOP must celebrate and embrace their loyal base of fans. Love your “12th man.” Feed off our intensity. Only our energy, enthusiasm and passion will lead you to victory. We are the GOP’s pounding heart…on steroids.

Without us, you’re just another losing party.

Are You a Useful Idiot?

Do you support Barack Obama? How about Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, Dianne Feinstein, or Barbara Boxer? Do you support the Democratic Party at all? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you are what is known in political parlance as a “useful idiot.”

No offense, I’m merely stating a fact. “Useful idiot” is the precise terminology that your own leaders use to describe you. Let me explain.

A useful idiot is someone who believes they are supporting a specific political agenda, while in reality they are supporting its exact opposite. The term was first coined by Vladimir Lenin to describe liberals and Democrats who thought they were working for a utopian society while in reality they were unwittingly supporting Communism. Under Communism, over a hundred million people were murdered in the 20th century. Hundreds of millions more were raped, tortured, enslaved, and beaten.

Today, these same godless Communists, calling themselves Progressives, have taken complete control over the Democratic Party. You can prove this to yourself by clicking on the links below. In fact, I dare anyone reading this to prove me wrong.

What does this mean for you? It means if you support Barack Obama, Hilary Clinton, Harry Reid, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, or the Democratic Party, you support Communism, pure and simple. And, by logical extension, you also support atheism, racism, intolerance, religious persecution, murder, torture, the eradication of the family, the removal of God from society and the replacement of God by the State, the destruction of Christianity and the Constitution, the end of free enterprise, the oppression of women, the genocide of the unborn, and the removal from society of everything that is noble and good within the United States and within the world. Again, I dare anyone reading this to prove me wrong.

Does this then mean that all Republicans are saints? Absolutely not. Corruption runs rampant within the Republican Party. However, by and large, the vast majority of Republicans in office support religious freedom, Christianity, the Constitution, the family, free enterprise, compassion for the poor, equality for women and minorities, and life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This is particularly true on the state and local level. Again, it’s not every Republican, but it is most.

Don’t expect to learn any of these facts from your daily newspaper, your television news, or your classes at school. Our country’s media and education system are filled with communist progressives and useful idiots, as well. If you think you’re learning the truth about American history from what you see on television or what you hear from your teachers and professors at school, then you are no different from a child who believes in Santa Claus.

Now the question becomes what are you going to do with your newfound knowledge? Are you going to bury your head in the sand like an ostrich and pretend that everything I just said isn’t true? If you’re a coward, then I suppose you could do that. But if that’s the case, then you are worse than a useful idiot. You are a slave who is undeserving of liberty.

Are you going to actually follow the links below and educate yourself? If that is your choice, then I applaud you. You have both courage and an open mind. There’s no shame in having been duped by the Left. Many of today’s leading conservative voices were once Democrats. David Horowitz was raised by communist parents and was once a Democrat. Ronald Reagan was also once a Democrat, before declaring, “I didn’t leave them, they left me.” Reagan was referring to the takeover of the Democratic Party by communist progressives.

Whichever choice you make, whether to expand and educate your mind or to remain a useful idiot, will have enormous consequences, not just for your life, but for the entire world. Please choose wisely.

Senate panel OKs tax-welfare benefits for newly legal immigrants

By Stephen Dinan – The Washington Times

Monday, May 20, 2013

The Senate Judiciary Committee voted Monday to allow illegal immigrants who get legal status to begin collecting tax-welfare payments, as the panel spent a fourth day working through amendments to the massive immigration bill and party-line splits began to emerge.

In one major change, the committee voted 17-1 to make a third drunken-driving conviction a deportable offense for the newly legalized immigrants if at least one of those offenses occurs after they are approved for legal status.

But immigrant-rights groups called that a rollback of due-process rights for the immigrants and said a drunken-driving incident shouldn’t cost someone a chance at citizenship.

“We cannot and will not support hard-line proposals that take away discretion and limit an individual’s ability to pursue the pathway to citizenship,” said Paromita Shah, associate director of the National Lawyers Guild’s National Immigration Project.

Overall, the committee continued to maintain the delicate balance struck by the “Gang of Eight” senators who negotiated the 867-page bill: Quick legal status for illegal immigrants, but delaying citizenship rights until after the administration spends more money on border security, puts in place a new electronic verification system to check workers’ status, and enacts an entry-exit system to check visas at airports and seaports.

In previous days’ action, two Republican members of the Gang of Eight — Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Jeff Flake of Arizona — joined with Democrats to block a series of GOP amendments to stiffen the bill’s security.

But on Monday, the two Republicans sided with their party colleagues on key questions on giving illegal immigrants public benefits.

The 10 Democrats on the committee still outnumber the newly unified Republicans, but the votes signaled tough fights ahead on the Senate floor.

Parasites

Hopefully the republican-controlled House of Representatives will put a swift end to this insanity, as unlike the idiots currently populating the Senate, all of them will be up for reelection next year.

-But you will pardon me if I refrain from holding my breath.

As for myself, I am getting beyond tired of seeing Americans being treated like second-class citizens in favor of illegal invaders by our own government.

Those on that Senate committee that voted for this idiocy should be ashamed of themselves.

