Sandy Hook phony documents – Open Thread

FOR TECHIES ONLY!

This thread is a continuation of my Jan. 16, 2013 post, “Guide on how to talk to children about Sandy Hook 4 days BEFORE massacre,” because the discussion on that thread is very long and unwieldy.

The purpose of this thread is to enable those readers with the technical expertise to uncover document fraud — Peter, here, David Bourde, Derrick Smithers, et al — to write comments without scrolling through, at last count, 163 comments.

I will keep this thread on FOTM’s front page, for easier access, until the discussion has exhausted itself.

Here’s a screenshot of the Arlington Red Devils page from Google cache:

  1. What a TERRIBLE discussion we have to have, isnt it?
Feels like some numbness. YES!! You are right, mind blowing indeed.

They will probably make it illegal to talk about this.
    Ya all hang in there.
With God for us, who can be against us.

  2. Thank you for the place to put this information. I’m going to abuse the thread with the first post and go off topic slightly. This information is important for the technical people to understand in case someone needs to do follow up.

The information that here is exploring is at a level that could cease to exist by wiping the arlington site and cleaning out the google cache records.

The level of analysis I am doing can continue even if they now wipe all official records of the existence of the arlington site. The two google cache records we now have are adequate proof of what was once there.

It is possible to take any one of the millions of websites that use the same development environment that the arlington site employs and demonstrate conclusively what the url in the google cache records we have represents. All that is needed is to have admin access to such a site.

    • helicopter arriving which is unusual here this time of year.

    • Peter, just so you know as I said before I was having trouble with simple installs. 1 month old windows 8. It has now crashed 3 times. Every time I think I’ve added the program I do a restart and during restart a message come up windows did not load correctly. 3 times. Maybe a fluke, but..LOL
Wife needs for work now, but I’ll take a look in a bit.

      • Go Mac, you’ll never go back. Typing this on a 13 yo Pismo using OS X 10.4.11, well hacked and micro-managed with control panels and pref panes. Other then being a little slow at page reproduction on the web it works great. Why do people continue to use MicroSatan stuff??

  3. Would be nice if the arlington site would give us a legitimate screenshot of the google analytics site!

  4. You guys might have zero access.

Malware removal is what I am absolute best at!
Try this program out it removes most variants of zero access rootkit:

additional help go to http://www.kernelmode.info they are the REAL EXPERTS.

I just removed it off of my machine today, but I just started up this laptop for the first time in 3 weeks.

    • Rouge Killer shows I’m clean. Very few entries in report. What was there were a few registry and 2 proxy items. I know all the registry entries are legit. The proxy entries were internal and might solve a problem I have been having. I run PRTG network monitor on my network and it gets killed every once in a while so it won’t even reinstall after major wiping of the system. There’s a few virtual machines on my computer and I suspect PRTG doesn’t like their virtual nics. I’ll have to reinstall PRTG to see if this cleared out the problem. Thanks.

I use prolasso to keep tabs on running processes and check regularly. I ruthlessly butcher processes. I average only about 2 dozen active on a very powerful machine with huge amount of software and gear installed. It’s easy to spot stuff out of place. Services are another matter. Anything you can recommend to ease the lengthy task of checking them out?

The mail attack I was seeing is a sneaky one I haven’t seen before. Legit appearing mail coming from a trusted place, then twisting my mail services to automatically forward itself out as mail through my two firewalls. I don’t think there’s any code on my machine allowing this. There probably is something in the email itself taking advantage of mail rules. It does go through my email program. I normally get very little spam, 3 or 4 a day. I’ve been hit with 50 or more a day for the last few days.

I’m going to be quiet for awhile and concentrate on writing my analysis of the arlington site.

  5. I live in a very small, 25 people or so community, very remote in rugged territory with ocean access only. There is very little traffic in or out at this time of year.

As I wrote the above a helicopter came in and landed a couple of blocks from my house. Five minutes later a corporate or government looking 20 seater or so fix wing that couldn’t possibly land here (float plane only) made a tree top level pass right by my house. Also a water taxi from the nearest community arrived.

I decided to go for a nice walk along a road into the wilderness beside the ocean figuring it might be the last time I see the sun for awhile. It is a beautiful sunny day except for the wall to wall chemtrails which are currently about the worst I have seen in a year or so. It is difficult to get here but that also means there is nowhere to go from here.

It appears to have been a false alarm. The helicopter just left as I was walking back to town. I waved at them.

I’m not trying to hide, I’m sure I am easily identified. Here’s a partially completed website I’m working on for the community. http://wwww.oceanfalls.ca

  6. Wow…..Oceanfalls is lovely.

  7. I apologize for commenting off subject……..thanks to all who are doing the tech research on Sandy Hook.

  8. I’m good, The 2 programs I installed were not compatible with windows 8.
    Opp’s my bad. LOL

  9. Back at it.
The helicopter and plane in Ocean Falls yesterday were indeed government aircraft but there is an innocent explanation.

A local was near death. There is no airport for a medivac plane to land here so they sent in a helicopter with 2 medivac officers on board to pick up the patient. Helicopters are expensive to operate over long distances so the helicopter transferred the patient to an island about 40 miles away where there is a runway the medivac plane could land and they could transfer the paitient to the plane. I guess the fixed wing pilot was interesting is seeing Ocean Falls. He didn’t need to come here but it is a lovely place.

Greengirl no need to apologize.. we are all friends here.

  10. I e-mailed the school to ask for an explanation.

In doing so I was graciously sent two screenshots of what they thought had occurred.

