3 Things You Should Know About Islam

3 things you should know about Islam:

  1. The Qu’ran is not at all like the Bible. The Qu’ran was written by one man, Mohammad, and his word is law. Wherever there is a seeming contradiction in the Qu’ran, what Mohammad said later always supercedes what he said earlier. Thus, the Qu’ran’s earlier peaceful passages are abrogated by later violent passages on jihad.
  2. It is the religious duty of every Muslim to institute Shari’a — the Law of Allah — worldwide.
  3. Unlike Christianity that emphasizes truthfulness, Muslims are allowed to deceive (lie to) non-Muslims if doing so protects and helps Islam. This is called the principle of Taqiyya.

Please send this link to everyone you know. We need to know the true face of Islam and stop its advance before it’s too late.

  1. Actually, the only thing you need to know about Islam is that there are only three kinds of Muslims.

    1) Terrorist sympathizers

    2) Terrorist supporters

    3) Terrorists

Every single Muslim you encounter falls into one of those groups.

    -Dave

    • Moderate or not, they’d all sure love to be on the winning side.

    • Dave oh Dave! There are thousands of websites like this one in the Mulsim world discussing your religion and its adepts in the same exact terms. Ever since the first Crusade in the 11th Century A.C., the word Christian equals Terrorist in the Muslim world.
You must be an angel for not being one of those three categories. You’d simply kill over a beer, a girl-friend, or maybe a football game… not religion or politics of course. But angels do not go around tainting an entire nation (1/4th of the world population) the way you do. You are an intellectual terrorist sir.

    • Afraid of ignorant book burning mobs

Taqiyya ironically for you is the special dispensation allowed a Muslim to deny his faith or commit acts against his faith when there is serious risk of being killed for his faith. Muhammad took dictation from the angel Gabriel and the entire Old Testament of the bible ic contained in the Koran as well as the Torah. Muslims are told to convert people to Islam but Jews and Christians in their view are ALREADY believers and don’t count.

  2. “It’s morally wrong to allows suckers to keep their money,” P.T. Barnum once said– much the same applies to infidels and their freedom for Islam.

  3. Steve and Dave i agreee 100% the muslims are nothing but bad news.
to paraphrase an old saying the only good muslim is a dead one.
anyway when europe was busy fighting over which christian religion (catholic or protestant) was better an englishman named capt. john smith tooled on down to southern europe to aid italian, german, slovenian, and croatian armies fight the muslim invation led by sulimon the seljuk turk.
the invasion was halted and finally the turk army was finally routed with the unexpected aid of tamerlane from samarkland. the muslims who had settled or stayed behind in the northern italian and slovanian region where put to the sword by the blue eyed devils. military history magazine has a great article about capt john smith and his vast adventures.

  4. Islamaphobic? They give us good reason to be.

  5. Again, you have posted a most timely piece of information for all freedom loving Americans. How many times will Americans have to be told that Islam is NOT A PEACEFUL RELIGION!
Obama is a Muslim as his biological father was a Muslim as well as his step father. Now that he proclaims to be a Christian, he is an APOSTATE. As your video has just indicated, apostates are sentenced to death under Shari’a law.
What a dangerous time this is for our nation, but what a God we have!
Thank you for sharing this post with everyone. I will also post it on my blog at wearejudeochristianperiod.wordpress.com.

  6. More anti-Islam propaganda. If you are conservatives, you would support Muslims in (1) resisting the New World Order; (2) maintaining the Legitimacy principle (father-headed families) and sexual morality; (3) their opposition to usury and the control of the world through banking. As for “terrorism,” read the book of Deuteronomy if you want a good example. The Muslims have been defamed by the empire-war-mongers and like good sheeple, you just go along without thinking. Have you studied the history of the Anglo-American and Israeli political suppression and subversion of Muslim societies? Don’t you think Muslim societies have the right of self-defense?

    • You pathetic deluded person who calls yourself “Caryl Johnson”! You don’t even know the difference between “self-defense” and “invasion.” Since you allude to the book of Deuteronomy, I assume you’re some sort of nominal Christian. You do know that if and when Muslims succeed in installing Sharia law in America, all non-Muslims, especially Jews & Christians — along with homosexuals and females who refuse to “submit” to men — will be the first to be persecuted? What propaganda have you been reading, um?

    • Yes, it’s “self-defense” to the jihadists to conquer non-muslim countries and impose Shar’iah upon them (just like 9/11 and the preceding attacks were). Anything they don’t like is literally “offensive” to them (to Allah or perhaps just Mohammed or what he directed they’ll say, but they really mean themselves) in their reasoning. Respecting other peoples’ right to their beliefs and ways of life is not something they do.

      • Muslims believe the land should be ruled according to the word of God, however individuals are not to be forced into Islam (the Qur’an is very clear in this matter). Those who want to stay Christian or Jewish can do so by paying a Tax for not serving in the Muslim army that will defend the land they live in.

    • Give me a freaking break lady. Yeah, we’re going to support the very people that perpetrated 9/11. Yeah, we’ll do that when they stop killing Christians all over the world in the name of their so called god. We’ll do that when they stop trying to build a super mosque at Ground Zero. We’ll do that when they stop trying to institute Shari’a law in our country. Ain’t gonna happen. Maybe you need to take your bleeding heart to Iraq of Afghanistan and see how long it takes for all of your freedoms to be taken from you and you’re made to cover every inch of skin on your body. We’ll see how much you support them then! LOL!

    • Caryl,
      1) Muslims have their own agenda for world domination and it most definitely will not be better than the new world order. There are verses in the quran about how to deal with unbelievers. Let’s just say it boils down to: convert, subjugate or die. 2) What is your definition of sexual morality? Islamic “sexual morality” certainly does not line up with the boundaries and sacredness of sexuality in Christianity. For example, in islam you can beat your wife/wives and have up to 4 wives if you can treat them equally (even though muhammad had more than 4 wives and favored aisha, his child bride, more than the others). 3) Look up the term “jizya”. It’s a tax paid by unbelievers who have been made to feel subdued. I haven’t seen much information about usury and islam, but I’ll look into it :)
For your last question “Don’t you think muslim societies have the right of self-defense?” You have to understand the mindset of a true quran believing/following muslim. If you even *speak* against allah or the prophet, you are fighting them, and therefore deserve punishment or death. It’s right there in their book. Their “piety” and self-sacrifice of jihad will lead them to a fleshly paradise for eating meat, drinking alcohol and deflowering virgins. And though most of hell’s population is women (according to allah), a married woman who makes it to heaven will compete for her husband’s attention for all eternity. So back to the point, martyrdom for a muslim is an honor. Self-defense is quite different for them than it is for non-muslims whether secular or Christian or whatever.

  7. I am grateful to this Dutch narrator for clarifying what many do not understand. Make sure everyone gets this and understand the underlying agenda of Islam in this country and every other country.