Of course, when you have no shame…

Will Dems Pay for Passing Obamacare in 2014?

Disaster for Dems

ObamaCare & the 2014 vote

Democrats hope to retake the House of Representatives in next year’s elections. They won’t — and they’ll have themselves to blame, because 2014 is when ObamaCare kicks in.

With a vengeance.

The authors of the Obama health law postponed the pain until after the 2012 election. Some popular provisions went into effect immediately, such as allowing children to stay on their parent’s plan until age 26. And the White House granted 1,472 waivers to various companies and unions, exempting them from insurance reforms so they wouldn’t drop coverage for employees and members before the presidential contest.

Kiss of death: ObamaCare’s disastrous impact means Nancy Pelosi, here being greeted by the president last year, won’t be speaker again soon.

Kiss of death: ObamaCare’s disastrous impact means Nancy Pelosi, here being greeted by the president last year, won’t be speaker again soon.

Yet a majority of voters on Election Day still opposed the health law (though, obviously, it wasn’t the deciding issue in the presidential race). And opinion will only sour more as the law takes full force starting in January.

People in their 20s and 30s will be clobbered — their health-insurance premiums will double (or more), insurers report. Nineteen percent of the president’s 2012 voters came from this age group. The biggest problem: The Obama law forces insurers to charge young, healthy people more to cover the cost of insuring the middle-aged and those with pre-existing conditions.

Middle-aged folks will benefit somewhat from overcharging the young, but the law’s mandatory benefits package and its billions in new taxes on insurers will drive up costs enough that overall premiums for a family of five will start at $20,000 (before subsidies, if any). Oh — and that doesn’t count the penalty for each smoker, roughly $3,000 a head.

(Subsidies may help some people cover sky-high premiums, though not the smoking penalty — but the letter of the law makes those subsidies unavailable in many states. The federal courts will eventually decide the issue.)

Many workers in industries such as retail, hospitality and home care will lose on-the-job health coverage, forecasts the ADP Research Institute — and many will also be demoted to part-time status because of ObamaCare.

Why? The president’s health law mandates that all employers with 50 or more full-time workers provide its “essential benefit package” if they offer insurance — and that package costs about twice what these industries now offer. Many employers will drop coverage, and pay the (smaller) fine; others will try to avoid that 50-employee limit by using more people part-time.

Even the government’s actuaries admit fewer people will get coverage at work after the employer mandate goes into effect than if the law had not passed.

You will find the rest of the article at this link.

Obamacare

I am praying Betsy McCaughey is right, as it appears the current congress cannot bring itself to even throw a speed bump in front of Obama’s health care plan from Hell. Okay, it really is not Obama’s plan, as it was written many moons ago and has been sitting in a rusty file cabinet ever since, but he will be forever associated with it.

There is just one teeny, tiny problem, though, as filling out an Obamacare application will include an opportunity to register to vote.

That could end up being a double edged sword given the low-information electorate we now have in this country.

And do not even get me started on the potential for voter fraud.

The Senate on Tuesday easily confirmed Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) to succeed Hillary Clinton as secretary of state. The vote was 94-3.

Only nine republicans defected.

It is now abundantly clear to me that if this country has any chance at all at survival (and I am seeing less and less to be optimistic about with each passing day), the Republican Party, as currently structured, is not going to be the reason.

I am almost at the point of despair.

Long Distance Demon-Rat Voter Intimidation Underway in Florida

Remember these goons?

No, it does not rise to the level of physical intimidation, but it is clearly designed to suppress republican votes.

Of course, most republicans are not stupid enough to fall for it, and I find it not a little amusing that those perpetrating this obvious fraud think they are.

Via dailycaller.com:

Fla. Republicans receiving fake ineligibility letters aimed at suppressing their vote

Caroline May

Political Reporter

The Florida Department of State’s Division of Elections is investigating a number of fraudulent letters sent to voters in the state questioning their citizenship and voter eligibility, in a possible attempt to keep them home on Election Day.

“The Florida Department of State unequivocally opposes all attempts at voter fraud or intimidation and will pursue every avenue to ensure free, fair and open elections for all eligible voters,” Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner said in a statement. “Voter fraud and intimidation can deny voters their voice in government and will not be tolerated.”

The statement alerted the public of the fraudulent letters, which claim to be from Florida election officials and imply that the recipient might be ineligible to vote.

Charles Callaghan, a Republican from Ponte Vedra, received one of the fraudulent letters Saturday.

“Basically, when I read the letter, I got the impression that I was not going to be able to vote, because my citizenship was being questioned,” Callaghan told The Daily Caller. “I wasn’t quite sure why it would be, because I was born in the United States, and I’ve always been a United States citizen, and nothing has changed in my life … that would cause my citizenship to be called into question.”

Callaghan noticed that his letter lacked a return address and included faulty contact information and a Seattle, Washington postmark.

The POS and his corrupt sidekick Whale-Squeeze

Clearly the people behind this puny effort are not exactly the brightest bulbs in the chandelier, as they were stoopid enough to send one of their bogus letters to one Mr. Lenny Curry, who just happens to be the chairman of the Florida Republican Party.

The real howler is that the FBI is “investigating.”

LOL – Yeah, we will see just how far that gets.

Pardon me for refraining from holding my breath.