I am still doing the ongoing investigation.

I may actually call the school as they said they could call me.

I don’t want to post anything information I have as of yet.

This is just a quick post, and I don’t want to come to any conclusions as of yet.

From what I see they seem to have a 100% legit answer for what went on.

I’ll keep you updated in the coming days.

I’ll leave Peter with a quote.

“When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. ” – Thomas Jefferson

    Don’t be so paranoid man.

  11. I have a request for the techies…

I would like to identify the software the site was created with. It is not essential to my case but would firm it. I can prove enough without the data to validate my case.

I looked through the source code of a few pages and didn’t find any relevant tags. Getting such information is not a strong point with me.

here—> Don’t be so paranoid man.

I try hard not to be but I’ve had some personal experiences that demonstrated that paranoia is probably the safer course. I’ve written about the experiences extensively elsewhere and will give some links when I have a moment. :)

  12. I already know what software was used.. will explain it here in the coming days.

    • I’d appreciate knowing that in case it can help prove me wrong. I have better uses for my time if its not needed in this.

  13. Below is a partially open directory tree of the arlington site generated from the index file.
    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/atree.jpg
    .

Can anyone recognize the structure well enough to identify the creator application? I can rule out wordpress.

  14. Just realized the wordpress tree code section wouldn’t show from the index file but the way the feeds are formatted doesn’t fit WP.

It appears to me that only the feeds tree on the arlington site is in a database. Can anyone confirm?

  15. Can’t tell for sure yet but it looks like it is SpireCMS based on Solidmark CMS.

From the site creator “Ohio Web Design” site http://www.spiread.com/

    “Where did SpireCMS come from?

SpireCMS was developed by our in-house team of marketing pros, developers, designers — and with a lot of feedback from our customers. The original content management system we offered our clients was called Solidmark CMS. It was developed by Jason Chase, a long-time friend and business peer of Spire owner Jeremy Harrison. The original CMS was used for over 6 years by hundreds of small business leaders across the country, and the team at Spire continued to make improvements to Solidmark CMS based on user feedback. In July 2008, our team built a new CMS with new SEO features and an improved user interface. We call it SpireCMS. However, it’s no secret that some of the core functions of SpireCMS were based on the groundwork layed by Jason Chase with Solidmark. When Jeremy shared the new system with his friend in Philadelphia, he liked it so much that he started offering it to his clients too!

In Fall 2010, Jason officially joined forces with the Spire team. He now leads the charge with some of our most innovative custom web development projects.”

I’ll see if I can find specs.

Possibly can’t prove they used it on this site but its a start.

  16. Interesting…. I’m blocked from navigating Spire’s site past the top layer and also on google search returns with spirecms.

Tried different VPNs and DNS servers.

    All other sites normal.

  17. Spire YouTube Demo

Gives me a lot of clues.
It tells me how a user could screw up and drag something into the wrong place.
I don’t believe it invalidates my interpretation of the google cache records.
It doesn’t really matter where the record sits within the link table built within spires CMS by the user. I think I can prove google is using a field on the content record that is not used for end user navigation.

Can someone else try going to http://www.spiread.com/portfolio I still want to confirm SpireCMS is used on the arlington site.

  18. If anyone has admin access to a siprecms site I’d be interested in knowing. Running a few simple tests would tell a lot.

I’m going to drop this for the night.

  19. This is a partial duplicate of a post being held for moderation because of 2 urls. i want to get it up and striped one url. Will put the other in another post.

  21. If my interpretation is correct there is a vulnerability in SpireCMS that can’t be directly exploited but allows google cache to display non-public records.

  22. Peter Yes , its spire cmds.. closed source I am afraid…

  23. cms… please don’t try to exploit it.

I will get info, didn’t really want this info going public yet.

    • No intent to exploit.

I think it is important for everyone’s protection to do this out in the open.

I don’t think they can hide this even without any further evidence.

Sorry if I messed you up.

    • here,

I do not appreciate your accusing Peter or any of us of “exploiting” the Sandy Hook incident. We are working with whatever publicly-available info we have, and Peter is applying his expert knowledge to decipher that info.

If you have info that the Crisis Management Institute and the page on Arlington Red Devils are properly dated (i.e., got online AFTER the massacre), then fess up — instead of using the “I can’t tell you ’cause my secret info can’t go public” excuse. Peter is polite, but I’m not. You can communicate your “secret info” to Peter via email.

  24. It would explain how the screw up happened. The records acquired by the google bot were no longer visible to the site admin but were still in the database because they were not flagged properly for deletion. Google found them by using a different index and/or query than site admin or the end users use. Lost records are fairly common in databases as a result of bad code.

  25. Here I’m not going to add to this thread until I hear from you.

I am going to go back to laying out the google evidence in terms non techs can understand leaving out the interpretation for now.

  26. I have been following all info on Sandy Hook on this site….very interesting and scary. Glenn Beck plans to debunk the Sandy Hook conspiracy theories today. He said he will have Fathers of some of the murdered children on. Just wondering if he will address any of the things that have been brought up on this site.

  27. @ DR. Ewoyn
I was not accusing anybody of exploiting anything.

it was a simple request as peter said and I quote “there is a vulnerability in SpireCMS that can’t be directly exploited but allows google cache to display non-public records.”

This was me giving peter and anybody else reading this a friendly warning to not try and exploit the spire cms software.

    • Okay. Thanks for the clarification.

You and Peter now have each other’s e-address. My condition is that whatever you two discover, that you disclose it to FOTM!

  28. @ Peter
We are on different paths as you and I both know.