    • This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry.
The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion Per capita in the United States , especially in the
      Minority races!!!

Last month I attended my annual training session that’s required for maintaining my state prison Security clearance. During the training session there was a Presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each Of their beliefs. I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for Questions and answers… When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked:
‘Please, correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that’s the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?’

There was no disagreement with my statements and, Without hesitation, he replied, ‘Non-believers!’

I responded, ‘So, let me make sure I have this Straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to Kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can Have a place in heaven Is that correct?’ The expression on his face changed from one of Authority and command to that of a little boy who had just Been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.’ He sheepishly replied, ‘Yes.’

I then stated, ‘Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics To kill those of your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a Place in heaven!’

      The Imam was speechless!

I continued, ‘I also have problem with being your Friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your Followers to kill me! Let me ask you a question: Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to Kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus Who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven And He wants you to be there with me?’

You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his Head in shame. Needless to say, the organizers and/or Promoters of the Diversification’ training seminar Were not happy with Rick’s way of dealing with the Islamic Imam , and exposing the truth about the Muslims’ beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in The U.S. To elect the President! I think everyone in the US should be required to read this, but with ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, Unless each of us send it on! This is your chance to make a difference…

Verse 9:123 – “Believers, make war on the infidels who dwell around you.” It should be clear that this verse commands Muslims to wage war on all non-Muslims around them.
Beheading was practiced by the Prophet Muhammad himself during the 7th century period of Islam and by the most Islamic rulers thereafter. The above quote i put i took from a copy of the quaran itself since my friend is a muslim.
Islam and Dhimmitude: Where Civilizations Collide is a book by historian and scholar of Islamic culture Bat Ye’or “The ideology of jihad was formulated by Muslim theologians from the eighth century onward. It separates humanity into two hostile blocks — the community of Muslims, and the infidels. According to this ideology, Allah commands the Muslims to conquer the whole world in order to apply Koranic laws. Hence, they have to wage a perpetual war against the infidels who refuse to submit. Its principle is based on the inequality between the community of Allah and the infidels. The first is a superior group, whose mission it is to rule the world. The second must submit.”
I think this is accurate proof enough supporting what I’ve always personally said and felt…that yes it does mention not once but various times throughout the Koran that you must kill the infidel at all costs just because you dont follow in the muslim faith or belive in allah. And islam is the peaceful religion??

  8. Thank you, Eowyn, for assisting us in understanding the agenda of Islam. Just study the life and actions of Mohammed and this will reveal to you the nature of this system of belief. You cannot fight an enemy, if you do not understand their tactics! Thank you again, Eowyn, for helping us to understand their tactics!

  9. Eowyn, you did not spell my name correctly, and your hysteria and that of writers on your blog is truly mind-blowing. It is also the case that you indulged in personal attack against me. Such is the technique of people who are unable to argue a case on its merits.
It is simply not within the realm of possibility for Islam to impose Sharia law in the USA. This whole mosque controversy is obviously an attempt on the part of the Israel lobby to foment hatred against Islam. These lobbies operating through the CIA and Mossad were responsible for the crimes of 9/11. At least, let us put it this way: only the Mossad/CIA had the technical power to deploy the Tesla-type weapons used.
Motive? Why did the English blame the Catholics in the Gunpowder Plot back in the 1660’s? Because the Catholics, like today’s Muslims, were opposed to usury. The prots had great plans to loot the monasteries and the wealth of the Catholic Church- a looting operation which became the basis for capitalism.
Islam, in the words of Robert Pirsig (see his book “Lila, An Essay on Morals”) imposed social disciplines upon the biological chaos of Arabic society of the time. The “biological chaos” was something like what we have today, i.e. the woman’s ‘right to choose’ and dispose of her own sexuality. Islam reinstated or imposed the patriarchal or civilizational principle, i.e. father-headed families. Once Islam became established, it fostered a great civilizational run, leading to the great period of the Ottomans and Muslim Spain. Not only did this civilization foster great arts and sciences, but it also practiced toleration.
I am saddened by how little toleration and understanding you folks have for Islam. You folks act like little school-age children mouthing all the latest government propaganda.
And by the way, I am a Catholic convert, and author of “Consecrated Venom: The Serpent and the Tree of Knowledge” (a philosophical essay on Genesis).
America is going down the same path of those pre-islamic societies , that is, toward promiscuity and matriarchalism. That is why America has lost all of its industry and has become an Empire dedicated to murder.
    Grow up, folks.

    • It is you who need to “grow up.” You barge into my blog, accusing me of perpetrating “political propaganda” but without rebutting any of the substantive claims in the video on the 3 things we need to know about Islam. When I return the volley, you go all victim on us and further accuse this blog of “hysteria” and launching a “personal attack” against you. Puleeze.

Then you repeat your accusation of “political propaganda” — that we’ve imbibed too much “government propaganda.” What a poverty of mind and imagination you have! We don’t need no stinkin’ govt propaganda; we go straight to the horse’s mouth. What radical Islamists have done and do constitute testimony enough. We are no longer in the 14th century. Islam is judged not on its past achievements but by the present behaviors of Muslims. None other than a leading UK Muslim cleric admits Islam is not a religion of peace. Or do you think that the murderers of journalist Daniel Pearl, who was killed by the barbaric method of beheading, is “govt propaganda”? That’s some great Islamic civilization indeed!

As for your self-promoting identification of yourself as a book author, I’m the single author of 4 scholarly books and co-author of another 6. But unlike you, I don’t use that or that I retired as a Full Professor to intimidate people on this blog. One of the glorious things about the Internet is that it has a democratizing leveling effect. No longer can “experts” and “pundits” claim credibility SOLELY on the basis of their supposed authority. Your having written that screed impresses no one here. We will judge you on the basis of what you write in your comments here.

Lastly, you identify yourself as a Catholic convert. Given your claim to being a BOOK AUTHOR (wow!), you surely must know Pope Benedict XVI’s warnings about Islam. You might also want to check out “The Hood Over Our Eyes: Are We Doomed As a Country?” by Jesuit Fr. James V. Schall, Professor of Political Philosophy at Georgetown University.

    • Become a Muslim then Caryl, please. Then go marry yourself a fine upstanding, Shari’a law abiding husband. Then get on here and tell us all of the fine merits of Islam. You’re a joke. Put your money where your mouth is.

    • Caryl is a deluded individual who is helping the Islamists further their goal of Shariah over the entire globe! Does she not know Muslims have killed over 300 million?? Does she not know young children in Saudia Arabia are in school to learn how to cut off hands and feet properly today?? Has she not seen videos of women buried up to their necks being stoned to death?? Homosexual men hung, young girls stoned to death for supposedly looking at a man?? Talk about needing to grow up! Ignorance is not bliss!

