Comedy of the day: 12 reasons why the POS is one of the best presidents ever

Matthew LynchMatthew Lynch (pic left) wrote this for the “progressive” Huffington Post. He really should quit his day job as associate professor of Education at Langston University to become a comedy writer instead. The words in teal italics are my rebuttals.

“12 Reasons Why Obama is One of the Best Presidents Ever” by Matthew Lynch

1. He is for The People. Say what you will about Barack Obama, but unlike the many presidents who preceded him, he cares about what is best for the greater good. He truly does represent The People. (On the eve of the 2012 presidential election at a campaign rally on November 2 in Springfield, Ohio, Obama exhorted his supporters to “vote for revenge,”)

2. He is for civil rights. He has consistently spoken on behalf of the disenfranchised, the underdog and the most controversial members of society -despite the fact that it was politically unpopular to do so at the time. (On July 6, 2010, former DOJ official J. Christian Adams testified before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights that attorneys in the DOJ’s civil rights division were instructed to ignore cases that involve black defendants and white victims, like 2008 Election Day voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers)

3. He is for one race – the human race. In just a few short years, Obama’s professional achievements and continued demonstration of equality and integrity have done wonders for race relations. America has never been more unified as a people than it has been under the direct leadership of Barack Obama. (See my rebuttal above.)

4. He is for a healthcare system that brings hope and healing to the hurting. Obama’s healthcare plan has allowed uninsured Americans to reap the benefits of a universal healthcare system. (See “President Lucifer wrote the Obamacare regulation to cancel your insurance”)

5. He is for the middle class. (See “Economist: Most of Obamacare costs will fall on the middle class” and “The disappearing Black American middle class“)

6. He is for women’s rights. (See “What Pres. Lucifer’s IRS did to one woman”)

7. He is for doing away with pomp and circumstance. Let’s be real – Obama is one cool cat. (See “US taxpayers spent 2,422% more on Obama than Brits on the royal family“)

8. He is for the environment. President Barack Obama has taken a forward thinking approach to creating a red, white, blue and green America. (See “Agenda 21 – Behind the Green Mask”)

9. He is for veterans. (See “Obama regime prohibits disabled veterans from owning firearms & ammunition“)

10. He is for peace. Let us never forget that Barack Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 -one of the greatest accomplishments any man or woman could hope to achieve in a lifetime. (See “U.S. soldiers in open rebellion against Obama’s war in Syria,” “President Lucifer’s Jihad,” “CIA expands Obama-approved training of Syrian militants”)

11. He is for education. (See “Government Tentacles Reaching Into Home Schools,” “Obama’s ‘Race to the Top’ Agenda,” and “Obama’s ‘Race to the Top’ Agenda – Part 2“)

12. He is for entertaining the masses. If we have to listen to a president yakitty-yak about this or that for another four years, we might as well pick one with charisma and charm. If you can’t find anything else appealing about Obama, you can’t deny the fact that the guy is an amazing speaker with wit, fantastic comedic timing and an incredible intellect. In fact, I will go so far as to say that when the man does finally retire from politics, he has a rewarding and lucrative job as a stand up comic awaiting him if he so chooses. When’s the last time you heard a president joke about drinking beer, belt out Al Green with poise and precision at a moment’s notice and admit to watching the Kardashians? (I have no comment. This 12th reason is an indictment in and of itself.)

Seriously, what powerful dope is Matthew Lynch mainlining? The same crack that the POS and First Lady of Snot poke up their noses?

Agenda 21-Huffpo Hack’s Bias Exposed by Rosa Koire

We owe a debt of gratitude to Rosa Koire for getting out a heads-up on this.  She was approached by Huffpo “journalist”, Andrew Reinbach, who wanted an interview for a story he was doing about U.N. Agenda 21.  The main thrust of the interview was his determination to blame the “vast rightwing conspiracy” aka John Birch Society for making an issue of the harmless little non-binding Agenda 21.

Rosa laid it on the line…. BIG TIME!   She blogged about it on her website and posted the  interview on Youtube!

When you read his article, it’s as if the 44 minute interview with Rosa never happened.  It didn’t fit the narrative of tin foil hat JBS paranoia he had in mind .

Liberal HuffPo Recruits Child Labor As Bloggers

Arianna Huffington

Adam Clark Estes reports for The Atlantic Wire, Sep. 9, 2011, that Huffington Post, which doesn’t pay their bloggers, is now recruiting teenagers as young as 13 to blog for free.

Jeff Bercovici at Forbes reports that AOL’s Huffington Post Media Group is gearing up for the launch of its next vertical, HuffPost High School, which “will be unique in that it will be the only site produced by minors: Its editor, wunderkind Myles Miller, is only 17, and it will feature the work of teenage bloggers.”

Already, when AOL acquired HuffPost back in February this year for a reported $315 million, one of HuffPost’s unpaid bloggers, Jonathan Tasini, got so angry he initiated a class action lawsuit against The Huffington Post over alleged labor law violations related to their blogs.

A former president of the National Writers Union compared the effort to child labor and called Arianna a couple of bad things. “I assume for the no-ethics, no-morals owner the next step after middle school students is importing work from surplus slave labor in China,” he told Bercovici who raised a few of his own concerns about privacy. “Should teenagers who can’t legally vote, drink or have sex be allowed to decide for themselves what to publish in a place where it could potentially be read by millions of people?”

Hmm… Aren’t the Left supposed to care about workers — their pay and their rights — and about “the children”?

Progressives Love Government Shutdown Except for the Times They Hate it

“It is unproductive to resort to threats of a shutdown without any negotiations.”

Was that a quote from Wisconsin’s Governor Walker during the second day of legislative standoffs in Madison?

Nope, that was Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) attacking Republicans for refusing to pass a budget proposal in Washington.

Congressional Republicans have not walked off their jobs, gone into hiding, or sent cryptic messages to Twitter from an undisclosed resort. Republicans, to their credit, are staying right where Reid can find them. They just refuse to vote for President Obama’s massive deficit-laden budget proposal.

Perhaps if they did run away like little girls, Democrats would respect their right to stall. President Obama, while huffing inside the beltway “there should be no reason at all for a government shutdown,” is busy siding with Wisconsin Democrats over a government shutdown right now. Reid hasn’t released a statement condemning those in Wisconsin for being unreasonable.

Meanwhile in the blogosphere, the Huffington Post is practically begging Democrats to copy the Wisconsin model in other states. Reporters on that site are thrilled at the thought of Cairo-style civil chaos happening everywhere.

Yes, that Huffington Post… the same website which pushed to end the filibuster last summer so that Democrats  would have no problem passing new laws.

That push was originally concocted by the Daily Kos in August 2010. Your humble blogger documented that effort at the time. Here’s a nice little money quote to what progressives were concerned about then: “Democrats can either change a system that allows a tiny unaccountable minority to thwart the will of the country, or they can continue being part of the problem.”

Where does Daily Kos stand on a tiny unaccountable minority in Wisconsin thwarting the will of a new majority? Here’s a quote from the site posted yesterday: “This could go on for a while. Good. We can’t just put up a fight for a few days and call it off.”

There’s the true face of progressives, folks. Shutting out conservative dissenters is a necessary part of reform – but leaving the state to sabotage reform is the democratic process at work.

Suddenly all the shrieking about a government shutdown in Washington doesn’t sound too bad.