I was just wanting to make sure the code in the cms site was not altered before I conducted my investigation.

    That’s all.

Sorry for all of the confusion everybody, But I don’t have the evidence as of yet I am making sure to document everything so It’s clear.

As you can tell by my writing in this board I am not much of a writer and not even close to a technical writer I do not have those skills.

Peter does, so Peter if there is some way we can get in touch personally I would like to shoot you some evidence I gathered so far and have you help and explain in lay-mans terms what is going on.

    Thanks,

  29. Hi everybody.

I’m the owner of Spire Advertising — a small web design & marketing company in Ohio. We designed Arlington Schools’ website, and it’s our proprietary CMS that powers their content.

Since there were question about it being in our portfolio, here’s a link to a non-featured part of our portfolio:
    http://www.spiread.com/portfolio/all

…which includes a page for Arlington:
    http://www.spiread.com/portfolio/arlington-local-schools

When users create news items, blog posts or articles in our system, there is a field where they can choose a date or time for that post.

It sounds like there was an ongoing glitch for Arlington Local Schools with the way news items showed up on the front end of their site, and rather than reporting the glitch to us, they were using a bit of a hack to back-date the news items as a work around. Back-dating it would “fix” the problem, and so apparently that had been their workaround for a while. We’re in the process of figuring out how to reproduce the problem and fix it the *right* way!

    Anyway…

The date field is included to allow people to POST-DATE news items for times when they want to write something in advance (typically blogs or articles, not news, but it’s all the same system) and schedule it to show up on a future date. Also, the URL is dynamically generated based on the date they choose. Changing the date later creates a new URL with a new date, but it always keeps the old URL in tact so that changes to titles and dates don’t result in broken links & 404 errors. That explains why you continued to see the old date in the URL. It was already stated in this thread that Google didn’t pick up the post until Dec 18, which supports the truth that this news item was not created until the beginning of the week following the shooting. When a news item is created in our system, it is pushed out via an RSS feed and, Google has it indexed usually under 24 hours.

Thank you for seeking the truth on this. I know the date thing would be legitimately alarming. But once you hear how the system works (and how it failed to work in this case!) I think it puts the conspiracy theories to rest. Feel free to respond if you have any questions. I will keep an eye on this thread.

  30. Hello Jeremy, thank you for your insight.

I have a few questions for you the answers to which would help ease my mind.

Below is a screen capture of the Arlington Schools website’s sitemap.xml file as of January 22nd, yesterday.

    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/shjan23-2.jpg

Could you please confirm a few things about what is shown?

    1) Is the Sandy Hook News item outlined in red?

    2) Is the /news/2012/12/10/ pointed at part of the site indexing structure unchangeable by the end user by changing the published date?

    3) Within the user interface of your product is it possible for an end user to drag such a news item using click and drag in any way that would cause the /news/2012/12/10/ portion to change?

    4) Is there an index on the “news” table in the database allowing the news records to be sorted by that order?

    5) Is such an index used to order multiple news items which are to be displayed as a news stream of all active items sequentially by date ?
6)If an end user changes the published date of the document does that portion /news/2012/12/10/ of the record change?

    7) Is it true that if that portion “/2012/12/10/” of a news record is changed the news item would reside elsewhere within the site layout?

    8) Is the portion “http://www.arlingtonlocalschools.com/news/2012/12/10/talking-with-your-child-about-the-sandy-hook-tragedy” a url that can be used to access the page on the internet if it exists?

    9) Is other date pointed at in the image showing as “2012-12-10″
….a) The published date shown on the document?
    ….b) Document created date?
    ….c) Document last modified date?
….d) Is it any combination of the above?

    10) Are the document published date, document created date, or document modified date used to construct the /2012/12/10/ portion of the record?

    11) If any of the dates mentioned above are used to construct the /2012/12/10/ portion of the record, which one is it?

    12) if there are two news items, one with “2012-12-10″ and the other with “2012-12-11″, if you change the item originally “2012-12-10″ to “2012-12-12″ would the 2 news item records display in a different order?

    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/sandyhookotherpages003.jpg

    13) Is the url in the google cache record displayed in the image above identical to the one pointed out in the sitemap.xml file being discussed above?

    14) Could the url displayed in the image above of the google cache record be used to access that page on the internet if the page existed?

I apologize… that is quite a number of questions to answer but your response would be very much appreciated by all of us.

Sadly I have even more questions but it has been another long day for me and I need to stop here. I will start listing the other questions tomorrow while we await your response.

Thank you again for taking the time to help us discover the truth.

    Peter

  31. Would here please contact me? I sent several replies to him yesterday without hearing back.

  32. Further questions for Jeremy:

    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/sandyhookotherpages001.jpg

    15) Is the url in the google cache record displayed in the image above identical to the one pointed out in the sitemap.xml file being discussed above?

  33. My Apology The request above has the wrong url. I repeat the question here with the right url.

    Further questions for Jeremy:

    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/sandyhook001.jpg
    .

    15) Is the url in the google cache record displayed in the image above identical to the one pointed out in the sitemap.xml file being discussed above?

  34. Further questions for Jeremy:

16 Does the image referred to in question 13 show a published date of December 13th, 2012?

17 Does the image referred to in question 15 show a published date of December 10th, 2012?

    18) Does the news feed entry interface, or the source code that enables it, retains document revision records available either to the website administrator or to the end user, similar to how WordPress does for similar steams as shown below?

    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/revisions003.jpg

    19) Do I have your permission to share the screenshot of the user interface of your program you sent to here used to input news items at the school?