  10. aaaaahhhhh if this caryl johnston could read there are several people here who have written very informative accounts of the muslim invasions of europe and the muslim slave trade. its better to keep the muslims out now than to have to kill them later.

  11. Thank you for trying to warn people for you must be totally blind not to see what is going on in the whole world. Very preoccupying for women’s condition and fondamental rights.

  12. Remember, what one generation tolerates, the next will embrace!

  13. John from Clevo

Everyone who posts on this site: you are being deceived. Taqiyya merely permits Muslims the opportunity not to reveal that they are Muslim if they feel that doing so would put their lives in danger. It does NOT mean that Muslims have the blanket ability to lie to Americans.

Lest you forget, Abraham was permitted to lie about Sarah being his wife while they traveled in dangerous lands.

By the way, I am a Christian and an American.

    • And how exactly, John, are you an authority on Islam? Nor have you given us any authoritative source for your assertions. The following is from http://www.al-islam.org/encyclopedia/chapter6b/1.html:

The word “al-Taqiyya” literally means: “Concealing or disguising one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of eminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury.” A one-word translation would be “Dissimulation.” …the word “beliefs” and/or “convictions” does NOT necessarily mean “religious” beliefs and/or convictions.

…regarding al-Taqiyya in the Quranic verse: “Let not the believers take for friends or helpers unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, (they) shall have no relation left with Allah….[3:28]”

…Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti in his book, “al-Ashbah Wa al-Naza’ir,” affirms that: “it is acceptable (for a Muslim) to…utter words of unbelief; and if one is living in an environment where evil and corruption are the pervasive norm, and permissible things (Halal) are the exception and a rarity, then one can utilize whatever is available to fulfill his needs.”

…Narrated in Sahih al-Bukhari, v7, p102, that Abu al-Darda’ said: “(Verily) we smile for some people, while our hearts curse (those same people).”

  14. Anjem Choudary speaks openly about Islam (even with Elliot Spitzer)!

    • In every denomination on Earth there are the extremists and there are the moderate. I have seen Jewish Rabais and Christian Preists who said more than this guy. If you believe that all 1.5 billion people on the face of the Earth want to go to war against you, you surely live in an ugly world! Muslims are peace-loving fathers and mothers, they work to provide for their children, they do that for 40 years then they expire. Activists and militia members should not be listened to in the first place. It is obvious that he confuses moral support for a cause and killing for it. Do you hold the rest of us responsible for his confusion. The Qur’an states clearly “O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what you do. ” (Chapter 5 verse 8) And this verse has never been abrogated!!

      • When “moderate” Muslims finally speak out and denounce the “radical extremists” among them, I will start believing you. You’re a Toronto Canadian. Go away from our American blog.

  15. There are thousands of websites like this one in the Mulsim world discussing your religion and its adepts in the same exact terms. Ever since the first Crusade in the 11th Century A.C., the word Christian equals Terrorist in the Muslim world. Go figure!

    • The difference is Muslims still hate and will always try to spread your satanic fanaticism all over the world. NOT HERE!! NOT EVER! I for one will never bend a knee or submit to your allah. And you notice that I don’t capitalize allah. Because whatever allah is, it is not holy. Any god that has subjects that kill in order to spread its message isn’t a god worth believing in. Do yourself a favor and read the Bible. Educate yourself. There is only one true God and he is the God of Abraham and Isaac and of the only one true Messiah, Jesus Christ.

      • You sir, need to educate yourself. I suggest you begin here: http://www.reddit.com/r/atheism.
And also take a look at “your peaceful loving bible” while you are at it. Pay special attention to Leviticus.

        • I suggest you get a grip on the difference between the Old and New Testament. And also read the Muslim “Bible”. You know, the “peaceful religion” that still practices the barbaric rituals of stoning and beheading even today.

Course why would a non-believer even attempt that…

  16. Here in Europe a lots of ordinary people are studying the islamic texts.
We do it because we must know the enimy we have inside in our countries and because we must be capable to know when muslims use taqiyya, kitman and takefire against us !

You should do the same !

And You should also read about THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, OIC, CAIR.

T.M.B. et al ´s agenda are to take over every non-islamic land – which also include USA !

And look at Europe : our politicans bowe – like OBAMA – for the muslims !
But the people of Europe don´t !

    • “You should do the same!”

You come on my blog — on a post about “3 things you should know about Islam,” which is only one of many many posts on a page dedicated to the subject of Islam and you have the audacity to lecture to us that we should study Islam? Europe is overrun with and surrendering to Muslims and you have the audacity to lecture to Americans?

Ever heard of the saying: “Those who live in glass houses should not throw stones”?

Better set your own house in order and, while you’re at it, do something about your atrocious spelling.

  17. Eowyn,
With all due respect, perhaps if you re-read Vivi’s post you’ll see that it can be taken by the readers of your blog as a statement, supportive of your posts, rather than a ‘holier than thou’ lecture. When I read it, that is how it struck me: corroboration. I don’t see lecturing as much as validation for your claims. Somewhat like a “been there; done that” sort of statement, albeit from one who is miserably unhappy about how Islam has corroded the fabric and underpinnings of Western civilization is Europe. Vivi’s post is more of an alarmed call to fellow Westerners in America to take what you say seriously, as it has already begun, in Europe, to prove that what you say is true. Personally, I heard no lecturing. Perhaps my ears are not as sensitive as yours.
I was about to bookmark this blog until I read your reply; perhaps I should wait a bit.
Otherwise, a great blog, by the way. Lots of great stuff, though I didn’t see where you quoted John Quincy Adams or Winston Churchill on the subject of Islam. I probably missed it. Great thinkers and statesmen from different sides of the Atlantic and different times, yet with a common awareness of the evil inherent in Islam.
Thanks for all your hard work in putting this great blog together. Good reference material.
May God bless you and your work.
    Peace.

  18. Obama sucks. Like our leaders here in Europe he is a weak pro terrorist. Hopefully you’ll get rid of him soon in the next election. Somebody is trying to say he has Irish roots – yeah! Who they trying to fool? Irish roots my butt. Ireland is being over run by foreigners too. Soon we’ll have no country thanks to weak leaders. Keep up the good work. God bless! They still haven’t gotten over Lepanto!

  19. Nick of Utopia

Only with fear and people’s ignorance can any religion survive!!! How many Islamic priests (or their version of) have molested young children!!! You want to talk about changing things to suit, what about the church of England how it was formed so King [edited by admin - he means Henry VIII here - but got it wrong] could [edit by admin again: Henry VIII got divorced, did not commit polygamy]!!! How convenient that the [edit by admin: Muslim was spelled wrong here] faith is constantly questioned and criticised in the papers!!!
Wouldn’t have anything to do with keeping the fighting going in the Middle East in an attempt for the [Martian] run USA to keep the oil producing nations in turmoil and ensure oil is traded in US dollars. All these lies that American propaganda TV puts in front of us is to hide what’s really happening here, power, money and the 1000 year old battles between, Jews, Christians and Muslims!!!!

[Full disclosure this commentor appears to be from Australia.]

  20. ALL Religion is the creation of man – Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism – all of them. Man is not capable of understanding the true nature of our Creator and that is the reason so many different kinds of religion exist.
The Bible has just as much violence, rape, and murder as the Quran does. Neither book is the word of God. They were both written by men and men of questionable intelligence. The Quran at least has a known author. None of the books of the Bible have verifiable authorship (read the Age of Reason by, Thomas Paine), there are no original copies, there are clear signs of tampering, and no one knows what they looked like before the cannonical councils voted on what books were in or out. So to hold the Bible in a higher regard then the Quran is dogmatic ignorance.
I have read both books multiple times (truth be told, I’ve read the Bible dozens of times and the Quran only 3 times) and while I find good moral precepts within them both, I have also found them to be Bronze Era writings with little relevance in today’s world.
I find it comical that Christians speak of their religion being peaceful and Islam being violent when the very spread of the Christian faith was by the sword. Wonderful things like the crusades and the inquisitions are what scared people into the church. The ridiculuous and baseless belief of a devil and original sin (none of which any other religion believes – not even the Jews) are mere tactics that continue to scare people into belief. People believe because they want to be rewarded with heaven – hmmm, no motive there huh.
Now while I will admit that I find the teachings of Jesus to be far superior to Mohammed, I also believe he was only a man. A man who rebeled against a dogmatic view of our Creator, showed no fear in standing up to the hypocritcal Pharisees, broke bread with sinners, and died for it. I wonder how Jesus would feel if he saw that what he tried to fix was quickly corrupted by Paul and the early church fathers. If Jesus were true to the character that is protrayed in the gospels, I think he would be disgusted with the brood of hypocrits he has for followers. People who say gays are going to hell (as if anyone has the right to judge or a homosexual is as bad as a murderer), people who say one denomination is better than the others (Baptist vs. Catholic, etc), people who say one Bible is better than another (KJV vs. NIV), and people who think its OK to believe that they are not only repsonsible for their sin (the devil is) but, they don’t even have to be held accountable for it (the death of Jesus covers them).
I don’t care what a person believes. I care about what they do. I find the idea that a man who is not a Christian but, spends his life helping others and caring for the needy will be damned to some make believe fire pit, while a cut-throat rapist and child molestor who repents and believes will go to a magical paradise in the clouds. This is not only reprehensible, it is an insulting and narcissistic view of our Creator.
I know I am coming across abrasive but, some times being brutally honest is the only way to get the point across. I think everyone has the right to believe in any manner they choose. I also believe that your relationship with God is personal, revelation is personal, and no religion is better than another or has the right to control anyone else. Until people respect the rights of others and keep their beliefs to themselves the wars will just continue.

  21. Rich (I Love Wolves, Coyotes, and Dogs)

humans? What we think! Which God is right? Different religions have opposing beliefs, contradictory beliefs (usually, also, within the same religion), but then- man without a supreme ruling God does leave all of what’s right and wrong here on the Earth, truly an opinion and only an opinion. For even siding and having the weight of the majority or not, and whatever reasoning the two or possibly many sides could have, it is still only an opinion; that of course being without a higher than above, God authority. Think about it!??????? And yet, there still lies the question, with no answer!
And, the waring of humans goes on.

All those commenting here can follow this link, http://www.mediamonitors.net/markglenn1.html

    • I read Mark Glenn’s essay — the man who launched a vitriolic attack on his erstwhile friend and ally, Jeff Rense.

While Glenn has a point that too much of Christianity in the West has been diluted down to the PC injunction of “be nice,” the solution is NOT Islam. Glenn’s portrayal of Islam is sugar-coated because he never mentions the abhorrent Muslim beliefs and practices of decapitation, stoning, discrimination and abuse of females, not to mention Jihad and Taqiyya. The latter is the Koran’s (Q 3:28) sanctioning of nothing less than LYING to “infidels” (non-Muslims), which means no Muslim can be trusted to tell the truth about themselves or their religion.

I’d also have more confidence in Glenn’s opinions if he weren’t a Jew-hater. Glenn’s uncritical defense and promotion of Islam is motivated by his hatred for Israel and Jews (Glenn and his ilk “qualify” their Jew-hating by saying that it’s Talmudic Jews they hate, as if the Illuminati NWO were all Talmudic Jews’ handiwork.) People like Glenn would have us think that our choice is a simplistic Either/Or between Jews and Muslims. Sorry, BOTH evil Jews and evil Muslims — and evil Americans and evil human beings are our enemy.

The solution is NOT the triumph of Islam. The solution to our present moral decay is a revival of Christian faith and virtues.

  23. I am familiar with the commentary of Paul but, you failed to make a point of any value though. The ramblings of Paul are just one man’s opinion and one that is no greater than your’s or mine.
I get an email when a comment gets posted here. I like to read, it keeps me sharp. I enjoy diverse opinions on thelogy and philosopy. I find it very facinating to read about what other people believe. Just because I think a particular belief may be ridiculous doesn’t mean I don’t still find the dialogue interesting (and humorous).

  24. I am so ashamed of the narrow minded ignorance you “Christians” are promoting. Clearly you have never known a Muslim person or else it would not be so easy to generalize and write off so much of the world’s population. Terrorism is a horrendous practice and ANY level headed person would condemn it. The truth is more Muslims are being killed by these extreme terrorists than anyone else (similar to the Christians killing more of their own during the crusades than anyone else). Watch videos like this if you are too lazy to get out and actually do research but by all means THINK FOR YOURSELF and never speak with such intolerance and hatred. That is what Jesus would do. But I guess you don’t know much about that either…

    • Wow, Kristin, rarely have I seen a commenter be exactly what she condemns others of being. Not once in your comment did you provide counter-evidence for the claims made in this video. Is it not true that Muslims have something called Taqiyya that permits them to lie about their faith to nonbelievers? Is it not true that the Koran orders Muslims to undertake Jihad against infidels? Why do we not read or hear about “moderate” Muslims condemn the horrific acts of the “radicals” and “extremists” among them?

For someone who screams (that’s what CAPITALIZED LETTERS are) at us to “THINK FOR YOURSELF,” you have given me no reason to find you persuasive. All you’ve done in your diatribe is to scold and call us names. How odd it is that you scold us for our “intolerance and hatred” as you express nothing but intolerance and hatred here.