    20) In your response above you explain what happened to cause the erroneous google cache records as, “It sounds like there was an ongoing glitch for Arlington Local Schools with the way news items showed up on the front end of their site, and rather than reporting the glitch to us, they were using a bit of a hack to back-date the news items as a work around. Back-dating it would “fix” the problem, and so apparently that had been their workaround for a while. We’re in the process of figuring out how to reproduce the problem and fix it the *right* way!”

Could you explain exactly how ‘they’ back dated the news item to show on the correct date?

    21) If the news item/s was/were backdated to display the correct date, why does one google cache record display a date of Dec 10th, 2012 and the other display a date of December 13th, 2012?

    22) At the time of creating the news item would the entry person see a published date of….
    ….. a) December 10th, 2012
    ….. b) December 13th, 2012
    ….. c) December 14th, 2012

    23) According to the google cache records referenced above would a visitor to the site until December 18th, 2012 see a published date of December 10th, 2012?

    24) According to the google cache records referenced above would a visitor to the site after December 18th, 2012 and before January 13th, 2012 see a published date of December 13th, 2012?

    25) What date would the person responsible for maintaining the
news stream in question see until December 18th, 2012?

    26) What date would the person responsible for maintaining the
news stream in question see after December 18th, 2012 and before January 13th, 2013?

    27) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, what would it mean if the google cache record referred to in question 13 above, which reads in part, “as it appeared on 12 Jan 2013″ instead read “as it appeared on 13 Dec 2012″, would it then mean that on December 13, 2012 the news item recorded in the cache existed on the site?

  35. More questions for Jeremy…
    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/search%20.jpg

    28) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, does the google search return shown above demonstrate that there was a page available to the general public on some date, but not necessarily on December 13th 2012, showing a published date of December 13th, 2012?

    29) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, If someone at google made the changes in their records mentioned above by changing “as it appeared on 12 Jan 2013″ to instead read “as it appeared on 13 Dec 2012″ could it refer to the record in the search return of question 28?

    30) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, if an authorized person at google, with access to the database, and full adminstrative privileges to the database that holds the cache records, be able to easily change the cache record to read “as it appeared on 12 Jan 2013″ instead of “as it appeared on 13 Dec 2012″?

    31) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, could the change proposed in question 30 hide evidence of foreknowledge of the Sandy Hook School Shootings which occurred on December 14th 2012?

It’s time for a breakfast break.

Thank you again for your attention.

    Peter

  36. Further questions for Jeremy…

    32) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, what would it mean if the google cache record referred to in question 15 above, which reads in part, “as it appeared on 18 Dec 2011″ instead read “as it appeared on 10 Dec 2012″… would it then mean that on December 10, 2012 the news item recorded in the cache existed on the site?

    33) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, would an authorized person at google, with access to the cache database, and full administrative privileges, be able to easily change the cache record to read “as it appeared on 18 Dec 2012″ instead of “as it appeared on 10 Dec 2012″?

    34) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, could the change proposed in question 33 hide evidence of foreknowledge of the Sandy Hook School Shootings which later occurred on December 14th 2012?

    35) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, is there anyway you can think of that someone authorized to access google’s cache database could confirm the cache records of the news items dated Dec 18th 2012 and January 12, 2013 legitimately originated on those dates?

    36) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, if someone had the proper authority to modify the google cache database, approximately how long would you estimate it would take that person to change the two dates as described in questions 30 and 32?
    …. a) 1 minute
    …. b) 10 minutes
    …. c) 1 hour
    …. d) 1 day

    37) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, with proper access to the google cache database, would there be any way to identify after the fact that those two records had been deleted from the database?

    38) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, with proper access to the google cache database, would there be any way to identify after the fact a small date/time range in the order of milliseconds the date those records came into being in the database?

    39) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, with proper access to the google cache database, would there be any way to identify after the fact what data the google cache bot was processing in the minutes before and after that record?

    40) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, if those two dates were changed in the google database would the two changes explain ALL the unexplained anomalies that they presently create?

    41) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, if the cache record marked 18 Dec 2012 was actually taken on 10 Dec 2012 would it mean the person entering the record had foreknowledge of the events announced that didn’t occur until Dec 14, 2012?

    42) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, if the cache record of 12 jan 2013 was taken on 13 Dec 2012 would it mean the person entering the record had foreknowledge of the events announced that didn’t occur until Dec 14, 2012?

  37. More questions for Jeremy…..

    43) In your statement above you state, “When a news item is created in our system, it is pushed out via an RSS feed and, Google has it indexed usually under 24 hours.”

    44) using your statement above, does the google search return below suggest it was created on Dec 13th 2012?

    http://www.oceanfalls.org/misc/sh/search%20.jpg

    45) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, can your statement, ” pushed out via an RSS feed and, Google has it indexed usually under 24 hours”, easily be confirmed by countless other examples on the internet?

    46) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, can it easily be confirmed by countless other examples on the internet that news items regularly appear available to the google search engine within seconds or minutes?

    47) In your opinion, are the exact times of momentous occurrences accurately recorded?

    48) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, could we accurately determine the time between placement of a news item about an event and its availability in google by the time it took google to make news items of events available in their search engine?

  38. 49) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, does the cached page in the google cache record shown below, dated by google as being recorded on Jan 12th 2013 show a page with identical content to that appearing in the search engine entry shown at question 44?

    50) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, is it reasonable that as shown in the google cache record directly above that it took google a month to cache an RRS news item from the Arlington School?

    51) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, even if the news item shown in question 43 actually was entered on Dec 14th, 2012, the day of the Sandy Hook Shooting, it still took google 26 days to cache the record. Is that a reasonable time frame for a capture?

    52) In your opinion as a well established professional website developer, the second cache item that google states was recorded on Dec 18th 2012, that shows a published date of Dec 10th 2012 has a similar but shorter delay of only 8 days. Does such a delay appear reasonable?

Jeremy, there are still some other issues I have questions about but I will wait here for awhile to see if you respond.

Those issues are more down your alley as they will mostly discuss all the anomalies internally on your site rather than those centered around google.

I do value your opinion and understand your experience would make you knowledgeable about google’s operations.

I do not want to speculate in this thread so I will return to the main thread now and put down my assessment of the implications raised by my questions.

I hope to see you soon.

    Thanks,

    Peter

  39. Peter — I have been swamped with meetings today and just logged in to try to respond. However… I am happy to provide some information, and had planned to after your first 14 (!!!) questions this morning. But now we are up to 52 questions!

As it stands, these is a paralyzing volume of questions, and after a brief glance, they seem to be redundant. I want to help, but not if it feels like a witch hunt. I don’t want to answer a few and then be accused of ignoring others which leads to more misplaced suspicion. Let’s boil this down to 10-12 essential, well thought-out questions and go from there. I’ll wait to hear from you. Thanks.

  40. Peter, et al:

I’ve decided to do much better than answering that intimidating list of questions which prove very little. This evening I created a quick video from a live Google Analytics account showing when the thing was posted. In case you aren’t familiar with Google Analytics, it’s based on a Google tracking code installed in the code of the site, so it removes the guesswork of trying to speculate when it was written based on when Google indexed it… these are the real numbers straight from a reliable Google tracking tool of traffic to this news item.

    WATCH THE SHORT VIDEO HERE:
    http://www.spiread.com/resources/arlington-questions

I believe this video, coupled with my response yesterday should put most concerns to rest. Thank you.

  41. Hi Jeremy….

Jeremy, thank you for your time.

Yes it is a daunting list. It took me much longer to put together than it will take others to answer the questions. Although I am not a busy man like yourself, I have many things I would rather be doing. I believe achieving clarity in this situation and knowing definitively whether or not The Sandy Hook Shootings were a False Flag Operation is of vital concern to every human being on this planet.

In a serious situation such as this one a casual, brief, and vague statement stating the questionable documents were the result of some nebulously defined code bug is not reassuring. This level of information is nothing more than our mass media provides us which is far from helpful.

The list of questions is not a witch hunt; Yes! the questions raised do at first glance make one suspicious about what happened. That suspicious tone exists BECAUSE the situation IS suspicious, NOT because the intent of the questions is to railroad anyone.

Although individual questions appear irrelevant in themselves, when the answers are combined they will paint a very clear picture of what actually happened. I assure you that if the events are innocent that will surface.

The tone is officious but the only way the answers can be detailed enough to be useful is to be very precise about the questions. The method used is similar to routines used to debug complex code.

There are many hard to comprehend factors in this situation that are impossible to understand as a whole without the answers to these questions. the questions isolate important elements of the whole, and present each isolated portion in a way that any competent technician can answer definitively either briefly or with a yes or no.

Feel free to answer only those questions you feel comfortable with. Any insight you offer us will be appreciated.

I am going to answer each question myself and then create a questionnaire with a yes and no by each question. The questionnaire will be presented to as many professional developers as I can reach and they will be asked to select if each statement is accurate. They will also be able to add their own comments.

In an article I will attempt to answer each question in terms the general public can understand. There will be a poll or questionnaire for them as well.

The results will be compiled to see what professional and regular people’s opinions are.

I am committing myself to a lot of work to make this happen because clarity on this issue is important to everyone

I understand you are a busy man. If you prefer to wait until the questionnaire is ready to save time in answering the questions please say so and I will make sure you get one.

Almost all the questions can be answered definitely with or without participation from yourself or google. I do hope you choose to participate as it will make the task much easier.

    Regards,

    Peter.

  42. Peter, did you watch my video? You didn’t even acknowledge it, and focused on my response about your 52 questions.

Here is my problem with your list. None of the questions actually move you any closer to a solid verdict. I could spend hours answering those questions and it would only spawn dozens of follow up questions.

All the posts on this site about dates have proven is that Google currently indexes news items based on the date published in the feed, instead of the date they find it on the internet. And that there are sites out there who either have their clocks set incorrectly, or have similar setups to what we have with Arlington.

    Tell you what…

    Let’s prove MY theory…

Peter, pick ANY date in the past 60 days. Post it in a comment below for everybody to see. (Preferably at least 30 days old because I want to bury it in my blog archive and not show it on my home page.)

I will write a test blog post on my website using SpireCMS, and publish it with the date you choose. I’ll post the link here so you can study it. Then we will wait and see how it shows up in ALL the places you are dissecting above. It will kill all the swirling doubts once and for all, and because YOU get to pick the date, you can’t accuse me of anticipating this mess and setting it up in advance.

    Sound good?

I will post our little sample blog on Monday Jan 28, to correspond with the day of the week that I believe the Arlington post was written so it’s on a similar indexing cycle with Google.

PS. Please don’t imply that I am not answering those questions because I am in any way “uncomfortable” with them. That’s what you said above and it isn’t fair. I’m not answering them because they won’t prove anything. This little experiment just might. But regardless, this is my last interaction on this topic, once the experiment is over. You may still have questions, but I believe most readers would have settled for my Google Analytics video.