  25. You’re right about one thing, I am intolerant of hate. Hate by Muslims of Christians and hate by Christians of Muslims (as is being demonstrated in this comment thread). The hypocracy of hateful Christians is astounding. I’m not interested in defending the Muslim faith because (much like yourself) I don’t know enough about it except what propoganda on both sides have been telling me. But I do believe in freedom of religion and would never force my opinions on others (though I have a right to speak my peace). As an intelligent and rational person I am not going to condemn or condone any religion I have not thoroughly and independently researched. However, as a human being I have the responsibility to condemn behaviour that leads to anger, alienation, and ultimately violence (no matter who it is coming from). I can not think of anything more ignorant than setting up a website specifically to incite fear and fan the flames of intolerance in those who lack the independence and critical thinking skills required to distinguish truth from opinion.

I will scream it again: THINK FOR YOURSELF!

    • Dear Kristin,

I find it most interesting that you scream at, scold, and talk down to us, but you just admitted that “I’m not interested in defending the Muslim faith because (much like yourself) I don’t know enough about it.” If you “don’t know enough about” Islam, then how can you distinguish truth from falsity? How can you who admit to ignorance about Islam condemn this page that contains only facts and information about Islam?

And whatever led you to presume that I don’t have knowledge about the Muslim faith? I used to teach a college course on it. You are also confusing information with hatred. It’s really most presumptious of you to keep accusing this site of hating Muslims. I honestly don’t hate anyone. That takes too much bile and energy.

You strike me as a very angry unhappy person. Now, please take your scolding — which you yourself just admitted is based on ignorance — somewhere else. I hope you’ll find peace.

  26. Please please please read my postings before challenging them. My point was not about the video on the page, like I said, it’s analysis of Islam could be accurate but I plan on doing independent research before making up my mind and writing off all muslims like some of my fellow audience members. I was simply and I think rightfully calling out the hateful comments I am reading:

From “Steve”: “Well the answer seems simple then………………they are all evil………………..end of story…” (so sad that that was all it took for Steve to be convinced)

From Dave: “Actually, the only thing you need to know about Islam is that there are only three kinds of Muslims.
    1) Terrorist sympathizers
    2) Terrorist supporters
    3) Terrorists
Every single Muslim you encounter falls into one of those groups.”
(clearly Dave has never met a Muslim person and lives in fear)

Comments like these are not productive and lead to nothing positive. This kind of behaviour warrants a scolding given it’s juvenile nature (sorry if anyone got their feelings hurt). Adults do not speak this way. “Christians” should not speak this way. How will we move forward if we keep cutting eachother down?

I’m not sure why I engaged in this conversation, there is no convincing people who live in such black and white extremes to hear a new opinion. I just keep reading this same line of intolerant thinking at the bottom of almost any article I come across related to Islam or the war on terror.

I’m sorry you can’t hear my tone and are taking it as anger when really comments like those mentioned above give me a sense of sadness and exhaustion. I hope I find peace too, I’m just clearly in the wrong place :(

    • You are now being clearer and more specific as to what you find objectionable. So it’s not the video “3 Things you should know about Islam”; you are reacting to some of the comments posted here. (Except, of course, that wasn’t what you said in your first comment that you wrote here, in which you condemn all Christians and this blog for being hateful.) I will leave you to Steve and Dave, whose comments you find offensive.

      I wish you peace, Kristin.

    • I’ll believe there is such a thing as “moderate” Islamists when I see them taking to the streets in protest of the actions of their more “radical” brethren.

      Their silence is deafening.

I have probably read more about Islam by accident than you would read on purpose in three lifetimes, and as such, I probably know more about Islam than many practicing Muslims.

Islam has but one goal, and that is total global domination, and they have been working toward that goal for 14 centuries.

They are commanded by their “religion” to employ murder and deception, among other treacheries whenever necessary in order to realize that goal.

Satan’s greatest deception is that he doesn’t exist. Islam’s greatest deception is that it is “peaceful” and willing to coexist.

Obviously you have fallen for that deception, and a deception it is, as 1400 years of recorded history has shown it to be a lie.

The Islamists came withing a whisper of realizing their goal during the Middle Ages. Had they not been beaten back, this world would be a very different place today.

They have now pretty much regained what they lost during the Crusades, as Europe is capitulating, Africa is a basket case, and they are now making inroads into North America as well.

If the Civilized World doesn’t beat them back once again, then our children’s children are going to grow up into what future historians will refer to as the Second Dark Age – assuming there is anyone left literate enough to write it.

That outcome maybe acceptable in the narrow, shallow and ignorant “tolerance, no matter the price” world you reside in, but it is in no way acceptable to me.

Islam is not a religion, but a very barbaric, primitive and totalitarian political movement designed to kill or enslave all non-believers.

I wonder how many innocent people are going to end up dying because of moral relativists such as you.

But that will be okay, because you can still pat yourself on the back and tell everybody how tolerant you are, right?

      -Dave

  27. Be careful Steve, that kind of hate will eat you up inside. I too am from New York, my whole family still lives there. My Dad is a Colonel in the U.S. Army and served in Afghanistan (he fights to protect your right to freedom of speech, how you choose to use that, either through intelligence or hate is up to you). September 11th was the most horrific event I have ever (and hopefully will ever) witness and I was also greatly impacted by it. I still choose not to live my life in fear and hate. That is not easy and does not mean I put on rose colored glasses and am immune to it. But hate is what caused the towers to fall and hate will not bring it back.

Telling me to convert and wear a burka and be raped is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I am not interested in becoming Muslim and as a humanitarian and a woman I am appalled by some of the tribal practices you mentioned above. To throw something like rape into what should be a mature conversation in a desperate attempt to stir up my emotions is unacceptable. I cannot engage in this conversation unless it happens on terms of mutual respect. Call me naive but I still expect a basic level of civility and human decency in this forum. If that is not possible I will leave you to your messages of hate but worry what will happen when all the rational people are silenced by the radicals. That is what we should truly fear.

  28. Steve,

Never forget that the truth is offensive to the willfully ignorant.

    -Dave

    • Steve,

In this day and age, given the wealth of historical information now easily available, this level of ignorance concerning the true nature of Islam is a choice.

With a few mouse clicks and a couple of relevant search terms, she could find out all there is to know about that hideous political movement wrapped in the disguise of a religion.

LOL – It really isn’t all that hard.

      -Dave

  29. Ok, I get it. You’re afraid of Muslims. Instead of personally attacking me for raising a red flag of concern over hate speech (which I wish someone else raised when the Muslim extremest started speaking that way), why don’t you just tell me what you propose to do about this “Muslim problem”? Instead of going off on endless online rants and then patting each other on the back for all thinking the same thing, why don’t you offer some solutions?

We’re already bombing the hell out of several Muslim countries so you can go ahead and check that off the list. Should we make practicing the religion illegal? Should we tear down their temples? Should we just exterminate them (as you recall the Nazi party got away with this by convincing everyone the Jews were all “evil” and were trying to take over their country).

I agree that certain behavior should not be accepted (I never want to see a Burka worn on U.S. soil), but you can’t take away a people’s belief system. We have an alarming amount of KKK in the U.S. and they have the right to exist and assemble (although they too have a message of hate and violence). As much as I disagree with the KKK I agree that they are allowed to exist and set up their own websites to rant all their rage. Where do we draw the line? It’s a slippery slope when you start banning people’s faiths. I am asking this in all seriousness, and would appreciate a rational response. What do you propose we do?

Please stick to the issue here and teach me your perspective instead of tearing me down and name calling. There is no need to attack me personally. We can all learn by sharing differing opinions (that’s why I’m on this site). Democracy can only exist if people are allowed to disagree and debate important issues. As the video states above, most people only seek out information that supports the world view they already have subscribed to. I’m throwing some new questions into the discussion and if all you can do is quote Jack Nickolson and write me off as some liberal wack job then you are not giving the issue the thought it deserves and are not properly supporting your own case. Keep emotion out of it. Help me understand.

  30. I should also add that I have never once claimed that Islam is a peaceful religion and am not here (as I have said repeatedly) to defend Islam. I just want to hear a rational discussion of the issue. I’m simply stating my opinion, just as you are. Why is that so offensive? I’m not taking sides in this Christian vs. Muslim struggle (and I don’t think quoting the Bible counts as “evidence” or “fact”). As I said, my Dad could have been hurt in this struggle when he served in the war, believe me, all I want is for it to end. I’m just trying to gather information and hear solutions. That does not make me a “weed” to be exterminated as you so coldly put it. I really am shocked someone would speak like that just because I have a different outlook. It discredits the entire conversation. I want o hear what the next step is. How do we stop the Muslim invasion?

    • Kristin,

I am delighted that you now recognize there is a Muslim invasion and want to know how to stop it. I suggest the following:

      1. Inform yourself about Islam — its various sects, especially the most radical Wahhabi sect (Osama bin Laden’s); its beliefs that are most troubling (e.g., taqiyya and jihad); its awful practices (e.g., beheading, stoning; forcing women to cover their bodies and faces; forbidding women to even drive – Saudi Arabia); how Muslims are inundating and transforming West Europe.

      2. Inform yourself about what some Muslims are doing in America: the construction of a mosque a stone’s throw from Ground Zero, NY; how the police and city govt in Dearborn, Michigan, have succumbed to the large Muslim immigrant population there; how some judges are making rulings based on the Islamic law of Sharia, instead of on U.S. laws.

You can find posts on all these issues on our “Islam” page.

Lastly, you first came onto this blog in hostile fighting mode. So, you shouldn’t be too surprised that we fight back. As the saying goes, if you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen. This is especially true when it comes to the guys, Dave and Steve. They’ll give as good as they get.

  31. I don’t mind the debate, it really is good for democracy and am willing to debate all day as long as it stays rational. I just oppose name calling because that serves no purpose in a debate (unless you have run out of things to say so you have to resort to attacking the person you are having the discussion with instead of the issue they are presenting). Dave and Steve can disagree with me and I can disagree with them and that should be ok. I don’t hate you guys and you shouldn’t hate me. We all want our country to be safe and I think if we don’t discuss important issues and keep eachother in check we won’t be as safe. Just don’t call me a “weed” guys, let’s play nice.

Eowyn, you have given me some pointers about what I can do to inform myself (and thank you but I will not be doing my research in any one place, especially one where I have been personally attacked). But I don’t think I am the problem here, you have presented “evil” Muslims as the problem so me reading more about how evil they are is not going to be sufficient to stop them. I’m asking what should we as a country do? When you mentioned the temple that is being built are you suggesting they should not be allowed to build temples? Just not in NY? Is that the correct action? Should we establish a law against worship spaces in general being constructed or is it just Islamic spaces? Should we take down their websites? Should we kick them out of our schools? It seems the strategy so far has been to raise awareness/fear around this topic but what kind of political action can we take. Ranting on blogs won’t stop the invasion you argue is upon us. What can we do about that?

(for the record, my asking questions does not mean I agree or accept anything you have said so far but I want the conversation to move forward and want to hear what you genuine have to say now that we have left the name calling behind)

    • “now that we have left the name calling behind”

That sure is a winner. When did I ever “name call” you?

As for not doing your research in one place. Please don’t put words in my mouth. I never recommended that; I merely suggest you can take a look at the posts on our “Islam” page. Good grief. I don’t get all my information from this blog — and I’m the founder and owner of this blog.

As for the Ground Zero mosque, my good friend Steve, a co-founder of this blog, has already given you a reply. No need for me to add to that.

Finally, no offense, but this is the last time I’ll be responding to your comments in which your stance keeps changing. I have posts to write, a blog to run, not to mention a household to take care. I simply don’t have the time to spend in endless dialogue with you. If you hang around here and at least try to have an open mind, you’ll discover we really are nice people here (although we are ferocious with lefties and drive-by trolls). Both Steve and Dave are terrific guys: funny, loyal, patriotic, gutsy, and true friends.

      Be well.

  32. We’re wasting our time with “Kristin.” She/He is a fraud: a Canadian using two successive IP addresses, both in British Columbia.

And if s/he uses a third IP address, that one will be banned as well.

    • Eowyn,

LOL – You know, if you had not decided to be a college perfesser, you would have made one heck of a detective. :-)

And I wasn’t buying the “daddy in the military” story, anyway, as I know a lot of military people both inside and outside of my family, and none of them would tolerate this type of ignorance from their offspring – especially when it comes to Islam.

      -Dave

      • Thank you, Dave!

Actually, beginning with my Ph.D. dissertation, I’d always found research to be like detective work. In both cases, it’s sniffing around, hunting for the truth. If I go to Heaven (hopefully), my best friend “Joan” and I would like to team up and do Spiritual CSI. :D

        • Yeah, back when I was in school, Al the Gore was just getting the Internet up and running.

I knew my way around a library, but it was often rather tedious, so I was one of the first people at Kennesaw State to research a paper using only the Internet, as I could it all from home, which was good because I was working full time.

I was surprised at how little my instructor understood about the Internet, and it took me several attempts to get her to let me do it.

She finally relented, but told me I had to turn in all the research material I generated.

She couldn’t understand the smile I had on my face when I left her office.

The day it was due, the paper I dropped on her desk was only about 35 pages long or so, including notes, etc.

The research material I put down next to it filled two four-inch three ring binders.

LOL – I had her again about a year later, and she didn’t even want to even see the research material for that paper.

          -Dave

    • Eowyn,

LOL – The thought just occurred to me that “Kristin” might have been one of those Canadian government goons that went after Mark Steyn a few years ago for dissing Islam.

Kind of funny that the Canadians are in denial that they are just behind their UK counterparts when it comes to the Islamists taking over as, like their Brit cousins, they aren’t having children, but the Muslims in both countries are downloading crumb crunchers left and right.