    • I didn’t watch your video until after I made the post above. I felt it was important to answer the questions you raised first.

Your video didn’t reassure me much because it didn’t explain any of the anomalies that occurred. There are possible error conditions that could fit within the stream we saw.

There were also two other news items in the news stream during that cycle

      http://www.arlingtonlocalschools.com/news/2012/12/03/winter-break-information 2012-12-03T00:00:00-05:00

      http://www.arlingtonlocalschools.com/news/2012/10/11/December-newsletter-now-available 2012-10-11T00:00:00-04:00

It would be interesting to see the analytics on them.

The first item you showed was in a different stream.

Although some things you said helped clarify further questions I have on my list, one of which might help me prove your innocence, it also raised a few new ones.

I don’t want to get bogged down in a pushing match with you and I also don’t want to waste your time. What I desire most from you is a precise description of the exact behavior of the bug. I think I know what it is and you have probably found it yourself. It is an easy fix but it’s consequences are quite profound as attested to by the current fuss.

Being a professional developer I assume you know what debug sessions are like. They involve nothing like the vague information you have provided us. For me to know enough to make an informed decision about what happened I need more detailed information.

There is a way I could get what I need from you without taking any of your time. If you could provide me with a demo site running the buggy version of your software or give me a 30 day test/demo that I can install on my own hosting, I could get almost all the information I need without involving you. I am not interested in analyzing your software, only in the behavior of the bug. A map of the interface between the code and database would be helpful.

I was very good at my job because I have far more patience than most people. I now also have the time to make sense of what happened. Software I wrote handled many millions of dollars. I could not afford to say, “Oh it was just a weird bug and shrug my shoulders”. The 52 questions I raised, many with dates that appear identical, are each significantly different, and necessary information to attain in order to properly diagnose what happened.

Some of the date questions are there just to get informed feedback that my assumptions are correct. It is very easy to go astray without feedback. If an assumption is wrong I need to know about it.

The cache timing exercise would be interesting but not definitive, especially if google is involved in this. I understand you think such a possibility is impossible because you are directly involved. None of us have that same assurance and need more information to be comfortable we know what happened.

If the Sandy Hook Shootings were indeed a false flag, the consequences to those involved, who would need to be very powerful people, inorder to attempt such an act, would be of a scope that utilizing resources such as google to cover up their crime would be small change.

      Peter

  43. Actually, if you go to the original document (http://www.cmionline.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Talking-With-Your-Children-About-the-Sandy-Hook-Elementary-Shooting.pdf) or the Spanish one, and right click them, then select “Document Properties” you will see that they were both created and last modified after the shooting occurred (around 9pm for the English version and days later for the Spanish version) and that Cheri Lovre’s Mac automatically filled her in as the Author. :S I am not sure what happened with Arlington’s news letter as I cannot find it on their website and the only photo provided by FOTM is at risk for being tampered with. (Sorry folks, I’d rather see it on their site than to see a screenshot by people supporting a conspiracy theory, seeing is believing and whatnot.) It is however possible that if the date really did say December 10th, it may have been a clerical error based on the numbers in the URL.

  44. @ L K Sorry man you are late to the punch..

The site did exist. I have proof that it existed.. whether that fits you or not is up to you.

I also don’t care about any newsletter.
    —————————————————————————-
    @ Jeremy
What Jeremy showed is evidence that the site Permalink did in not exist until at least December 14th.

I have 2 simple questions for you Jeremy.

Yes or No : If I used your site and created a piece of news as the a user inside the “admin” (modifiable group member) or whatever SpireCMS uses.
If I posted a news item to the site, would it show up that I viewed it in google analytics?

If I posted a news item to a SpireCMS site as admin, how long would it take for google analytics to pick up that the news item existed; on average?

    Thanks

  45. I want to point out some important things before I go through the information Jeremy has provided us and show why what I say is accurate.

I am convinced that both The Arlington School and Jeremy are innocent of any wrong doing. They are innocent parties that happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Utilizing the SpireCMS software, Crisis Management Inc, the off site consultants that produced the pdf, had all the access they needed to the site to upload the pdf, create the link to the document in the forms page on the site, and then create the news item notifying site users of it’s existence. They could do all the above without anyone at the school being aware of it. That would be the normal workflow on a well organized site which this appears to be.

  46. here, welcome back! :)

Question 1: Yes. If you posted a page it would register a page view at the time you created it, showing the finished page to the user who created it.

Question 2: Immediately. All news items are powered by a single PHP file that dynamically renders the news. The GA Tracking code is built in, so the moment a page is rendered, the page is logged in Google Analytics. It’s not like a caching thing where you’re waiting on Google to spider the page.

  47. @Peter — Crisis Management Inc had no access to SpireCMS to post anything. They don’t use our CMS for their site, neither do they have access to make edits to the Arlington Schools site.

    • Peter,

I gather, from your very long and constantly changing comments, the following:

      1. You believe the likelihood is that Crisis Management Institute (CMI) indeed created/uploaded that document (guide to counseling children on the Sandy Hook massacre) BEFORE the Dec. 14, 2012 massacre.
      2. You believe that the Arlington Red Devils (ARD) site may be innocent, because it is possible for CMI to upload its document to the ARD site without ARD’s involvement.

By now, I’m completely lost and bewildered, probably as much as our readers. Please STOP posting these comments, and instead present your case and your reasoning, with evidence — clearly, logically, step-by-step — in an essay that I’d promised I’ll post on FOTM. So that we all can then judge for ourselves.

      Thank you.

Many more examples exist as well.

  49. Dr. Eowyn, I’m wondering why don’t you just drop all this chatter with this possible shill who appears to be wasting your time, since 1. It doesn’t make any sense to the average FOTM reader. 2. It seems to have gotten into some sort of pi**ing contest and is serving no one. 3. Someone here is being drawn into a rabbit hole of “I can write more words then you..” 4. It is REALLY boring since no one has been able to answer in simple language: Just what is it you are talking about??

Thanks for your normally great site.

    Frank

    • Frank,

It is boring to you because of the technical language. I’m letting this go on because the POTENTIAL is there to definitively resolve the matter of whether Crisis Management Institute’s “Talking About” pdf document pre-dated the massacre or not. That is important enough to warrant giving Peter, Jeremy, and here a forum. I’m waiting for Peter’s summary analysis of this matter, which I will post on FOTM. After that is done, there should be no more “chatter.”

If it bores you, may I suggest you just not read their comments. There’s plenty of posts and other comments to read.

I thank you for your kind words about FOTM. :)

      • Dr. Eowyn,

please see my post earlier. I hope to have brought your examination of this issue to its pinnacle, and to its place of rest.

So, yes the Google cache entry that existed on the 13th “is” the evidence here. I would wear blinders to block out any of the other details. Think of it all like forgetting to hit “record.” Who can say what occurred? Well, no one frankly. But, the recorder was running in the form of that Googe cache entry. If that leads back to either website on the 13th would require Google to run a confidential report. We all know the likelihood of that.

But is it a “smoking gun?” Oh yeah. Someone, somewhere was writing editorial about the SH tragedy a full day in advance. That can be taken to the bank! Scratch that…take it to a credit union preferably.

  50. The reason I see what is going on with propaganda here has to do with my past. While very young I realized the mass media was destroying our culture. That bothered me greatly and I attempted to do something about it by introducing more positive content in to the media.

Before creating myself a career in computers I started and ran a recording studio and live sound company. I spent 14 years in the industry as an independent operation. I won’t go into details here but will say I was successful enough to attract the attention of the elite club that controls the mass media.

They offered me a position in their midst which I declined. To join the club would have put me into the billionaire rat pack that controls the world.

It was made obvious to me that to accept such wealth meant to give up my independence completely. I saw it as signing away my soul to the devil and ran in the opposite direction as fast as I could. My access to the media was then cut off. Since then I have had many years to assess how they operate.

    Peter

  51. UPDATE TO ALL. AS you know Peter and I have crossed paths but we are on basically different paths to prove/disprove arlingtonlocalschools.com and the data that was available and at what time.

I am going to write up a somewhat non-technical paper and also create a video to show you what evidence was credible and non-credible.

It is going to take some time to show you what was found and what it means.

I’m planning on presenting my findings by Tuesday Jan 29th.

    Thanks,
    here

  52. this is just to make sure I am not altering anything or anything is altered before I present my facts in evidence.

All files were hashed with securetray util v3.95.00 sdean12.org
Many hashes are used together as hash collisions in fact DO exist.
A collision that exists where every hash could be the same does NOT exist , AFAIK.
If anybody has any evidence that my above statement is false may they please come forward and present evidence where they can make an md5 hash collison and in that same file that was created to make that collision will make all of the other hashes appear to be the same as the original file.

  53. Wow! Your original email to me suggesting this post as a repository for this topic was stuck in my spam folder for a couple weeks. And, look at what has become of us! Well, you guys really. Kidding.

OK. I admit to skipping the last third of the comments above. But, I remember now Peter’s eagerness to dig in and figure this out and hopefully provide conclusive evidence. Here’s the problem with seeing things as “still in need of investigation.” We had it all done in the first couple hours. I even made this quick graphic to post somewhere (can’t recall at the moment) that gives it to ya in 1, 2, 3…

    http://tyrannynews.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/cmi_analysis.jpg

Seriously, look at these 3 text bubbles. Having not seen this image in a couple weeks+, I can see it should make sense to the lay-person. By that, I’m speaking of those who aren’t familiar with Google-bot. That’s what this boils down to as far as evidence goes.

Only 2 things needed to be connected…(There was a page on Google on December 13th that had the phrase “…tragedy at Sandy Hook…” on it.)

All the other evidence might be worth looking at if I was tweaking on meth. But, right away it was determined only the Google cache entry was a public record. I really loved how weirdly interesting the CMS software guy’s explanation of the “back-dating” hack though! How ironic that there isn’t any need to excuse anything on that site at all, yet even then there was one produced! I don’t think he was covering for anyone, but he could make decent money doing just that for Google about now.

I intend to come back and read about this and other topics. Keep up the good work.

P.S. – Does the link structure of my image above reveal the secret structure of my WordPress blog?! Kidding.

    • Hi Derrick… I’m finally close to the point of taking apart the 2 cache records, the dec 10th, and dec 13th versions.

The only thing left to do before that is to take apart Jeremy’s explanation about how the records came into existence. That will take most of today.

In the background I am conducting tests of material I will present here a day or two in the future.

Until yesterday I would have agreed that the comments on your image http://tyrannynews.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/cmi_analysis.jpg were accurate.

Surprisingly to me they are not.

I will demonstrate that clearly, probably tomorrow.

If I had not done all the background checking I have done over the last number of days I would now probably just give up and say, “it can’t be proven when the documents came into existence”.

That may still be the case but there is an enormous amount of circumstantial evidence, and misleading information from parties involved, that the events surrounding these documents are not innocent.