      -Dave

      • Dave,

        Check this video out: http://www.vjiam.tv/videos/afe0e9edbab6

I think the “VJ” (video journalist) interviewing libs at the Democratic National Convention is our dear Kristin.

        • O.M.G.

That interview had all the intellectual depth of a sheet of paper – I’m talking single-ply toilet paper here.

We are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo screwed it is utterly ridiculous.

No wonder Obama got nominated and then elected.

          -Dave

  33. We got a hit from Wallis and Futuna???

LOL – I had to look that one up, as I didn’t know where the heck it was.

    -Dave

  34. i’m so glad im a muslim… and being a muslim I won’t say anything bad about you guys… i just think you have strong feelings and the blog is a way to vent your frustration… however i just think even hurting someones feelings with words is not justified… why can’t we all live in peace? afterall.. we are only human, we all have (or had) mothers, we were once cute little babies who didn’t know much about the world we live in… i think we should lead by example.. not play the blame game… just do the right thing and pray others will follow suit… peace out :)

    • “why can’t we all live in peace?”

I find it most curious that you come onto this blog to ask that question. The people to whom you should address your question are the violent jihadists among your fellow Muslim brethrens.

      Peace out!

  35. Thank you for having the courage to expose Islam and its ultimate word-wide quests to control all of mankind.

  36. We all need to read & heed.

  37. OMG the amount of retards here…

this is one of those websites that “misinform” you. They give you some truth, satanism in the world, NWO conspiracy, while at the same time feed you lies.

I come from a mixed background, father is Muslim and mother is christian, but im Muslim myself…

Ask yourself this question: why is the NWO fighting Islam so much? where do you get your info about Muslims? dnt you get that info from the “satanic” controlled media?

9/11 was an inside job, al qaeda is Al CIA duh… we all know this in the muslim world..

What a crap article… we lie??!! lol thats new to me.. Lying is one of the biggest sins in Islam.

God sent messengers throughout history, started with Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Moses….. Christ and finally Mohammed. I can assure you that the same people are behind the lies heaped around Christ and Muhammad, the same satanic group.

Go do some research, and not the kind of research where you take verses out of context, for i can do the same to the bible…

The Koran teaches us that both the Torat and bible are God’s holy books, but they were edited by man for dark motives, only the Koran remains the same, as was promised by Allah… and Allah= Al = The; Lah = God.

Guess what the Christians here call God…

Go take a look at the miracles of The Koran, mathematical, scientifical, astronomy, biology, literary… ask anyone who understands arabic if there is any greater book.

    Just another deceiving website…

  38. Y are you all so scare of Islam at least they don’t pray to a man on a crosss

    • Read the post. Read Islam page. Educate yourself as to why it is evil.

At least us Christians have the right to pray to whomever we choose without having our heads cut off.

    • Scared? In your dreams.

We pray to Jesus Christ, the incarnate Second Person of the Triune God. The cross was where He willingly sacrificed Himself to redeem humanity — including even you, if you accept Him. But no, instead you and all Muslims pray to a black rock, which represents the Moon god Baal. How stupid is that.

Now that you and other Muslims have thoroughy destroyed the UK (you’re in Manchester), how are you liking it?

  39. go to ogrish.com and watch videos of muslims chopping the heads off of christians religion of peace my ass. after scanning over those that disagree with steve, eowyn and dave their comments about what they think about history is pathetic propaganda and outright falsehoods fed to them by liberal uneducators and the brainwashed masses

  40. Minds of Fellowship,

I think the issue with Islam is not the Quran or the religion itslef. Its the fanatical few that have hijacked it. Think about it – with over a billion Muslims in the world if it really were a hateful religion we would have a bigger mess on our hands then what we do. Christianity is not spotless in regards to having its share of psychos as well. The Westboro freaks come to mind (no to mention conquistadors and the inquisitions).

I think there is a hidden genious to trying to “pander” to Muslim sensitivity. If we as a country show tolerance and acceptance to the faith then perhaps the silent majority will wake up and realize that some freaks are screwing things up. I know wishful thinking but, I try to be an optimist and believe God implanted a sense of love within all of us – the problem is learning to love those who don’t love us – I think a certain Jewish Carpenter taught that as well.

Not sure is this post will ever actually be posted because I think you folks don’t like me – which is OK. I did want to respond to a very inaacurate view you had of Masons. We don’t worship the devil or an invented God. Which all believe in a Supreme Being but, don’t force upon our Brothers which one it is. Although given the OPEN BIBLE (which we call the GREAT LIGHT) in our meetings its pretty obvious which one it is.

Here is a post I did on the topic of the Bible (which contrary to what some of you may think I actually read daily for no less than an hour – sometimes more if my kids go to bed early).
    http://quest4light.net/2012/02/01/yet-another-paradigm/

  41. i have stumbled on to my frist hate website in 20 years...

“Muslims are allowed to deceive (lie to) non-Muslims if doing so protects and helps Islam.”

I believe this is out of context. The orginial meaning should be one is allowed to deceive to non-muslims if doing so protects himself or others from harm.

    • Taqiyya: “Concealing or disguising one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies at a time of eminent danger, whether now or later in time, to save oneself from physical and/or mental injury.” + …Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti in his book, “al-Ashbah Wa al-Naza’ir,” affirms that: “it is acceptable (for a Muslim) to… utter words of unbelief; and if one is living in an environment where evil and corruption are the pervasive norm, and permissible things (Halal) are the exception and a rarity, then one can utilize whatever is available to fulfill his needs.” = It is morally wrong to tell infidels the truth where, if they were in a muslim country instead of a western one, they’d get beaten to death by an angry mob for their corrupt and un-Godly ways intead of having their butts kissed for the muslims’ advantage.

      See here: http://www.al-islam.org/encyclopedia/chapter6b/1.html

  42. I visited this website based on some google research for good quality conservative ideals. I was almost beginning to respect this website for some very astute observations and points about American politics. However after perusing this blog, I’ve come to the conclusion that 80% of American conservatives are delusional, Christian fanatics who no longer abide by the basis of Christianity, that being to love everyone and to forgive 70 times 7 times. I wish we had a little more compassion in the world for everyone who lives in it….

  43. I suggest everyone read the chapter “Yusuf’ in the Quran. It is a story of a Prophet, of a how Muslim should be, and how every human being should behave.

  44. mischievouseyez

I came across your blog…because some of your posts are really good…but when i saw the Islam posts and started reading ur opinions about it..And im so turned off with your blog….u seriously have no clue about islam…you have half knowledge! nd ur spreading wrong information!! And PLEASE LEARN TO RESPECT other religions, no matter how stupid you think they are If you don’t, your just a stubborn loser with a big ego whose skull is empty! Your brains are lost along the way!! Don’t believe everything you read on the internet… why don’t you follow your christanity peacefully? and let us Muslims follow our Islam peacefully…

    • The only people preventing Muslims from “following our Islam peacefully” are violent Muslims. Why don’t “moderate” peaceful Muslims such as you speak up about the jihadists among you? Your silence is deafening.