Because of my continuing doubt that our understanding of these events is complete, I will continue to plod on step by step and finish examining every piece of information we have about the events to the full extent possible in our circumstances.

If at all possible I want to have 100% clarity about the events at Sandy Hook because any doubt about them is very disquieting.

I still hope this process will produce 100% proof, but I am now not sure of that. I am still confident we can achieve something like 95%.

      Peter

      • Thanks for the reply. I stand by the simple assertions in the graphic I created.

Someone in a previous comment claimed that Google both indexes and dates their entries based on what the site’s sitemap or “feed” directs. That just can’t be true. If it were, it would allow manipulation.

Think about how you would design an automated indexing system for Google. You would likely allow a site to provide a sitemap-like feed, but each item on it would still be scraped by Googlebot for verification.

The claim that Google allows external parties to dictate its content is akin to claiming Google allows me to provide my own PageRank for my site. Companies in competitive markets spend millions on SEO services. I’ve seen how Google had to evolve in order to thwart fraud. Backdating web content is fraud, as the date Google provides has been used in copyright disputes.

The bottom line is, the date of indexing shown with each search result provided by Google is determined by Googlebot. That appears to me to be the “only” verifiable data in all of this. I’m curious how you will “demonstrate that clearly” how I am wrong tomorrow.

        • I will get to that part of my investigation tomorrow. At that point I will tell you how to demonstrate to yourself with 100% assurance that what you surmise is wrong.

I was as surprised as you will be, when I first discovered this fact. What actually happens in virtually all CMS based websites creates a lot of headaches and inefficiencies for search engines and archives.

What you describe is much more logical and efficient and I also assumed that’s how things were done. However, what I will explain shortly again points out that in the real world things often aren’t done in the most efficient way.

          Peter

  54. Hi Peter, Hi Dr. Eowyn,

don’t leave in the lurch or curtail the investigation here. This is fascinating and important.

    George (via DDiner)

    • Hi George…. Thanks for letting us know about your concerns. I apologize for dropping this investigation for a period. I needed to get caught up on things I had dropped in order to focus on this material.

I have also been in a quandary on how to proceed. My initial intent was to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt how these documents originated. Where I am now is a place where most likely the best I can do is give you my informed opinion, not definitive proof.

Unfortunately to get definitive proof we need the cooperation, either voluntary or forced, of the institutions involved in the events we are investigating.

Although Jeremy of SpireCMS, which developed the Arlington Local Schools Site and Brant of Crisis Management Institute have been involved somewhat here they have not volunteered the level of information needed for us to understand clearly what happened. There is no way we can force them to provide more information than they have.

In the background during this investigation I was asked to check out several other similar documents. Two were easy to explain as being the result of valid circumstances that only made them to appear to be pre-dated. It only took about an hour of research to explain how they came into being.

After spending upwards of 2 weeks, of pretty much full-time research, on the ALS documents I have not found out anything that rules out that they pre-dated the actual events. Rather: at virtually all the points where clarity might have been added there have been actions by those involved that are suspicious.

The most glaring of these events is moving the hosting of the ALS website from servers in San Antonio to Severs in New York just as the documents first became public. By far the easiest way to prove when the documents originated would have been to get copies of the daily backups, which the hosting company automatically does for all websites, for the ALS site database for dates ranging from Dec 10th thru Dec 17th. The day the backup showed the document appearing would prove what date it was created. When examining these backups it wouldn’t take more than an hour or so to know definitively when the documents were created.

We probably couldn’t have got copies of those backups but someone authorized could have. That the possibility of this proof becoming public was destroyed by the conveniently timed move to NY is suspicious.

I’ve been putting off continuing until I no longer thought definitive proof was possible. I’m pretty much at that point.

Later today I will continue my investigation at http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2013/02/08/a-computer-forensics-analysis-of-2-sandy-hook-documents/

It appears that Jeremy and Brandt have declined to explain how a news item could have a different date than the published date. I will start by explaining again why understanding this is very important.

Without a valid reason showing otherwise, the logical assumption is that the date embedded in the URL is the actual creation date not the published date.

I will then continue on and explain in more detail what RSS feeds do and how the RSS feed on the ALS site is likely responsible for exposing these documents to search engines and archive bots before the event occurred, which the author assumed were held privately until after the event occurred.

      Peter

  55. Somewhere I thought I read that Jeremy was offering to make a copy of the faulty software available to install on your own server, which might help ?

Have you already seen this purported Bing search engine episode ? : http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message2105650/pg1

Have you heard this interview ? where former US Naval Law Enforcement Veteran and US Army Infantry/Reconnaissance Military Veteran MIKE POWERS has found glaring inconsistencies regarding the Sandy Hook shooting and will be breaking it down. (breakdown: Sandy Hook = FAKE)

And of course there are the pre-announcements of the Aurora shooting and Sandy Hook in Batman, The Dark Knight Rises:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yr2SHssCaWM

I know that the boundaries to disinformation are becoming ever more skillfully blurred, and a lot of distraction get generated to siphon people off the real trails…, and so apologies in advance if any of these fall into those categories. I’m trying to filter the best leads I have for you though!

Can the waybackmachine help find prematurely published docs?

Can a webbot, or even Clif High’s software, search for webpages that were created before 14th Dec that discuss the “Sandy Hook incident” etc before the association should have been made ?

I guess you’re already informed about the crisis management team operating a dry run of the London 7/7 bombings on exactly the same day as it actually happened, with exactly the same Tube stations that were actually hit.