    • Peacefully? By cutting throats, mutilating women, wife beating, starving children, stoning women, etc., etc. Peaceful my arse…

  45. I’ve been reading this for over an hour now. I’ve learned a lot from you guys. My dad sent me an email. Actually, he sends them to me all the time. He attended Bible College many years ago. I’m not perfect, but I know there is a God. My eyes have become blurry and I have a headache!!lol I’ll be learning more about what’s going on in your website. I have a few questions. Do you know about the hundreds of Millions of women who are circumcised? The extent of it. I’ve read quite a bit & it’s horrific. One other thing I want to know more about is how Abraham and Sarah. Sarah had a slave and did Abraham have a child with her? How does this tie into the muslim religion? With mohammed or allah? Please explain this for me, if you know about it. If not maybe you guys are so smart you can find it out real quick. I dislike so many people who ‘think’ they know the truth. My dad has been telling me the same stuff I just read for years now. I’m glad I started trying to learn more about it & came to this site. I will be mailing
it to a bunch of people in the next few days,. Thanks, Ben.

    • Ben,

FOTM is staffed wholly by volunteers who are not paid even a penny for our time and labor. We simply don’t have the time or the obligation to teach you about Islam or any other subject.
If you want to learn about Islam, I suggest you start with our “Islam” page. It contains the links to all the posts we’ve done on Islam. And then, of course, there’s the rest of the WorldWideWeb, filled with information on every conceivable aspect of Islam.

      http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/islam/

  46. Just want to add a few words here: I’m reading and hearing about Muslims murdering Christians and burning their Churches in countries all over the world. What I’m NOT reading and hearing about is Christians murdering Muslims and burning their temples all over the world. By their fruits you shall know them.

  47. Amen. I’m a Mohammedan convert to Christianity, and, even though a very (maybe too)-sharp point is put on it, it summarizes three important principles of Islamic praxis. I use the term Mohammedan, because “A Moslem is a man who follows Mohammed and believes what Mohammed said: that is a ‘Mohammedan.'”, as Peter Ruckman, a rather intense and somewhat batty Baptist preacher, said in one of his moments of clear insight.

And, no, taqiya is not just to avoid martyrdom. It is also allowed to be used in the Shafi’ee maddhab (which is the one I followed) to advance any of the interests of Islam, including lying about al naskh wa mansukh (abrogration) and the religious necessity of instituting the Shari’a in every land where Muslims (Mohammedans) live.

  48. Anytime I hear a debate/discussion/argument about Islam/Muslims vs. The West, invariably, the ages-old line of “But what about the Crusades?” comes up. It seems there is this collective notion that Christian Europe decided on a whim to go marching off to the Holy Land and either convert all of those poor, innocent Muslims who were living there, peacefully, minding their own business, or put them all to the sword and rape, plunder, and pillage their lands.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Why is it (especially here in America of today, but The West, in general), we have this collective guilt over #1 being the victor, and even worse – fighting a just cause, and #2 since when is it required that the winner has to mollify the loser, and #3 since when did we start ‘relying’ on Hollywood scriptwriters to spoon-feed us their interpretation of History?

Jerusalem had been a Judeo-Christian city-state for 654 years when Muslim armies sacked and captured it in A.D. 1009. Caliph Al-Hakim bi-Amr Allah, founder of the Druze sect and sixth Fatimid Caliph in Egypt orders the destruction of all Jewish and Christian buildings (not just places of worship) in all Muslim-held lands. This is completed by 1012 A.D. That same year, Berber forces (North African Muslims) capture Cordoba, Spain, and order the execution of half its populace. At that time, Cordova (Cordoba) was considered to be the most populated city in Europe. These attacks brought on the call for the first Crusade.
Christian forces leave Europe in 1095 to launch the First Crusade. They arrive in 1096 in an effort to aid Byzantine Christians against Muslim Invaders. In September and October of 1096, a group from the Peasant’s Crusade (so named because they were commoners, not landed gentry/noblemen) is besieged at Xerigordon (Turkey, about 4 days march from Nicea). 6,000 Crusaders were overwhelmed by 15,000 Turks, and given the choice: Beheading or Conversion. Those who choose conversion to avoid being beheaded were sold into slavery, and never heard from again. The rest of the Peasant’s Crusade is besieged in Antioch (Turkey) by Turkish archers. Only small children are spared from the sword so that they could be sold into slavery. About 2,500 manage to escape back to Constantinople.
Jerusalem had been in Muslim control for 90 years when the First Crusade successfully recaptured it in July of 1099.

I could go on, throughout the entire history of the Four Crusades, all the way through 1205, but suffice it to say that the last Middle eastern City-State to remain in Christian control was Acre, in 1291, when 60,000 defenders died, either in the fighting or by being put to the sword (read: murdered) afterwards.

  49. stand up america us dot org put out an article “Do You Know Your Neighbor?” Our own govt has been installing these germs for many years. They also listed MB leaders here in the US. Egyptian Courts have confirmed the POS and his brother are connected to the MB. Word of caution-know where these people are if they are in your area, for desperation is gripping the commies in D.C.- I believe they will be used as tools for destruction here in the USA.

  52. Since there are already two comments from 2014 on this 2010 blog post, I’d like to add my 2 cents. It’s my understanding that the following two things are true.

    1. In predominantly Islamic countries, women who are accused of adultery, are routinely murdered in the name of ‘family honor’.

    2. Ditto for young women who refuse to enter into marriages that have been pre-arranged by their fathers.

Beyond the detailed presentation in the video, I’m not motivated to spend a lot of my precious time researching Islam. I do not know if ‘honor killings’ are specifically mentioned in the Koran. However I do know that on the basis of gender, half of the adult populations of Islamic countries are regarded as second-class citizens. The point is that the moral teachings of Islam give short shrift to the natural rights of women. In my not-so-humble opinion, that really sucks.

I don’t think of myself as being a religious person. But on the basis of what I’ve read in the news, and on what I’ve seen in the video, if I were shopping around for a religion, Islam would not be on my short list.

Hey, Muslim extremists! Tolerance is a two-way street. Deal with it.

  53. Wet Blanket Larry looked up “Taqiyya” in Wikipedia. It appears that this is an expression used mainly by Shia Muslims, and not so much by the larger group, the Sunni sect. This is not to say that Sunnis do not feel free to lie through their teeth, in order to promote their tinhorn prophet.

Nevertheless the obvious omission makes the guy in the video look like he has some kind of hidden agenda. What else did he conveniently forget to mention?
